זו עליית גג שבחלק גדול ממנה צריך ללכת כפוף, בנוסף בגלל שזו עליית גג חם מאוד בשעות היום והמזגן לא אפקטיבי. רועש מאוד בלילה. מדרגות עץ ממש לא נוחות לקומה 2.

Very nice, centrally located apartment with all the necessary amenities and very close to restaurants and grocery shops. Easy and pleasant communication with owners. Highly recommended.

נוף יפה מהחלון, מחיר טוב, יש את כל מה שצריכים, נקי, מרכזי. בעלים טובים.

הרבה רעש של אופנועים/מכוניות בלילה, אבל זה ככה בכל המושבה הגרמנית.

My wife & I enjoyed our stay here a great deal.. The location was just superb; only 4 min's walk to the entrance of the Baha'i Shrine on HaGefen str. Access to the public buses was so convenient. The place is surrounded with restaurants and other grocery & fruit shops as well as a bakery. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed including cooking facilities and kitchen items as well as a TV room to sit in and relax. The hosts, Mrs. Irene & her husband, were so kind, gracious and accommodating. We will certainly return to this place on our next travel to Haifa.

The location was good. Easy to access the city bus and steps away from great restaurants.

Being on Ben Gurion was noisy especially in the early evening hours, Friday/Saturday

The location of this property was number one reason for us to close it. And it really confirmed to our expectations. The person in contact was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL!!! By all means making our time most worry free : collecting our delayed luggage and even find us the option to keep our luggage till our departure time though our booking was finished, mind you this an apartment not a hotel. We just can’t express enough our gratitude 🙏🏾

Noisy city center (cars motors sounds, and even protests). All types of noices you could imagine. Ceiling height is not sufficient in some parts of the appartment (that's attic).

It’s an attic appartment do the sealing is low. I banged my head a few times coming up from the bed.

There were no blinds at the window to get it dark during night and the road outside were quite busy and a bit noisy.

Irene was an excellent communicator, the location was the best in the heart of Haifa district and restaurants.,central to everything. The window view of the Bahai gardens was splendid 😍 Great value for the location, we arrived at 10 pm and they allowed us to stay an extra hour at checkout as we were waiting to board a cruise ship.

The building and the location are amazing - an old building on the main tourist street in the center of Haifa. A beautiful view of the Bahai gardens, as promised. The house has its own atmosphere that we liked a lot.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and in great location. Big apartment. Exactly as advertised in pics. Can’t fault it at all. Had everything you could possibly need.

Nothing to dislike at all

The apartment is about 10-15 minute walk from the train station. The accommodation is a very large apartment located in an old building. The owner is very friendly and provided a lot of information and answered questions even before arrival. The apartment offers a wonderful view of Bahai garden.

There are still many possibilities for improvement in the apartment. If you want a peaceful night"s sleep, this is unfortunately impossible. Due to the location, there are many cars testing the tires on their cars, loud speakers,...and also in front of the apartment there are bars where there is loud music.

The location was excellent, right on Ben Gurion and below the Baha'i gardens. The owners were extremely helpful and kind. The room had everything needed, was nicely renovated and very clean. The price quality ratio was good. I would definitely stay there again.

At night it was quite noisy due to the many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, especially during weekends

Everything except the windows, the location, the view from the window (just facing the Baha'i gardens), the attic, the friendliness of the owner, the cleanliness. Recommended!

The window were very poorly acoustically insulating, you could hear people like if they were in the room with you. (During my trip I noticed this is unfortunately very very common)

I stayed at Attic Ben Gurion in the heart of Haifa´s German Colony for 3 nights and highly recommend it! Its location is fantastic and looking out the window you see the beautiful Bahá'í Gardens. Nearby there are a lot of cafés, restaurants and grocery stores. Public transportation is also nearby: There are many bus stops in the neighbourhood and train station Haifa Center (HaShmona) is only 15 mins walking distance away. But make sure to buy a rechargeable card before using the buses - Irene can advise you on this! The apartment is spacious and very clean, the bed sleeps two and is really comfortable. Contacting the host was easy and Irene replied really quick, helped me a lot during my stay and gave me useful information. I also liked the self check-in which is very convenient. Great place to stay at when you´re in Haifa!

location near the foot of Ba’ Hai gardens and shrine. Good restaurants close by. Easy to walk to interesting neighborhoods — Wadi NisNas, Hadar and Central.

Very noisy on the Main Street and lots of street light.

The location is amazing close to everything you have close transport and shops

The electricity went off so we had to search were to turn it on Also there were no hair dryer in the room

Very cozy apartment in the heart of the German Colony with a wonderful view of Bahai Gardens. Wonderful host Irene, she made our stay comfortable. She let us check in earlier check-in time. The bed is comfortable with quality cotton bed linen and the apartment is very clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay in a lovely apartment. Dear Irene, thank you very much for your hospitality!
