Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Als wir die Unterkunft betreten haben, mussten wir feststellen, dass dort die Sachen von anderen Gästen lagen - offenbar wurde die Unterkunft doppelt gebucht und es wurde selbst dann nicht bemerkt als wir den Code bekamen. Als wir die Vermieterin dann kontaktierten, war sie nicht bereit die Mehrkosten für die Alternativunterkunft zu übernehmen und hat uns bedrängt, uns auf einen faulen Kompromiss einzulassen. Das haben wir nicht getan.

There was a strong sewage smell when we arrived to the apartment. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke and wasn’t very clean. The entire façade is covered in pigeon droppings, and if you open the window even slightly for fresh air, pigeons quickly make the room dirty. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. There is absolutely no soundproofing.

Bad smell in entrance room- needed to clean by myself, leaking bowl in the bathroom, bad pillow. The towel supposed to be on the bed or bathroom - needed to look for it in the closet

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025Location was good, close to railway station. Spacious apartment. Bed comfortable enough.
Door was not closing initially with the code lock. So I asked for the key. Specific smell mixed with cigarette smoke should be removed. Furniture and kitchen ware not fresh. No hangers in the wardrobe. I so few cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

Reviewed May 28, 2024Located in an interesting Arab neighborhood with many options of Arab cuisine, Cafés and other shops. Very convenient, close to Downtown, with train, buses, BRT, funicular tram, bars, restaurants, nice butchery shops supermarkets, etc. Staff was really nice and friendly. There's everything you need to prepare yourself a meal inside the apartment. Shower is very good, with nice water pressure.
I missed a corkscrew! We bought some wine and couldn't open it. It could be cleaner, pillows could be better, and the bed could be a bit bigger, but it was comfortable. And for the price (in Israel, where stays are always absurdly expensive) it was pretty fair. We are already planning to rebook it to stay there again. :)
