דירה מרווחת ומאורת באיזור הסמוך לנמל חיפה. מיקום יחסית נוח ונגיש. חניה על בסיס מקום פנוי. הדירה מציעה הכל לשהייה כולל כלים לבישול בסיסי. נכתב בביקורת שהסביבה רועשת - בזמן השייה שלי היה שקט למעט קולות ורעשים רגילים וסבירים .

תמורה טובה למחיר יחסית נמוך. נותן מענה לצרכים בסיסיים ללינה קצרה או ממושכת.

It's clean

No parking

You couldn't ask for a much better location, once you get away from the street it's on. Very close to restaurants, coffee shops, and train station. Washing machine was convenient, although a rack to hang clothes would be nice. Communication was easy. Air-conditioning worked very well. There is a button for hot water next to the bathroom. Be careful because it is super hot. Good value.

The street that it's on is not pretty, but a block in any direction is nice. Noisy at night with street noice. Hotplate didn't work. The worst part was the hard double bed and hard pillows. That made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. An upgrade on that would go a long way. Still, we felt that the value was good due to the large space and the great location, and helpful communication throughout.

אין פרטיות בדירה, כשנכנסתי לדירה מישהו עמד בבניין ממול וצפה בי, 2 . שומעים כל רעש מהדירה ליד, דרך הארון בגדים..

Location: 6 mins' walk from Haifa Central Stat[ion; 8-10 mins' walk from Paris Square underground funicular; a few mins' walk from supermarkets

Location: very noisy on street outside for 3 consecutive nights, for many hours. Not great for sleeping at all, even though it's a backstreet. Unclean: old food (not for consumption) left behind in fridge, which had been emptied and cleaned.

It was clean.

I had asked for a key to the place so that we could get in and out for Shabbat without breaking Shabbat--no key was left for us - no manager or owner to speak to about the key. we had a very difficult time even finding the place initially, as there was no sign saying "Laila's Studio 2."-- Only an address to go by. The person next door was kind enough to verify that we were in the correct place. The refrigerator door handle was broken, there was no way to warm up our food on "Saturday"-- (Shabbat) so we had to eat it cold. The electric stove didn't work. Initially , the person had called to ask if we would switch apartments, so I asked why and they would not answer the questions-- my husband called them back to ask the same questions and received the same response.

Best place to be in haifa

Good location, quiet, equipped with all necessary amenities

I stayed in apartment no. 1, overall everything was ok for two days, especially if make the exception of the view from the windows. The location is very good, close to everything.

The sink in the bathroom leaks and the kitchen utensils must be cleaned with the whole place very well.

Spacious! Well stocked with soap towels sheets, nice dished and utensils, refrigerator and double hot plate. Location is close to the Port if you want to take a ferry ride to Acre., close to the German Colony and Wadi Nisan. Many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. A superb restaurant, ONYX, is very close within an easy walk. Don't be fooled by the outside, the location is great.

I did not the 30+ stairs with no railing going up to the apartment (or coming down for that matter). Without luggage it's not so bad but be careful when you have groceries.

Great location, clean apartment, quick response from the host, no need to collect keys, and I found all I need in the kitchen including coffee, spices...

Very spacious apartment for a solo traveller. The washing machine was handy. Good sized kitchen for cooking. I slept well.

Great location, port area with cafes and restaurants, German Colony neighborhood, Bahai Gardens, central train station, bus stations in a walking distance. Washing machine in the apartment.

A lot of facilities in the bathroom were broken.

The 100 shekel-cleaning fee is not reflected in the original price and effectively doubles the overall cost. Not a pleasant surprise.

Only some water did not go away in badroom.

The apartment is very close to the main railway station, in a quiet street. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished (fridge, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ....). clean . Nearby there are lots of restaurants, shops, a supermarket open every day, lots of bus stops. The host is very kind and can be easily contacted (but I have not met her in person). Wifi works well

1) The wall is not soundproof; you can hear the noise from the adjacent apartment 2) The common areas (stairs, facade ...) are not clean and a bit shabby 3) In the apartment, some light switches are in a wrong position (too distant from the light and not easy to find) 4) I needed an invoice to be refunded, and I had to contact the host many times to get it

The room is fully equipped.

It was difficult to find the hotel. It would help if there was a photo of the entrance.
