I booked for a ground floor apartment. They gave me a level 18 apartment. Shower drain was clogged. 1 toilet doorknob was not working. whole apartment was dusty. a puddle of water in the living room. Bad

admin takde. tak tahu kenapa. kalau takde admin please jangan buka untuk booking di booking.com menunggu dekat satu jam untuk staff hantar kunci. masuk bilik, tuala mandi takde. kena tunggu staff hantar.. bila dah hantar. tuala pun koyak. pintu toilet pun dah rosak. hmm saya dua kali check in di unit yang lain. tak pernah kena mcm ni.. memang puas hati.. tapi unit yg kemarin tu memang saya dan keluarga tak berpuas hati.. dan tolong pastikan keadaan tempat bersih. tuala pastikan bukan yg lama dan koyak. harga memang tak berbaloi dengan apa yg jadi..

The enforcement of the pool dress code was inconsistent; my brother was allowed to swim in appropriate swimwear one day, but was unfairly restricted from doing so the next day despite wearing proper gear.

The building security team were excellent, but they were not Evernent employees. Lift, swimming pool, gardens, and parking. TV with Netflix and Tube. Booking.com customer services when I reported the problems were quick and considerate.

Information on booking.com indicated check-in until 23:00 and did not mention self check-in. We arrived at 18:15 and had a WhatsApp message with incorrect parking directions and directing us to where we could get keys. The first studio had a refrigerator with a door open, water flooding the floor and the outside if the cabinet is hit you could not touch it. There was a layer of dust everywhere, the bedding was old and my marked. We were given 4 telephone numbers of which one was the emergency contact until midnight. I tried all 4 and left WhatsApp and voice messages. It took 2 hours to get a reply. We were directed to a second apartment. That apartment had layers of dust and dirt. The bedsheets were old with yellow stains and the bed was old sagging in the middle. By this time it was almost midnight. We had travelled all day and were exhausted. We had no option but to stay, since it was too late to get another accommodation and we had paid in advance. The staff only work 9-5. We arranged to see another studio at 10 the next day. This was also thick with dust, cupboard surfaces were dirty with hairs in the drawers and with old bedding. Finally, we agreed to go out for the morning whilst the studio was cleaned. The kitchenette of all three studios were poorly equipped. The last studio did have a new refrigerator and washing machine. Whilst there was a balcony, it is used for the washing machine and drying racks. Not a sitting out area . Housekeeping appears to just make the beds, change the 2 towels and mop the floor. Finally, after leaving I got an email requesting a review. The link provided did not work and when I reported the issue I did not get a reply. That sums up the service..

The location and the room was spacious

The room was suitable for the family. The internet provided was fast enough for surfing social media.

We booked a hotel for four people, but they placed us on different floors. There were no remote batteries for the TV, and there wasn't enough toilet paper. The staff did not provide adequate support for the facilities.

The location was nice, next to the beach.

The hose for the toilets unavailable and quite noisy in the morning due to being next the office.

The facilities are clean and the hot water is available. The balcony is a bit dirty as it was windy at the time but it's fine. The sheets are clean, although 1/2 of the pillows are a bit hard to my liking but it's not an issue. Parking is a lot and the room got cold quite fast as they use central AC. The kitchen is complete in my opinion with the plates, spoons and all that. The fridge is big enough to store 3 large pizzas and the freezer works perfectly. All in all, I would definitely recommend it for a family pact.

The apartment has nice view. It’s spacious with great facilities. The staffs are helpful and the information given was very clear.

Wifi is not very strong. It’s only work in the living room area.

The property was very inviting and well prepared when we checked in. Ease of checking in and greeted with cool environment after a long drive. Would actually consider staying again in the near future. Lastly the use of facilities like the pool, sauna and gym made the stay near perfect.

There was one clog in the master bedroom shower which caused a smell from the drain.

Swimming pool guard was rude to guest, not kindly to kids. Time to collect my deposit also took 30 minutes to get return.

Our accommodation is close to the beach, featuring three spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and a well-equipped kitchen — perfect for a family stay.

The beds were so comfy. Security guards were so kind and helpful.

The check in policy is at 3pm but the apartment was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait until 330pm to check in. Waiting area was hot. The apartment floor was sticky, toilet doors and electric kettle were ruined, hairdryer did not work (need to ask for a replacement) and the iron needs to be replaced please. Overall, the facilities at this apartment need to be reviewed and replaced. It was so not worth the price. I would not recommend others to stay here.

Very small room. The photo was different and the room was totally different. No TV. No Muslim shower. No bathroom curtain . I don’t suggest anyone to book this hotel until make sure everything is available as per details.

I like that the condo is really spacious and comfortable. The housekeeper, the security gate staff, and the pool facilities are all very helpful. I also like that there are food stalls and a 24/7 convenience shop right next to the condo, which makes it very convenient. The sunset view is beautiful too since it’s close to the beach. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

I just feel that the maintenance could be improved. Some areas seem a bit worn out and would benefit from repairs or touch-ups. Other than that, everything else is good.

I liked how easy parking was in this accommodation and the apartment was able to comfortably house 7 of us!

The location is nice as it near to the restaurant so easier for us to have dinner and everything. Plus we can literally enjoy the view and the beach near the property. Parking also very spacious and we no need to worry about having not enough parking.

The security guard takes too long as they could just take name and plate number. The host slightly late reply when i try to reach them and it kinda piss me off. Also, it would be best if in the property get extra pillow or provide some comforter.

The apartment was spacious.

WiFi

Paid but no underground parking. No private balcony. Noisy even 5:30am Sunday but faulty fans outside. Only 2 cups. Room AC not working and living room's AC noisy.
