The pillows are not as comfortable as expected, they are quite worn out.

While the nearby rooms are highly requested, they look slightly old and disorganized. In contrast, the rooms located further away offer much better comfort and neatness.

I was there for a friends wedding. so did not get the chance to use the amenities but the room was spacious, and the aircon was cold. hotel was close to Times square and marina bay.

my room was a bit of a walk from the lobby.

No lift. And limiting towels for guest at the pool. 4 in a room but limit to 3. Towels Should have enough towels for each room using the pool.

The property is very tired , tatty and not clean. The staff are overly helpful, even their uniforms have seen better days. Under investment by the local owner

Pool is great size, with pool bar. Staff were lovely in the restaurant in the evening.

Some renovation at the pool when we were there and the workers smoking, which smelled a lot. Very run down and tired.

Laksa....the taste is not really laksa ...food court laksa is delicious than yours.send your cook to taste BR riam food court laksa ....that is the original laksa taste..do not modified our authentic laksa to moden laksa .... I will be come back again to taste the laksa on November

We stay for 3 night but the breakfast is the same for all the 3 night. Need to improve the breakfast menu

The hotel provides scrumptious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The room was spacious, and the baby cot was well prepared in advance upon request. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Just a recommendation, the pool facilities may require more frequent cleaning and maintenance. During my visit, the pool was quite crowded, and I developed a urinary tract infection shortly afterwards. While I cannot confirm the cause, I hope the cleanliness and water quality can be reviewed to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all guests.

The hotel food is extremely expensive definitely not worth the money.

My stay was average overall. The pool facilities were decent, and the staff's friendliness was okay, with no major issues during my stay.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The toilet had a strong unpleasant smell, which affected the overall comfort of the room. The pillows were old, flat, and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In addition, the breakfast selection has remained the same for a long time with very limited variety. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a wider range of options and better quality. Overall, I do not feel that the experience provided good value for the price paid. I hope the management will take these comments seriously and make improvements to the room facilities and dining experience.

I have been going to Miri Marriott for almost a decade & still like the pool & bar

The property is starting to look run down & also looked like a staff shortage in particular at breakfast. I always loved breakfast at Miri Marriott but in this occasion we had to wait for tables to be made up on both mornings for a long time & limited food and juices not topped back up in good time both mornings. I will think twice on my next booking for Miri whether to stay at Marriott based on what you get for the price!

The property is in need of a renovation. Communication wasn’t easy in advance - they sent a message about additional taxes and didn’t respond to our need for clarification for days, until just about the cancellation deadline.

Location, pool, bed, manager when checking out gave us present for the inconviniences

Check in experience, too long to wait. 30 mins to wait to get room key, got our key and arrived at our room, room was not ready as the cleaning service just started to clean, bad coordination between frontdesk and cleaning service!!! We have to wait another 1hr inside the room while they're cleaning Water turns black while showering!!

Exceptional breakfast spread and the room in general is quite good (main building needs more upgrade like the ones in garden area).

Parking lot - quite limited especially during peak holiday season. The TV set in our room is blurry and unwatchable - maybe can offer prime streaming options lime Netflix etc.

The inefficiencies during checking in, where we only entered the room at 6:30pm. The room is not well cleaned and maintained, where we found a big mouse in my son’s room and dead cockroach in one of the room.

Rooms are dated and often mouldy due to age and humidity. Staff do the best they can with this.

The cocktails at the pool were disappointing so only had one. Towels at swimming pool were shabby.

Some areas need maintanance. Towels were old and stained for pool use. The cocktails at the bar by the pool were disappointing there was nothing special about them at all they tasted artificial, served in a plain water glass no decorations so I didnt finish my drink it tasted diluted. Ordered a glass of bubbly at the Lush Bar it was flat but served to me. Ordered a vegan burger it was chunks of oily fried pepper and carrot in a bun couldnt eat it. Had no conditioner in the room and I couldnt empty the sink.

The children like the swimming pool and especially the staff at the poolside restaurant. We regularly stay at this hotel whenever we visit Miri

Nice room with balcony and very large swimming pool looking at the sea. Nice to relax and watch the sunset Breakfast was surprisingly good with a good variety.

The mattresses and pillows were a disaster. I slept in many hotels but never experienced such hard and uncomfortable mattress but worse was the pillow it was like a stone. I think these pillows and mattresses have never been changed.

The area and view from the rooms are very beautiful. Excellent location and the vibe was really good. We really liked the environment.

Zest restaurants staff, their service was not up-to standard, maybe they should think about increasing the staff members. Every time when we need something we had to look around the staff but hardly could see one staff after looking around 5 minutes or so, and the just for the drinks, we had to wait 20minutes. We were so unhappy with that kind of service.
