Reviewed Aug 22, 2026De locatie pal in het historische centrum is aangenaam. Nadeel is wel dat je nergens in de buurt kan parkeren.
De massa aan automatische emails en het gebrek aan koeling. Er waren wel ventilators maar aangenaam slapen was het niet met die hitte. Afspraak was ook check-in rond 15u. Kamer nog niet klaar, ze vroegen een half uur uitstel, maar ook om 16u was de kamer niet klaar. De kamer stonk ook verschrikkelijk naar zweetvoeten.

We had a delay with daily email communication with the accommodation regarding the tax payment process. For those who want to book, I would like to inform you that the accommodation will send you an email to enter your card and the accommodation company will withdraw the money. I would prefer it to have been resolved in one day and not 3 days.

Podczas naszego pobytu było bardzo gorąco a zatem 2 wiatrak byłby przydatny.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Es war sehr sauber, die Küche war okay eingerichtet. Betten waren gut. Ankunft mit Schlüssel war unkompliziert, ebenso die Übergabe. Föhn und Duschgel waren vorhanden. Von der Unterkunft sind viele Sehenswürdigkeit schnell zu erreichen. Parkhaus ist etwas weit.
Wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer, ohne Klimaanlage und mussten das Fenster über Nacht offen lassen. Der Lärm in der Nacht durch die Restaurants an der Straße war sehr laut, und wir konnten kaum schlafen. Der Ventilator war okay, konnte aber die tagsüber angestaute Hitze im Zimmer nicht abkühlen. Für 3 Gäste wäre etwas mehr Toilettenpapier gut. Bitte die Schneidemesser schärfen! Bitte mehr Haken für Handtücher im Bad anbringen.

Imposible contactar con ellos, tuvimos un problema para conseguir una de las llaves, habiamos pagado ya las tasas turisticas y no nos facilitaban el codigo de entrada. Días despues de haberlo pagado seguian reclamando el pago. Por suerte encontramos a la chica de la limpieza y nos ayudo.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The location is unbeatable, especially for the price – you simply won't find anything better in the city center at this rate. The apartment was well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated that the hosts emailed us BaselCards for each member of our family before our arrival.
The apartment is located on the first floor, and it was quite noisy on Saturday night. We also weren't able to leave our luggage at the property for a few hours after check-out. We were advised to use the luggage storage at the train station instead, which is what we ended up doing.

There was an extra city tax to be payed as a condition to get the door code to get in, I had to solve that through phone, at arrival( luckily they answer), and insist for the door code. There was no air conditioning and we visited when the temperature outside were 35-38 *C, there was a fan, but made almost no difference! I registered 3 people and we had only 2 pillows, we arrived late so we managed with just those 2. In the check-out day, the cleaning ladies woke us up by knocking at the door at 8:45( check-out was at 11:00), then they apologized. I am rating this an overall a 9 for the location.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Nossa estadia foi sensacional! Apartamento novo, muito bem localizado, espaçoso, bem equipado! O check-in on-line foi facilitado pela equipe. Consegui deixar as malas no apartamento antes do horário, o que nos ajudou muito! Com certeza eu ficaria novamente e super recomendo!
Na verdade gostamos de tudo, mas gostaria de deixar uma sugestão de uma cortina blackout maior, que escureça um pouquinho mais o quarto!

Le fait de devoir demander chaque fois que je voulais un linge ou autre . J’y suis restée un mois et j’imaginais qu’on me proposerait de me fournir du linge de rechange. Le personnel de nettoyage semblait ne pas pouvoir prendre du linge librement (d’après ce que m’a dit une dame qui a d’ailleurs été impolie) et j’aurais dû selon elle téléphoner à la centrale pour obtenir cela .

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Dairenin konumu çok iyiydi, çok yakınında tramvay durağı mevcuttu ve her yere ücretsiz şekilde çok rahat ulaştık. Daire sade ve temizdi. İhtiyacımız olacak temel eşyalar mevcuttu. Belki terlik eklenebilirdi. Bizim için sorun olmadı ama ses hassasiyeti olanlar için tramvay çok sık geçtiğinden uyku sorunu yaşayabilirler.
Daireye girişte bina dışındaki kutudan kodla dış kapının anahtarını aldık. Binayı açıp içeri girdiğimizde ikinci bir anahtar aradık ama aynı anahtar daire kapısınıda açıyormuş maalesef. Bence çok ciddi bir güvenlik zafiyeti demek bu. O binada yaşayan herkesin dış kapı anahtarına sahip olduğunu düşünürsek, bu insanların hepsi istedikleri an sizin odanıza girebilir demek. Daire içinden olan kilit ise kapı kilidiyle birleşik olduğu için içerden kilitlememizde bir anlam ifade etmedi. Dışardan anahtarla açılıyordu. Bunun dışında ek bir kilit veya kod sistemi mevcut değildi. Bu durumdan dolayı Hem odamızda gece kalırken hem de eşyalarımızı bırakıp çıktığımızda kendimizi huzurlu hissetmedik. İkinci bir durum banyodaki havalandırma kapağının düşmüş olmasıydı. Kapağın altından da anlamlandıramadığımız bir parçası düştü. Kapak geldiğimiz gece düştü. Hemen mesaj atarak durumu bildirdik. 2. Gün geldiğimizde kapak yerde duruyordu bez parçası havalandırmanın üstüne örtülmüştü. 3. Gün ise odada havalandırmaya dair hiçbir işlem yapılmamış olmamasına rağmen odamıza girilip bulaşık makinemiz açılmıştı. Normalde kaldığımız süre içinde temizlik hizmeti de olmadığı için odamıza nedensiz girilmiş olması bizi daha da rahatsız hissettirdi. Ayrılacağımız gün ise önce havalandırma paneli için bir görevli geldi. Elinde telefonla 10 dakika kadar oyalandı banyoda. Belki bir bildirim girmesi gerekiyordur bilmiyorum ama devamında tek yaptığı kapağı alıp emaneten üstüne yerleştirmek oldu. Bir tadilat yapmadı. Bu kapağı ilk günde aynı şekilde üstüne koyabilirlerdi neden koymadılar anlamış değilim ve bu işlem için uzunca bir süre oyalanarak odada kaldı. Görevli çıktıktan kısa bir süre sonra ise birisi kapımızı zorlayarak açmaya çalıştı. Kapıyı açtığımızda görevli olduğunu kendisine 9.30 da çıkış yapacağımız söylendiği için odayı kontrol amacıyla geldiğini söyledi. Çıkış saatimizin 11 olduğunu belirttik hata olduğunu söyleyip özür dileyip çıktı ama güvenlik olarak gerçekten çok huzursuz bir kalıştı

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Tha apartment Dali is a super comfortable, exceptionally clean and modern studio apartment in the very center of the city. It's on the first floor and the building has an elevator. The heating was great in January, there is non-stop hot water and the TV is smart. The view is phenomenal, but the huge windows are locked for safety reasons. I guess only the staff can open them. The bathroom sink and shower, the kitchen appliances all work great. The entry is contactless, but the instructions are perfectly clear. All in all, the place was perfect for our family of three and we would love to visit again.
You can't air the apartment by opening the windows. Not sure how hot it might be in the summer considering there is no air conditioning.

at night it was rather noisy as it's located over a couple of very busy restaurants/caffes and in a rather touristy street. the apartment was very warm - the weather was nice - and there is no air conditioning, so we had to air the place by opening the only window facing the street. they were not flexible on the checkout - I asked for a 1 or 2pm checkout instead of standard 11am, and this was not allowed, and they pointed us to the main train station when asked if they could hold our luggage at least for the same duration.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Lokalizacja w samym centrum, ale w bocznej uliczce, więc idealnie. W dodatku najbliższe przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe znajdują się w odległości 2-3 minut spacerem. Pomimo restauracji na dole nie było głośno, czasem słychać było tramwaje, ale nam nie przeszkadzały. W mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto, w kuchni wszystko, czego potrzeba - lodówka, kuchenka, zmywarka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, czajnik, pełne wyposażenie dla chcących gotować. Dużym plusem była możliwość wcześniejszego pozostawienia bagażu. No i oczywiście Basel Card, czyli karta na bezpłatne przejazdy komunikacją miejską w granicach miasta, którą otrzymuje się przed przyjazdem, więc już z lotniska można dojechać za darmo.
Zaczęło się od falstartu, bo okazało się, że w wyniku różnych zawirowań nasz pokój nie został posprzątany na czas, ale właściciele zareagowali bardzo szybko - błąd został natychmiast naprawiony, a nam na czas sprzątania zaproponowano odpoczynek w kawiarni na koszt właściciela obiektu. Błędy może popełnić każdy, tu naprawiono go bardzo szybko i z klasą.

Cleaner was on site when I arrived at 11am and was able to check me in early after I waited 10 minutes. He very politely helped familiarize me with how to operate appliances.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Appartamentino spazioso e arredato in maniera semplice ma moderna (molto piu' di quanto di solito si trova in una camera d'hotel quadrupla). Non abbiamo mai avuto contatti diretti con l'host, ci sono arrivate tutte le informazioni via email: le chiavi erano in un key-box all'ingresso del palazzo, di cui abbiamo ricevuto il codice. L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito al nostro arrivo. Qualche istruzione sul tavolo, 2 mazzi di chiavi. Un aspetto molto gradito: c'erano due adattatori per le prese svizzere. Cucina fornita di tutte le attrezzature (ma non abbiamo mai cucinato, solo fatto colazione), inclusi tostapane, macchina della nespresso. Molto gradito che fossero fornite alcune capsule di caffé, dello zucchero e del materiale per lavare i piatti. Posizione centralissima in Basilea, siamo arrivati a piedi ovunque. Altra gradita sorpresa: prima del nostro arrivo ci sono state mandate le Basel card, che permettono l'uso gratuito dei mezzi e degli sconti in vari musei e attrazioni.
Il soggiorno è stato davvero ottimo, niente da criticare. Se devo sottolineare dei piccoli miglioramenti: eravamo in 4 e il divano letto non era pronto all'arrivo, abbiamo dovuto prepararlo noi. Altra cosa che potrebbe essere utile sarebbe trovare una piccola lista di ristoranti insieme alle istruzioni. Ma sono davvero dei dettagli.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Spacious, good location, good kitchen facilities, easy check in and check out. Great mattress.
No air con and if you open your window it would get loud starting 6 am. Not having AC in rentals will always get a minus point from me. Very uncomfortable pillows and no headboard on the bed. No slippers offered.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025The location is very central in Basel, making it very convenient to get to places. Also a nice touch to provide adapters for travellers. Check in process is also efficient with advanced instructions for those with long flight from Australia.
The washing machine instructions were all in another language other than English and I think the spinning sometimes does not work, leading to very wet clothing after wash. Also, there are many shops below and there was a guy singing very loudly with amplifiers in the evening and I think you should ask the person not to sing there and move somewhere else. I am actually severely hearing impaired and I could hear him.
