Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The staff - all of them were super kind and helpful and nice. We met cleaning girls outside, they were not onliged but also helped us a lot. A big thank you also to the people who were replying to the million emails and guiding us. We will definitely go next time to the same place. Best regards,
What we didnt like is the fact that there is only one key left in the box. In our cases we were 2 people arriving at different time and the fisrt one had to waste time and wait for the second one to give the key. When you are coming for short time this is really not the best..to stay and just wait. There should be another way for the second person to get a key independently from the first one.

Mooi ruim en super schoon appartement. 2 x 2 persoons bedden in 1 kamer en 2 x 2 persoons slaapbanken in de woonkamer. Klein terras erbij.

The location, facilities, and overall atmosphere were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, as it exceeded my expectations in every way.
The only downside was that the room became extremely hot during the 34°C weather. At times, it even felt warmer inside the room than outside. Cleanliness
10/10Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness: 'super clean', 'erg schoon', 'clean', 'curato in ogni dettaglio' and 'new, clean, spacious'. Overall housekeeping consistently noted as excellent.
Service
9.5/10Service is generally strong: staff described as friendly, professional and responsive; self check-in and smart key valued. One report of waiting for staff to arrive for key is a minor negative but overall service is very good.
Location
9.5/10Location repeatedly highlighted as convenient: near public transport, bus stops, station and a large Coop supermarket; some mentions that walking to the central area is less convenient but transport access is excellent.
Room Quality
7.5/10Rooms are described as spacious and comfortable but several guests complained about high indoor temperatures (no AC), very hot during heat waves, a too-firm mattress for some and minor bathroom drainage issues — room comfort is mixed.
Amenities
8/10Amenities include free Basel card, fans provided (usually two), smart key and elevator; major drawback repeatedly mentioned is absence of air conditioning and no on-site parking.
Value for Money
9/10Several guests note good value ('Values the money', 'new, clean, spacious'). Some caveats on paid parking costs in the area and mattress comfort, but overall perceived as good value.
Food and Beverage
9/10Not mentioned in reviews; assigned target overall rating. No specific comments about food or beverage services.
Overall Experience
9.5/10Overall experience is strongly positive with many recommendations and praise for cleanliness, location and service; the main recurring negative is room temperature during hot weather, but responsiveness of staff mitigates the issue for many guests.
