Ginny's studio op de Grote Markt

De locatie in het centrum is uniek. Dat je pal aan de Grote Markt zit betekent natuurlijk wel dat je de mensen op straat tot laat in de avond goed kunt horen. Je kunt hier beter niet gaan slapen als je een rustig weekendje wilt hebben, maar als je gaat stappen des te beter!

Het is een oud pand dus wel wat gehorig. Om met de auto voor de deur te komen moet je het centrum in en dat is eigenlijk niet toegestaan uitgezonderd bestemmingsverkeer. Er is wel een mooie fietsenstalling vlakbij.

Bed en kussen.

Veel lawaai, maar dat is te verwachten in het midden van een druk centrum.

Leuk gezellig appartement. Makkelijk te bereiken met de trein. Duidelijke aanwijzingen om in te checken via whatsapp.

Er is behoorlijk wat stadsgeluid.

Perfecte locatie voor een weekendje Breda! Het is inderdaad wat gehorig (zowel van buiten als van de buren) maar het uizicht en het heerlijke bed maakten alles goed. We hadden een probleempje met de vaatwasser en dit werd direct opgelost.

Didn't stay. Facility was filthy. Bags of rubbish left. Old food left. Nothing had been cleaned after previous occupant. The facility hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time.

Hele leuke plek! Knus appartement.

Gehorig, buiten op straat maar ook van appartement ernaast. Logisch in oude binnenstad maar iets om rekening mee te houden! Verder alles fijn!

De host is vriendelijk.

Heel rumoerig, niet netjes met vlekken op de grond, vieze wasbak en de koffie creamers waren hard. Er wordt een 15 euro waarborg gevraagd voor niets. Het is gewoon diefstal.

Not much room at side of bed. Dressing gowns and wine were mentioned in facilities but were not at apartment.

De locatie! Pal in het centrum, dichtbij de winkels, eetzaakjes en cafés en op wandelafstand van het station. Het bed lag zalig! Toffe inrichting.

De eerste dag was er geen verwarming, na melding werd er wel onmiddellijk actie ondernomen om het probleem op te lossen. Topservice dus! Ik las op voorhand in de reviews al dat het lawaaierig kon zijn en dat de host hiervoor oordopjes voorzag. Die waren helaas niet aanwezig dus ben ik deze zelf gaan kopen. Zonder deze oordoppen was het voor mij echt onmogelijk om goed te kunnen slapen. Je zit natuurlijk ook wel pal in het centrum. :-)

Le lit était incroyablement confortable ! Et le logement très bien situé ! Idéal pour un séjour en couple ou pour une personne seule. Je recommande !

De locatie, first class aan de Grote Markt, maar daarom ook heel veel lawaai. Maar gezellig! Heel goed bed.

Het was heel heet ( 30 °) en er is geen airco. Voor oudere mensen kunnen de 2 trappen een probleem zijn. Licht is erg fel, tegelijkertijd moeten de lampen in woongedeelte en slaapgedeelte aan of uit, kunnen niet apart geschakeld worden

Locatie perfect, loopafstand van station, midden in centrum Als je van rust houdt: met oordoppen slaap je prima Netjes, schoon. Prima bedden! En de keuken ook uitgerust met voldoende servies en bestek. fijne koelkast

The location is very central, in the middle of the city, where they organize market every Friday and Tuesday - wonderful to see and buy delicious products. There are terraces and cosy places to sit and spend pleasant time with your friends and friendly local people.

The fact that you cannot open the windows, not to remind the very steep stairs. I know, there is nothing to do against the stairs, but it is good to know for the next customers.

The apartment is really beautifully designed and the location is just great!

Location was great but disappointed with the studio itself.

The bed was far too big for the space which meant that no bedside table of any sort and difficulty getting around the sides of the bed. The windows in both areas were way too heavy to open. The corner shelf entering the bed area was dangerous and therefore we removed it to prevent smashing our heads on it.. No space for hanging clothes. The owner asked us to consider the energy crisis, but there were no plugs for either basins which meant excess water was needed to wash anything.

Excellent location and well equipped studio. Good bed and comfortable shower.
