Everything was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Excellent host and location. We would definitely stay here again!

Had issues with the initial access code but we contacted the customer service team and they gave us a new code straight away. Shower leaked slightly so needed to keep the mop handy

Posizione ottima per visitare Bergen, appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Ottimo per una famiglia con due bambini/ragazzini. Lo staff ha risposto puntualmente ad ogni domanda fatta nei giorni precedenti.

La ubicación es ideal, en pleno centro. El apartamento es muy cuco, tiene una bonita decoración.

El sofá cama es incómodo, no pueden dormir 2 personas, por lo que yo limitaría las plazas a 3 en lugar de 4.

Sono arrivati, nel corso delle settimane precedenti il pernottamento, una serie di messaggi (forse automatici) su diversi modi in cui effettuare il check in. Ovviamente fuorvianti, tant è che abbiamo dovuto chiamare l'assistenza per poter entrare in casa.

This is a well located property, very near the main square in town. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Therefore we only used the kitchen for breakfast however it was well set up and we could easily have cooked. Washing machine was great and easy to use. There was an airing rack for drying. A very comfortable and clean apartment. We enjoyed staying there. There is a lift so no need to carry bags up stairs. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the number 1 tram which goes to the airport. And also the train station. Which is only one stop but with bags its handy to use the tram. There is a Spar supermarket about 3 or 4 minutes walk away. It is close to Fish Market, funicular and the harbour. We had dinner at the Thai restaurant opposite on the first night. Very good. Recommend this very pleasant apartment.

There was some noise on Saturday night from the street. Cured by closing the windows.

Great location, ample, extremely clean, good services, pretty, well distributed, had everything that was offered and you could need

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a couple of days. I found the emails quite confusing. I received several emails before arriving, several of them about the Codes to retrieve the keys from a box but actually the apartment didn’t have the keys in the box which was quite confusing. I called the emergency telephone and they did solve that program. I also received two contradictory emails about the cleaning that I was required to do before leaving.

Very nice apartment, spacious and centrally located. The key code arrived a bit earlier than expected, which was nice. Beds were comfortable and it had floor heating. Kitchen was nicely equipped.

It would have been nice if we had some basic condiments in the kitchen, like oil, sugar and salt. Also a luggage room would have been good ( even if paid), in case you arrive earlier or have a later flight. We ended up paying a locker at the train station.

Výborná lokalita v centru města. Prostorný, moderní apartmán.

Matoucí informace o získání přístupu do bytu. V podkladech se stále píše o boxu na klíče (opravdu v domě stále je) a zároveň se zmiňuje sms. Současná realita je, že dostanete v den příjezdu SMS s přístupovým kódem přímo ke dveřím bytu. Je to komfortní a vše dobře funguje.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του Bergen. Καθαρό και άνετο διαμέρισμα.

Δεν είχε σαμπουάν στο μπάνιο και το χαρτί υγείας μπορούσε να ήταν περισσότερο. Το αριστερό σκιαστρο στο υπνοδωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε.

Lovely clean, modern apartment in central Bergen. Excellent location. Felt very secure. Well equipped. Had everything we required for 4 night stay. A little noise from outside but that was to be expected. Communication and checking in instructions all excellent and very clear.

Only minor issue was the shower, which was very slow to drain away. Was worried at one point that it would overflow shower tray.

Ottima posizione in centro città vicino a mezzi pubblici e principali attrazioni. Spaziosa e accogliente.

La sala non è provvista di tende oscuranti sebbene sia da utilizzare come seconda camera. Accesso all'appartamento un po' complesso per ritiro chiavi e utilizzo di codici vari

The location was wonderful, in city center in walkable area. Restaurants, stores, and things to see and do were convenient. Apartment was well appointed and tastefully decorated. Some occasional street noise and very little interior noise. Good shower and closets. Helpful instruction signs. Excellent place!

The television was not connected and despite electronic communication never was fixed. Wrong WIFI code posted, but was reliable when new code used.

booked for 3 people they said room was good for 4 people. Only had 1 bed and 1 sofa

Gedoe om binnen te komen. Hadden de verkeerde codes voor de deur ontvangen, contact met receptie was wel goed. En de tv alleen te gebruiken als je Netflix oid hebt, moet de LG app downloaden tegen betaling wil je normaal tv kunnen kijken...

I do not know how the property looks like as they had issues with the codes i was sent to access the property, so i was stranded on the streets of Bergen in the middle of the night, with crying and distressed family members. I was told to find myself a room for the night, pay for it and ring customer service the next morning to sort things out. Next day after endless calls to customer service (wasting precious time from visiting and enjoying our holiday😭) we were given a different apartment. By that time we were so stressed and upset about the whole situation that we did not enjoy the rest of our stay. I was told that i will be reimbursed the equivalent of the first night of my stay, the price from the original stay( but that is nothing compared to.the price i had to pay at the other hotel for one night, so I don't end up spending the night on the streets😡).

We are still not over this horrendous experience, and it kind of put me off, as booking.com were not very helpful either. A nightmare holiday!!!

The lift is tiny, but we walked most of the time. Had to make 2 trips for the 3 of us with 4 bags

Great location - central to shops, restaurants and cafes. Short walk to Bryggen. Easily accessible from airport via light rail. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, good heating, bathroom also included a washing machine. Excellent communication regarding check-in process.

The rubbish disposal was a tad inconvenient.

Die Lage ist super zentral, man ist sehr schnell überall und auch an die Bahn ist sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Location was brilliant

Ubicación , estaba casi para estrenar. En el centro de Tromso .. Muy cómodo y bonito ya que está en un edificio típico de madera.

Cómo está recién actualizado, faltan algunas cosas básicas como tostadora y microondas así como algún armario para la ropa , y que solo había unas pocas perchas . Pero el propietario que contesta inmediatamente me ha dicho que en breve estará solucionado. Otro inconveniente era la falta de parking y en el centro de Tromso es imposible aparcar sin pagar un dineral. El resto ideal. !

Locatie en accommodatie zijn top. Het appartement was goed uitgerust en lag op een ideale locatie tussen station en stad. Het contact met de host verliep vlot. We kregen een upgrade omdat het oorspronkelijk appartement werd gerenoveerd.

Er was een alarm van het vuur dat de 1e nacht afging omdat de batterij plat was. Dit was vervelend omdat het eerst niet duidelijk was wat we moesten doen.

Beautiful and spacious apartment excellent location. The apartment had everything we needed including a clothing washer. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I can think of is may be a little cheat sheet on how to use the washer. It had some settings that we weren’t quite sure what they did or how to use them.

Centrally located, no frills accommodation

Lepszej lokalizacji nie można było oczekiwać. Przejazd z lotniska tramwajem, od tramwaju w linii prostej 2 minuty pieszo.

Apartament czyściutki, łóżka wygodne, pościel czysta, ręczniki czyste. Sprzęt sprawny. Mieszkanie na 5 piętrze z windą.

Na plus- lokalizacja w centrum Bergen, skąd blisko jest do głównych punktów do odwiedzenia przez turystę. Dodatkowo, w pobliżu - sklep, piekarnia, kawiarnia oraz liczne restauracje. Ponadto, jeśli przyjeżdżacie z lotniska tramwajem linii 1, to apartament znajduje się około 5- 7 minut drogi pieszo od przystanku. Check- in w bardzo dogodnej formie poprzez udostępnienie kodu do drzwi poprzez SMS. Sam apartament był przestronny. W obu sypialniach, jak i salonie z aneksem kuchennym okna. Ponadto, sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami i szafami na ubrania. Salon z aneksem kuchennym wyposażony w rozkładaną sofę, stolik kawowy, stół, krzesła i biurko. Wyposażenie kuchni bez zarzutów.

To uwaga nie tyle, co do samego Forenom ale do gości z piętra wyżej, którzy w nocy z soboty na niedzielę skutecznie do późnych godzin nocnych zakłócali spokój głośną muzyką, krzykiem i skakaniem po podłodze. Temat zgłosiłem Forenom,które zadzwoniło do tych lokatorów. Za co dziękuję, bo sytuacja już nie powtórzyła się w kolejnych dniach.

L'appartamento è in un punto strategico. È in pieno centro perciò comodissimo per visitare la città. Inoltre, è vicino alla fermata degli autobus per/da aereoporto. L' arredamento è davvero curato.

Nelle caratteristiche dell' appartamento è riportato un divano letto ma in realtà è un soft divano (scomodo) pertanto non adatto a persone anche se l'host lo affitta comunque per questo numero. Nonostante l'immediata segnalazione al centro assistenza dell' host, ci hanno lasciati lì per una notte rendendo impossibile il riposo dopo un lungo viaggio, informandoci che non vi fosse una soluzione alternativa. Il problema è stato risolto SOLO GRAZIE al centro assistenza di booking (con non pochi disagi da parte nostra che abbiamo perso metà mattinata del giorno dopo al telefono rovinando in parte la nostra vacanza). La pulizia lascia a desiderare: abbiamo trovato cuscini, divano, biancheria letti e alcuni asciugamani con capelli o peli. Mancavano le posate (ma se prendo una casa vacanza con la cucina vorrei pure mangiare lì).

Pristine clean, warm, welcoming and good equipment. Central location very convenient for eating, shopping and tourist sites.

Ci hanno comunicato un giorno prima cambio appartamento per problema idraulico in quello prenotato e abbiamo soggiornato in uno più spazioso e più vicino al porto, poco lontano da quello prenotato.

The flat was excellent, very modern and clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed and the location in the middle of the city centre was excellent. Despite there being a festival going on outside, it was not noisy in the evenings.

Exceptional, Very clean and contemporary modern interior with positive vibes. The management and entire staff is dedicated to provide best service and experience, The location is amazing and everything is well explained with details. The property has 24/7 customer support desk and hotline number and respond to queries within minutes. Loved the place and kudos to the entire team for running the show in a seamless manner.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Very good location and central to everywhere.

There was no airco but they provided a fan. Would be nice to mention that there is no airco. Floor heating in bath room was on. So it was very warm. It was solved quickly by customer support.

La posizione e la pulizia. Appartamento semplice ma spazioso e con tutto il necessario (piatti, utensili cucina, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno...)

Alcune cose come le tazze erano un po' usurate e andrebbero cambiate. Sarebbe stato utile avere un cambio di asciugamani e un ventilatore ( appartamento era caldo ma durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato tempo molto bello)

Der var sindssyg meget larm fra gaden: trafik, musik, affaldstømning, lastbiler, råb, måger (:-)). Men vi måtte også have alle vinduer åbne

Le manque de climatisation, la literie du canapé pas confortable, le quartier est très bruyant le matin avec les camions de livraison, le soir avec les terrasses environnantes.

La ubicación era excelente, pudimos llegar a todo sin necesidad de ningún medio de transporte. El baño era bastante amplio, la cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Como punto extra, tenia unos estores pegados a la ventana que tapaba bastante la entrada de luz, muy útil para dormir teniendo en cuenta que fuimos en verano, y nunca vimos la noche.

No hay nada destacable que no nos gustara.
