Номер чистый, все в рабочем состоянии, номер укомплектован. Горничная заходит через день заносит воду и убирает мусор, меняет полотенца. Прекрасный вид из окна)) Всем советую. Так же хочу сказать про удобное место расположения ЖК и охраняемую территорию. Все супер обязательно вернемся туда.

Отвратительная гостиница, которая находится в кукурузных полях, из окна открывается замечательный вид на помойку и коровник с соответствующий тошнотворгым запахом кала и нечистот

Комната не соответствовала выбранной картинке, но была хороша тем не менее. Чистая квартира со всем необходимым в хорошем расположении. Свежие полотенца, питьевая вода, приятная постель.

Персонал не знает английского совсем. Хозяйка не предупредила о нашем прибытии. Пришлось очень долго ждать пока они разберутся с этим. Прилетели в ночь очень уставшие. Хотелось бы сделать это побыстрее.

The room was clean and tidy, much better than we expected! The location is excellent—whether it's public transport, taking a taxi, or ordering takeout, everything is very convenient. The view from the window was amazing, with a great sight of the Ice and Snow World. The host was very kind and patient in answering all our questions.

The corridors by lift can be a bit dark if you have to wait ages for them

The first apartment smelled of smoke, after reporting it, the hosts kindly gave us another apartment which was fine. This is a recurring problem in China, smokers have little respect for non-smokers or rules telling them not to smoke.

you need to pay in CASH on your arrival. impossible to find if the host doesn’t give you the exact description and picks you up at the main gate. they did, so it was ok. 😊 check out doesn’t exist, just leaving the key in the room.

Owner and staff is very kind, we missed our flight but she managed to calm us down by letting us know that someone will fetch us down the apartment even at 2am. Super appreciate the staff waiting for us in the snow coldest night. Room is clean and there is daily cleaning as well.

Wish there is more pillows. Haha but the rest is wonderful.

The bed seemed to be only a box spring; no mattress. Also, payment couldn't be made by credit card; only cash in advance, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. As non-Chinese citizens, our only option was cash in advance.

Staff are very helpful. The apartment is located close to most main attractions. A big plus is the incredible view from the apartment! It was pleasant and warm while outside was -22 Celsius. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I traveled to see the wonderful world of snow and ice that takes place annually in Harbin. We decided to go with this place due to the reviews. Other reviewers are giving this property 5 stars, however, please beware that the pictures that are advertised here don’t necessarily match up to what you’ll actually get. I understand there are likely many apartments this company rents out so it’s entirely possible that I ended up with a dud. Nevertheless I will share my experience with the unit I received. Cons: The kitchen does not come stocked with pots or pans so if you are looking to cook during your stay, please bring your own pots, pans, spatulas, etc. The shower area and toilet share the same floor so if you’re traveling from the U.S. or Europe, you may not find this appealing (many Asian countries have this sort of bathroom layout). There is no central heat and due to our unit being on the 11th floor and also our room having a balcony, it was very chilly at night. Our unit’s climate control was not in our hands. Slow internet. Luckily we did not spend much time in our unit, but for those who want to work/do school stuff may have difficulty. Cockroaches. We found one squashed dead and two crawling (one in the kitchen and one in the main area). Pros: High floor, nice views of neighboring skyscrapers They left sweet mini tangerines and little candies (nice touch).

This was a great flat with easy access by walking or subway to central Harbin. It was easy to get to all the Ice & Snow Festival venues by subway. In a nice locality. The owner was extremely helpful in making sure we found the apartment easily and the staff at the premises were also lovely and helpful. We could also see the calendar new year fireworks from the window.

Nice apartment with a great view of Harbin snow and ice in the far distance. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Heated floors were amazing, washing machine was a bonus. Clothes dried quickly because of the heated floor. A few convenient stores just around the corner and a shopping centre (for some quick good) about a 5-10 minute walk. Can't really comment on location. Areas in Chinese cities are generally far apart (big cities not really walking cities). It wasn't close to an actual tourist attraction. Location was convenient for Uber/DiDi to pick up to get to places.

Sometimes the heated flooring made the room feel too warm. However, being able to open the window basically fixed that. The bathroom was a wet room (no separate shower). It wasn't a major problem because the heated floors made the room dry quickly however I would always prefer a separate shower.

The apartment was warm and cozy. It's an old apartment, so don't expect too much. Everything was really basic, and there wasn't much for proper living. The bed was a bit hard, but that is personal. We had a comfortable stay, and it was a good base to explore and close to the Ice and Snow Festival.

Spacious, clean apartment, close to the city centre. Also close to a big mall. There is not much to do though in this residential area. The lady that help with check ✔️ in and out is very friendly and willing to help.

The room is new, big, quiet and very clean. The location is nice, not far from Ice and snow world (冰雪大世界）and Central street (中央大街）. There are some shops or mini supermarkets nearby, it is convenient to buy foods or daily necessities. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The mattress is hard and firm, I am ok with it but I know some people are looking forward to a softer bed.

Our suite had plenty of space and a great view. There was a washer and a large fridge in the unit, which was very convenient for us. The staff were friendly and the location was great (there is a huge supermarket just 5 min walk from the apartment and main attractions of the city are generally within 15-20 min drive). The shower's water pressure was great and we loved the heated floor. There is also a convenience store on the first floor that opens until 11pm. Useful tips for future guests: This apartment is located within a building complex cluster that has a locked gate. When you first arrive, you need to basically follow another resident or a delivery guy to get in. After you check in, you will receive a key fob to open that gate. As of our stay (Jan 2024), the subway station near the apartment that may appear on some maps has not been completed. But there is a bus station nearby. For taxi and ride share pick up/drop off, use the intersection to the right of the main entrance (the owner will provide that location prior to arrival) since it is a one way street. The fridge is unplugged by default. Suggestions for the owner: It would be great to have a humidifier in the room since Harbin in the winter is super dry. Please check the extra comforter and blanket in the closet as ours appeared to be used already and not cleaned. Please tell the guests how to get into the gate prior to arrival.

The location was great, the views from the apartment were amazing.

The fridge smelled so bad, the shower had hair from previous people, kitchen utensils were dirty.

The apartment was in a semi-gated residential high rise. Once we navigated the two gate options, we were easily able to reach the river on one side, or town on the other. A bus service into downtown & Zhong Yang Lu was available around the corner (toward river). Nice river & city views from the extensive balcony windows. The hostess's sister brought us some crockery, microwave & cutlery to use.

Well, part of living in a residental high rise is the toilet paper thing - you need to place it in the bathroom rubbish bin, not the toilet. Once a day it's advisable to empty the bin in the larger bin near the elevator.

The host was quick to respond when I had any issues. I had a large room on the 17th floor with a nice view.

Although the listing said payment would be by credit card, I was told to pay in cash (there is an Agricultural Bank of China ATM a couple blocks away that worked with my foreign Visa card). Finding the place and checking in were difficult. I hope the following information can help the next guest. The apartment complex is inside a gated community; if you try to follow the map to get in you'll quickly run into a wall or gate. The gate requires a card to open (you get one on a keychain after checking in), but when you first arrive you have to just follow someone in. After getting through the outer gate, there is an apartment building with "乌托邦公寓" (the Chinese name of Utopia) and a phone number in one of the windows, but you can't get inside because the building is locked. So you have to contact the host and ask her to let you in.

I’d like to thank you to the host of this apartment for her hospitality. I felt special and the host was very helpful with everything. Even took my suitcases upstairs and order taxi back to the airport because it was hard for me(everything in Chinese). Apartment so clean and amazing view on 22d floor. Was very easy to get to the Main Street of Harbin, just 10 minutes away. Also huge modern shopping mall around just 5 minutes walk. I was staying for 2 nights and really enjoyed my staying! Big thanks and highly recommend:)
