Absolutely ideal location for exploring Luzern and access to public transport. Good size property and all rooms. Excellent comms with hosts trying to resolve issues

On arrival, several item on inventory missing, no toaster, oven gloves/mitts, plug for sink, and no remote control for cable box making unable to view tv. A couple of windows didn’t open (defective locks). Lack of soundproofing between flat upstairs, could hear every footstep. It appeared tidy but things were covered in dust as though it had been empty and/or not thoroughly cleaned for a week or so

Overall, a very good apartment offering excellent value for money. Considering accommodation in Lucerne is generally quite expensive (hotel rooms of just over 10 square meters often cost this much), this apartment is a great find. Location: Right next to the train station, about a 4-minute walk. Facilities: The apartment is very well-equipped. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, and various dishes, pots, and cooking utensils. The host also thoughtfully provided consumables like laundry detergent, salt, pepper, coffee capsules, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap (though cooking oil seemed to be missing). Suitability: Perfect for buying groceries at nearby supermarkets after a day of sightseeing and preparing simple dinners in the apartment. Cleanliness & Condition: The apartment was clean, and the furniture and appliances were very new. Bathroom: Features a separate shower stall. Balcony: There's a very small balcony where you can step out to enjoy the night view while having drinks and chatting. Climate Control: No air conditioning, but fans are provided. Check-out Requirements: Before departure, guests are required to clean the apartment. This includes washing, drying, and putting away any used dishes; taking out the trash (the bins are located behind the apartment building); and removing the bed sheets.

The bed wasn't very comfortable - it was too soft, and so were the pillows. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning did have a bit of an impact.

Excellent location, 3 minute walk from the train station ! Small grocery store around the corner. Ultra clean and well equipped kitchen! Great host communication. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

It was perfect!!

Excellent location. We learnt that if you turn immediately right out of the apartment building, then go to the end of the road, go down in the elevator you will find yourself in the railway station under the actual platforms. Good short cut. Well equipped apartment with coffee making machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and top hob. Washing machine with dryer. Limited English TV channels – but did get BBC. Good wi-fi. Five minute walk to local restaruants/bars or supermarkets (COOP) if you want to eat in the apartment Note: 10am check out but on request they did allow us to check out at 11am

It could have been so good but everything about the bedroom was awful. We expect a good nights sleep. Not in this apartment. Very small, very low bed – (made worse by the surrounding wooden bed frame) crammed into a small bedroom (made worse be an excess of furniture) Soft lumpy pillows. It was so bad we considered moving out. Also, hearing every footstep from the people upstairs. Bathroom extractor fan making a terrible noise – we cleaned & fixed it. Only 1 key between two people which was tough when we both went out together. More attention needed to the cleaning. No security safe for our personal items. Not easy to get the luggage up via the small staircase into the lift

Location is near Lucerne Station, easy to access with lots of eateries surrounding. Will definitely stay again!

The location is excellent and it’s in a neighborhood so it doesn’t feel touristy. It was very clean and comfortable. Also nice to have a washer and dryer. The church bells (across the street) ringing were a lovely addition.

The apartment is owned by a company and lacks personality. The building it’s in is a little worn down.

The property was great. Great facilities and good location to the train station and all main attractions. We were able to do all our washing and kitchen had all we needed. It was a well set up apartment and comfortable.

Would have been good to have more tea and coffee as we were there for 3days. But that’s only a small thing.

The location is perfect! Quiet but very close to the railway station (3 min)and the main tour sites (within 10 minutes to each other )of Luzern. Also only a min away from Macchi Bakery and Coop supermarket. The apartment is cozy with all domestic and cooking equipments available. There are cutleries, plates, cups, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster oven, fridge, coffee capsule machine, electric kettle, washing machine, dryer machine, etc., so complete that you can really feel at home in the apartment! You need to self check in but no worries at all coz Easy Living is gonna send you very clear instructions a few days before check in. We had a very smooth self check in referring to the instructions. Special thanks to Easy Living to allow us an extra hour of check out time which was very important for us. Hopefully we will visit Luzern very soon and can stay in your apartment again!

Spacious, very good location next to train station on the quieter side of Lucerne. Good facilities including washing machine and dryer.

Property didn’t have aircond - but I would say that’s not usually an issue. Was bad timing due to heatwave that swept through Europe during our stay. Otherwise I would recommend.

Host was willing to allow my early check-in, and the check-in method was also detailed and easy along with photos. The cleanliness of the apartment is also excellent in the kitchen, tableware, and bedrooms. It is easy to move because the distance between Jungang Station and the dock is very close. There is also a supermarket nearby within 5 minutes. It is a lodging that I would like to recommend to people around me.I feel as comfortable as my own home.

This beautifully appointed apartment is ideally situated within 5 minutes of the train station, about 10 minutes from the Old Town and proximate to most attractions in Luzerne. Although there are a few steps to ascend at the buildings entrance , there is a lift from there. We were traveling with another couple and rented two apartments (on the first and third floors). The kitchen is adequately equipped with a 2-burner stove, oven, ample equipment and a smallish (by American standards) frig with mini freezer. The first floor unit had a comfortable dining table and sofa. The bathroom was spacious and included a high quality washer and dryer ( a rarity in Switzerland). For those who need to self cater (we have dietary restrictions) or prefer the extra breathing room of apartment living (vs. claustrophobic hotels), look no further. This is your place! But in case you need more convincing, the property managers were one of the best I have encountered. They answered all messages swiftly and are extremely customer focused. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lack of air conditioning during an unseasonably warm weather pattern. But this is standard for Switzerland where air conditioning is extremely uncommon.

Coffee machine was terrible. Apartment is too hot in height of summer. Fan provided helped a little but after a few days in a row being hot it's too hot to sleep in. On check out the cleaning crew knocked on the door at 9.30am to hurry us out which was very annoying. We left before 10.

The location was close to the train station, restaurants and shops. There is an elevator at the end of the street taking you directly underground to the station, great in rainy weather.

On entry there was a smell of dampness possibly due to drainage issue.

The apartment was very easy to locate and having an elevator was a huge bonus. It was bright and airy with excellent decor. The bedding and linen was of great quality as was the ensuite. The kitchen had almost everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The only thing that could have been a bonus would be air conditioning. That said, being able to fully open the windows certainly helped. We loved staying here.

No air-conditioning. The weather in Lucerne was hot when we were there and the apartment was warm. On Saturday night the apartment next door had a roof top party. Loud music until 1 am.

The apartment is decent and cosy with direct lift access to the apartment unit. It comes with a washer and dryer within which is very useful for my family to wash and dry our clothes. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment.

The fridge is smelly and unclean. The owner could have provided some basic essential items such as oil, salt and sugar for cooking.

The location of the apartment is very good. Close to Lucerne train station and walking distance to old town. The size of the apartment was very good.

Very comfortable and located. For me, it was great that it had a washer and dryer. Beds comfy. So well located - just a few minutes walk from the station. No reception but the communication from the managing agency was excellent.

No luggage storage (we used Bounce at the Hotel Metropole).

Apartment location is very close to Lucerne train station, hardly 5 mins by foot. Apartment was very clean and the property manager guides the route very well and sent multiple messages to guide all the arrangement to get into the apartment.

1. No extra blanket and only one blanket for each guest. 2. Before checkout you need to remove the bedsheet cover and also throw the garbage in the bin which is located backside of the building. 3. Need to clean the apartment otherwise you will have to pay extra for house keeping or cleaning.

Pillows were too soft and large, apartment was a little too warm at times with no way (we could see) to adjust heating so we had windows open which let adjacent apartments cigarette smoke into the apartment

Spent almost 3 weeks and Switzerland and this apartment was my favourite. Located a very short walk from the main station in Lucerne, we access the apartment with a lift just to our floor. It was warm, clean and spacious inside. It had everything you need for nights in and was in the perfect location for going out - we walked everywhere. It's close to the center and shops but still super quiet which was nice. I would definitely come back and stay here. Thank you for having us!

I think it is a Swiss thing, but the pillows there are not my favourite. About 50% bigger and very flat compared to what I am used to back home. Not a major thing, used 2 in the end.

The apartment is conveniently located near Lucerne train station, making it easy to find with the directions provided by the management and Google Maps. Be sure to pay attention to the building unit number to avoid any confusion. The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities required for our four-day stay. When we arrived, the apartment was exceptionally clean and clearly well cared for. We appreciated how promptly the property management team responded to our questions, offering detailed self-check-in instructions. Additionally, the Lucerne city transport card provided as part of the stay was a thoughtful touch, allowing for free public transportation (especially useful if you don’t have a Swiss Travel Pass). We also made use of the washing machine and dryer to clean our laundry, and the provision of detergent pods was a helpful convenience.

I loved the location and the big refrigerator. The apartment is very nice. Also, very good communications. Super nice having a washer and dryer. Coop close by.

Unfortunately my 17 year son got locked into the bathroom as soon as we arrived- the key is more like a skeleton key. The door reached the floor so he couldn’t pass the key to me. I called the manager number with no answer so I called the local fire number. They sent the police in less than 2 minutes and they knew how to get him out.

Nice and spacious apartment and super clean which was very important to me. Good facilities including bath soap and detergent for washing machine provided.

Bed a little too soft.

We are a family of 4 from Brisbane. We flew into Zurich, but took the train to Lucerne straight after. Location is excellent, and despite being very tired and very late at night, we found the accommodation easily. We only discovered towards the end of our stay, there is sort of an underground walkway to the station. I think it's at the end of the street. There is a lift to the apartment. You still need to carry your luggage up some stairs once inside, to the lift. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

There was a bit of a musty smell that was coming from the bathroom, but otherwise everything was very good.

I could tell that this was professionally managed. Communication was excellent, and prompt, and that gave me a peace of mind from the minute I confirmed booking. Location was excellent, near the train station, and walking distance to the Chapel bridge, and old town. Place was perfect, quiet, clean, well kept and spacious. The lift went straight up to the apartment door. Took a while to get used to that. Loved it, and we didnt want to leave.

Lift was a bit small, if you have more than 2 big luggages. Couldnt access to local TV channels, to get a taste of what local watch.

Clean apartment with good kitchen, dining table and lounge area. Decent bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Lots of email communications from the hosts about how to access the apartment. A few minutes walk to the train station.

The bedroom was on the small side so the only bed that can fit in here is a small double. The person who sleeps on the window side has about a 15 to 20cm gap between the wall and the bed base corner which is hard wood. Only one leg at a time could fit through. It was easier to climb over the bed. No bedside table on this side either. We could just fit small luggage in the bedroom, if you have large luggage you'll need to use the lounge room. Appreciated the iron and ironing board but it needs a new cover as it's starting to grow mouldy spots at the narrow end.

Needed overall freshen up - for example; kitchen waste bin was broken, bathroom basin had hairline cracks, floor not mopped / cleaned thoroughly up arrival. Overall not the best value for money.

Excellent location. Close to the train station and everything you need in Lucerne. Easy instructions to find. Comfortable bed and good facilities. Felt very safe and secure.

Only minor issues but the fridge was very loud. This didn’t keep us awake as we closed the bedroom door but it was noticeable during the day. The host had also left three air fresheners in the small hotel which had an overpowering and unpleasant smell. Could do with providing face cloths.
