Liebevoll hergerichtes Zimmer mit Balkon der Gastgeber hat mich bei der Ankunft freundlich begrüßt.das Zimmer war groß und sauber.

extrem schlecht geschlafen da es Nacht sehr laut gewesen ist Die gemeinschaftstoilette war sehr dreckig ein hotel in Davos wo ich letztes Jahr übernachtet hatte habe bad und Dusche inbegriffen für 60 CHf ohne das es ein Angebot war und auch einen Service der von morgen bis abends das einchecken ist nur für Profis ich habe nur das Schild am Briefkasten gesehen und und angerufen wo es hieß eine Nachricht zu hinterlassen und erst dann wird man zurückgerufen. Eine nette Touristen hat mir erklärt sie hat vorne in der Bar eingecheckt vielleicht sollte man die in der Beschreibung oder am Briefkasten bzw klingeschild die information hinzufügen wo das einchecken ist. Wenn man das erste mal hier Dan weiß man das nicht. Unter hotel bzw b and b habe ich verstanden das es hotel ist und Service gibt für mich hat sich das eher so angefühlt wie in einer ferienuntekupft die meisten ferienunterküfte sind besser organisiert mit einer schlüsselbox wo vorher der pinn und der schlüsselkasten durchgeben wird. Der Schweitzer kofort bei hotels war bisher immer ein höherer Schweitzer Standart.

Easy to get to from train station (flat walk) and friendly helpful welcome and good tips on local sights and where to go. Clean and simple rooms with nice little balcony and double glazed windows kept noise out from trains

Host was very friendly and accommodating. The place is big and comfortable for several people at once. Great location with loads of amenities close by.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both the main railway station and the city center. When we first arrived, the front door was locked, but the host appeared right after we knocked. Check-in was quick, and the hotel kindly provided us with a visitor card for free public transport around Lucerne. There is also a bar on the ground floor that sometimes plays live music - it adds a really great atmosphere to the place! We booked a room with a shared bathroom. The room itself was simple, equipped with a bed, a table and chairs, a mirror, some posters on the walls, fresh towels, and a powerful fan. Out in the hallway, there’s a shared area with a kettle, cups, tea, and a hairdryer for everyone to use. We were also really pleased to find shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay for a night or two.

There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the room. Also, it got quite stuffy in the summer heat, and the fan couldn't really keep up. The shared bathroom gets humid very quickly after someone takes a shower, which makes it a bit uncomfortable.

Het was geen B&B maar een hostel.

通りに面した部屋だったので、窓が開けれて夜も涼しかったです。部屋も値段割に広かったし、清潔でした。音も全然気にならなかったです。

窗户无法完全隔音，楼下酒吧晚上会吵，三间共用卫生间，稍微有点不方便。

1 night at Bettstatt‑Neustadt (2–3 Aug) was disappointing — far too expensive for what you get, very dated, and there was no air conditioning.

Ночью шумновато. нет кондиционера - было душновато, вентилятор не особо помогал. Мы приехали к 22:00 и долго не могли попасть внутрь. Ключ был в ящике у входной двери но я об этом не знал, пока не дозвонился до хозяина.

10 minute walk to the train station. Very clean and tidy. Nice host. We had one bathroom between 3 rooms which was good. Kettle was supplied.

The room can get quite hot also the bar wasn’t open the night we stayed but a great stay.

Spacious apartment, comfortable furniture, WiFi and television. Close to train station, about 10 minute walk. The staff was very kind and helpful.

You have to contact receptionist to set up a check in time. Normally that would be fine but my arrival time ended up sooner than I expected and my phone had no WiFi to contact reception. That really was my own fault.

Wasserkocher war plötzlich weg und ist nicht mehr aufgetaucht. WC mit Dusche war oft besetzt.

Ficamos esperando mais de 1 hora em frente a hospedagem até que chegou a funcionária do bar que fica em baixo do prédio e ficou cerca de 20 minutos tentando falar com o patrão para ele vir e abrir e liberar nossa acomodação. O quarto tem uns adesivos na parede estranhos.

I stayed in a few hotels in Lucerne which like this one charged me about 100 US dollars per night during April 2026. I do not agree with the positive comments written here. Shared bathroom is ok, but I had to go out and buy toilet paper when the one roll was finished. This place is not a hotel, it is rooms above a bar. Room was not clean and dust rolls were under the bed and walls were marked with masking tape and markings. The bed has no backboard, only iron bars which your head bumps into them as if it is a Prison cell. No Electric sockets in the room. Only 2 sockets for the 2 bed lamps. Curtains in the room thin as paper , transparent , do not cover the whole opening of the window, are short and don't block daylight and night City Lights. This does not allow you to sleep. Paper posters positioned on walls of the bedroom and glued with masking tape. It took me time to believe what I'm seeing. Some posters displayed grotesque cartoon images. The room is part of an apartment which was divided into 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is no kitchen , no way to prepare food. Bedroom windows are not sealed and face a sometimes a busy road where cars and people can be heard during the night. No television in the room. The room is stuffy and probably there is fungus somewhere in the room causing this. In the small hall way between the 3 rooms there is a tray with a kettle and some coffee plus a hair dryer. However there are no electric sockets for the kettle. There's no living room, no common room , no common sitting area, just the room with a bed and a small desk. No common elements apart from a staircase. A broken glass mirror was on the floor and was dangerous as you could cut your feet if passing close. Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hostel. Camera a fost spațioasă, cu living și dormitor separate, ceea ce a oferit mult confort. Baia și bucătăria au fost împărțite doar cu încă o cameră, ceea ce a fost foarte convenabil. Totul a fost impecabil de curat, iar procesul de check-in a fost rapid și eficient. Locația este excelentă, aproape de principalele atracții. Recomand cu încredere!

It is conveniently located to central Luzern train station and many shops around, also at walking distance to chapel bridge. Room is big with balcony with very comfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom was shared and readily available always nice and clean. Above all the owner was the kindest and sweetest. He even provided me with converter since my Europe converter wasn’t working. Please know Swiss plugs are different.

O hotel fica em cima de um bar, o anfitrião estava nos esperando para o check-in, foi tranquilo e sem complicação. O banheiro é compartilhado apenas com mais um quarto, mas no dia da minha hospedagem não havia ninguém no outro quarto, então o banheiro virou privado e o anfitrião me deu o melhor quarto com sala. Havia uma cozinha bem equipada, que também é compartilhada com o outro quarto. O banheiro era grande e espaçoso.

Tudo foi excelente.

The place seems to have been neglected, and the bedroom, living room, and kitchen all look in need of repairs. More than half of the kitchen utensils look so worn out that they should be thrown away.

Adoramos a nossa escolha, foi excelente o atendimento, a hospitalidade, limpeza e comunicação. Conseguimos além de um local para dormir, viver um pouco do local fugindo do turistico. (O proprietário possui um bar no terreo, com otimas cervejas e bom gosto e estilo musical). Uma das nossas melhores escolhas e noite.

Está muy próximo a la estación de tren. Es muy amplio. Nos pusieron cuna gratis para nuestra bebé. Nos dejaron hacer el check in pronto.

El alojamiento tiene muchos problemas que mejorar, sobretodo en el baño y la cocina. El techo del baño está lleno de moho, y la ducha no tiene presión cuando pones el agua caliente. Tampoco hay enchufe en el baño para poder usar un secador de pelo. El toallero no calienta lo suficiente las toallas. En la cocina, los instrumentos están muy estropeados y se pega todo. El techo del microondas estaba lleno por completo de salpicaduras de comida. La trona no es nada segura para sentar a un bebé, puesto que no tiene sistemas de sujeción de ningún tipo, y está abierta por la parte delantera. Por otro lado, el dormitorio no tiene persianas y las cortinas no bloquean la luz. Es imposible dormir en ese cuarto si ya ha salido el sol. La cama es amplia pero el colchón está durísimo y las almohadas, además de tener solo una por persona, son pésimas de calidad. Hay telarañas en el techo del dormitorio, justo sobre el cabecero de la cama. Además, entró la señora de la limpieza en el apartamento sin que hubiésemos hecho el check out a coger toallas de un armario. Intentamos pararla diciéndole que nos quedaban 10 minutos para irnos pero la señora no habla nada de inglés y no nos comprendió.

入住感受非常差！是所有旅行中最差的一次。

首先旅店没有明显标识，问了路人和热心人士帮打电话才找到人办理入住，房间设施非常简陋，共用卫生间和浴室，外出至超市需要走15分钟路程，地理位置也不好。

Roger qui est vraiment très sympathique et disponible 🙂 L'emplacement proche du centre ville, des lieux touristiques et de la gare. La place de parking juste devant l'hébergement. La chambre est spacieuse.

Pour dire un petit bémol, le bruit de la circulation mais quand on est en centre-ville c'est difficile de ne rien entendre 😉 et peut-être les rideaux un peu juste en largeur et qui du coup laissent passer la lumière du jour sur les côtés.
