Very easy check in and professional looking flat, nice for seeing Luzern.

No view in such a pretty place and just enough crockery for two people, would have been nice to have some extras.

Wish that there would have been a microwave. Broken elevator upon departure required lugging heavy suitcases down metal outside stairs.

Location!!! Check -in and -out were easy on the iPads provided. Communication was excellent.

Easy and seamless self check-in and check-out. Clean, spacious comfortable rooms. Questions answered promptly via WhatsApp. Storage lockers for luggage before check-in and check-out was very helpful.

Location: Centrally located and very convenient, with a bus stop nearby offering a direct connection to the train station. Room: Comfortable size and generally clean upon arrival. Self check-in and check-out: Seamless and straightforward.

Daily housekeeping: We left the room at 09:00 and returned at 14:10, but the room had still not been cleaned. When we asked why, the hotel responded: “Our housekeeping service takes place between 10:00 - 15:30, and your room was scheduled to be cleaned next, still within the regular service window”. This response misses the point. In practice, because the hotel cannot track when guests leave their rooms, guests are simply at the mercy of this “regular service window.” My suggestion is simple: invest in a system that allows housekeeping to identify which occupied rooms have been vacated and prioritize them for cleaning, before moving on to rooms being prepared for new check-ins. This is basic operational efficiency and would significantly improve the guest experience. Noise level: The hotel is located next to the Mövenpick Wein store and a car park, with an alley separating them from the building. As the room had no air conditioning, we had little choice but to sleep with the windows slightly open. On Friday, we were woken at around 06:30 by noise from trucks unloading and other delivery activities. Rooms facing this side of the property are therefore particularly noisy. Neither keeping the windows closed or providing earplugs is a particularly inspiring solution. Smell: The “suite” includes a small kitchen, which previous guests had clearly made ample use of. When we checked in, there was a lingering smell of onions throughout the room. This is something that should have been noticed during housekeeping and could easily have been addressed with an odour-neutralising spray before our arrival.

The property is in a great location, and the apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen could be better equipped, with more plates and a few additional pots. The main drawback was the rather poor Wi‑Fi in the apartment during the first day but it was fixed the next day.

Good location, close to everything in old town. Staff was present and heeled us check in, making it easier than expected. Like having laundry facility available for use.

Self check-in was a fiddly process, luckily a girl (staff) was working at the time and she was very helpful. No aircon but the room did have a pedestal fan

Cleaning, room size, location

The room was on the first floor, close to the street, so I could hear cars and other street noise. It was also quite warm, and there was no air conditioning.

Location was excellent!, Good Security and having a laundry accessible for guests was a bonus. The apartment was clean and well appointed.

The self-check took a while as our passports took a while to scan and we had to go through all the cards to find a locker card that worked. Generally, though we prefer more human engagement and a more personal and friendly check-in and check-out, so we find self- check in too impersonal.

No air conditioning - we knew it from the beginning but with these heat waves and climate crisis they need to reconsider. Fan is not enough anymore (and not in every room) and this floor cooling didn’t make any difference to our view. Also it would be good if they add some instructions in all the buttons the apartment has.

Location was great and on frequent transport lines to everywhere. Although the room we were in was not bright we liked it as it was very quiet and there was no noise with windows closed. We were worried it would be hot with no air con and heat wave but the room was surprisingly very cool naturally and we slept well without any fan needed and windows closed. We chose this room as it wasn’t in the attic which we thought would be hot. We didn’t hear any church bells from our room with windows closed. There is a fan that is fine for day but it is super powerful so very noisy if needed at night. The staff were responsive on the messaging system and gave extra pillows when requested. Having a washing machine was really handy - noting one needs to pay separately for it. The bed itself was comfortable. Was good to have room serviced daily for apartment.

The cleanliness was not perfect such as the floor. The bathroom walls had some mould and were not cleaned well and walls throughout were marked which is not expected for this price point. I could wipe some off some mould myself with a wet one so it was evident attention to detail with cleaning was lacking. The self check in process is a little bit messy - although the staff are responsive - things don’t quite work perfectly and we saw others struggling. One can’t use the online key to get into laundry so then one needs key card to program which cancels online key and cards kept not working. Best to check in before you arrive as system there doesn’t work well but before you arrive sometimes the link doesn’t work but they will send you new one. It may be helpful if they at least have phone directly to call for help when needed at self check in as it has a phone number to call on WhatsApp but when you try call it says message only and then you have to wait for reply through message. Would be good to have phone at reception for those who don’t have phone overseas. Price is high for what it is but it’s peak time in Lucerne so all places have high prices.

Keine Klimaanlage, im DG sehr warm, ständig leutende Kirchenglocken direkt vor dem Fenster, Raum war so vollgestopft mit Möbeln, wir haben eine Nacht verlängert, da ein Late Check out nicht buchbar ist ( das ist ok) leider hat aber trotz vorausgegangener Zusicherung die Schlüsselkarte nicht funktioniert. Unnötiger Stress und Zeitraubend. Geschäftlich bin ich oft in ähnlichen Apartments und kann sagen, Preis/Leistung stimmt hier nicht. PS abgenutzter Teppich in den Gängen vermittelt bereits beim reinkommen einen schlechten Eindruck

Location and cleanness. Very convenient to stroll near by the lake and to the city center. Spacious apartment. Tech wise (auto check in and check out) works perfectly.

For the price it would benefit having a generous breakfast service.

Everything was perfect! The place is even more beautiful in person than it is in the photos. We especially loved the daily housekeeping!

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. We stayed during the summer when temperatures were in the 90s, and while the fan helped, it was difficult to feel fully comfortable and cool.

Excellent location. Very comfortable, spacious apartment.

Self service check in was a literal nightmare. After a long journey the scanning machine wouldn't work. It delayed us getting into our room by about 40min. Frustrating after a day's travelling. The pillows in the room were very uncomfortable also.

There is no reciprocation, no trolly, the room i paid high amount to get the balcony but the room was very small and the balcony has no view and small too, the amount i paid was very high compared to what get.

Die Lage ist super. Das Ambiente ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist top. Checken und Checkout funktionieren bestens.

Ich hatte ein Appartement mit Balkon gebucht, habe aber eines ohne Balkon erhalten.

L'appartememt avait beaucoup d'option: Toilette Chambre Salon Balcon Machine a café Wifi intégré Et des petites choses a grignoter offert.

Le rapport qualité et prix, Pour 300 francs et quelque nous n'avons pas eu droit à un petits déjeuner.

Posizione Ottima, struttura bella e pulita, parcheggio a pagamento praticamente attaccato alla struttura. La camera offre tutti i confort. La consiglio per una visita a Lucerna e ubicata è praticamente in centro.

Property is excellent. Self check in process was so easy, the option to use your phone as a keycard was handy. Room was large and exactly like the photos. Laundry on ground floor was easy to access and very convenient to use. Luggage storage also available and easy to use.

Entrance of property Lack of AC Low roofs in regular rooms/suites The tech is ridiculously off, couldn't check in with our IDs for 1 hour; my booking id always reflected only 1 room on my phone but on their system both rooms were there; their automated communication is confusing as hell, lengthy and always in German despite it being clear that we didn't speak German; the online check in process was very tedious, unclear and confusing. Overall their tech needs an overhaul. The staff is quick to help so that is a positive but not very friendly

Great location, interesting but comfortable room and easy once we figured out all the self service in getting in. Nice little kitchen and good sized bathroom. Thankfully our room had a fan so we could survive the heat.

Since the self service is new, I would have liked more, clear instructions ahead of time so I would have known what to expect.

der Selfcheckin ist zu Aufwaendig verstehe nicht warum man nochmal pers.Daten wie Adresse und Pass Nr.angeben muss, (ist halt nervig wenn man dann müde ist von der Reise. die Daten könnten ja bei der Buchung abgefragt werden!! Das Reinigungspersonal kam schon um halb Elf aber Checkout ist ja erst 11 Uhr.
