I like the very accommodating staff as they were able to address right away our needs (drinking water, locked room and non-functioning kettle). The location gave us access to a convenience store and laundry shop nearby.

There was no elevator for the 2-bedroom unit which would have helped us save on finding another accommodation for our senior citizen.

Customer service was very good. Nice and comfortable.

The rooms were so clean, comfortable, safe, and complete with necessary things we need. It's location is very strategic. The place is over it's very cheap value. I will recommend this place to my friends finding a place to stay in Bacolod

You can hear the noise outside and vice-versa. The TV is not so accessible for those who wanted to watch a teleserye/news. We only accessed YT in room 103/203, I forgot.

Peaceful, clean & comfortable place.

We got upgraded for free to a two-bedroom unit, it was very spacious and comfy, ACs were working well in both rooms and the whole unit was really clean. Staff are also very warm and helpful.

Noise from outside is not being blocked so it can be disturbing at night. Also found the toilet window too low and it can’t be closed, which can be uncomfortable. It’s also quite far from the city centre.

We had a really pleasant stay at this residence. My husband and I actually keep coming back—this was already our third stay, and we truly consider it our second home. We usually stay for more than 30 days each visit, and we’ll definitely continue coming back. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything you need, which makes getting around super easy. There’s a laundry shop just nearby, which is really handy, and a 24-hour convenience store right in front of the hotel with an ATM, so getting cash anytime is no hassle at all. The staff are genuinely lovely—always welcoming and helpful—which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The price is very reasonable for what you get, offering great value without compromising on quality. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciate during our long stays.

One small thing to note is that there are churches beside the residence, so you might get an early wake-up call on Saturday or Sunday mornings. But if you enjoy hearing church hymns and music (like we do), it can actually be a lovely bonus. We also got to experience the early morning karaoke from the surrounding houses—definitely something that wakes you up with great energy and adds a bit of local charm to the stay! Also, there are no lifts available at the property, but it wasn’t an issue at all as the staff were more than happy to assist with our luggage and handled everything with care.

Has all the amenities of an apartment. I have no need for other hotel amenities like pool, gym or restaurant.

No small cooker in the kitchenette. A small rice cooker and a small induction burner with one frypan and one 6 quart pot would make it this place on the next level.

Location was good and the hostess was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. We would stay here again when we come back to Bacolod.

There was no a/c in the main living room or one of the bedrooms and would get a little warm at times.

Because of the lack of isolation in the windows, there were tiny ants everywhere, although we were super careful not to have food in the rooms. However, there are indeed tiny ants everywhere we go jn Bacolod. It wasn't too bad.

This accommodation was exceptionally good for such an extremely low price. Very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice and comfortable apartment. I can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. You'll hardly find anything comparable for such an exceptionally low price. The only thing to complain about is the location. It's quite isolated; the only real shopping options within easy walking distance are a 7-Eleven or various small shops. It's very quiet there. The host has good contacts with affordable transport companies for those who need more shopping options. My family and I found this accommodation very pleasant and enjoyable. We will certainly come back.

The only thing that might have been noticed negatively was the occasional karaoke from more distant neighbors. However, this remained within a normal timeframe and did not become a nuisance. We'd rather not talk about the traffic in the Philippines; it's simply a case of whoever gets there first gets ahead, and whoever waits forever for a crossing opportunity will have a hard time. Start marching, the trikes, buses and cars are mostly considerate, sometimes you just need to walk faster. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The locals are very friendly; you won't be ripped off by them at all. Great value for money, great, fresh food. The only area where it's more difficult is pharmaceuticals, but it can be managed with patience.

The owner upgraded our room. We had an apartment type with 2 rooms so my son had his own room. There was a refrigerator which turns water into ice cold just minutes later. There is a living room with huge tv & dining room with tables & chairs. Bonus, with heater and microwave oven. Toilet is very clean, hot & cold shower. Room 1 is airconditioned and room 2 has elec fan but still cold. We were not expecting too much since we just had a crash vacation/joy ride to Bacolod. Definitely one for the books! Highly recommendable.

The location is suitable for travellers on cars and commuters because it's accessible and parking space is wide enough to accommodate. The room is clean and spacious, the front desk is so welcoming.

I hope they will have a bidet.

Amazing room, within short enough distant to nightlife

Loved everything, hopefully an elevator one day as physical health is getting worse but not a deal breaker , maybe stairs an issue in a few years.

Ļoti ērti, plaši apartamenti. I virtuve ar ledusskapi un mikroviļņu krāsni un traukiem. Plīts ar panu vai katlu nav. Bija ari dzeramais ūdens un tējkanna. Ventilators, kondicionieris, logi ar insektu sietiem, viss ko var vēlēties.

The rooms are clean, and the price is very affordable for a two-room apartment. It offers ample space for its price and is ideal for groups. The place is near the town proper. You can either take an airconditioned coaster bus for the minimum fare or book a Grab, which usually arrives in a few minutes. The convenience store is just accross the building.

if i had to say something, i'd say that the wi-fi speed and signal were not that great, and the shower water flow was a little challenging.
