Disappointing . The unit was nothing i was led to believe i was staying in. It was a converted servants quarters. The outside furniture was broken. The braai stand was broken and the so called garden view was a dustbin , washing line and ladders and old furniture

Puff the place is not in a good status… not mantained at all. I do not recommend to stay. There is a lamp but no plug, only one in the whole apartment and it is not close to the bed. The microwave is rusty, the bathroom is not well mantained, door broken, closet too… puff too many things

The fact that they have XtraView and I was not notified before hand. When I switch off everything to sleep, I was woken up by a loud knock for me to switch on the dstv.

The first room was mouldy but than I was moved to a better ventilated and comfortable room

Way too many rules. Book here if you want to experience a prision and not a holiday. Host/owner had a bad attitude. Spoke rudely to staff and were not friendly to us either. I booked here for my parents and they had attended a party on the Friday night. When I dropped them off again, we were very quiet but the owners dog started barking loudly then she came out and questioned us about the time we got back, as if my parents had a curfew or something??! I would never book here again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. If anything, that dog is the biggest disturbance. Photos on the site are exaggerated as well. There was no sea view from the room at all. Room is decorated in a tacky manor, very tiny and cluttered. My parents said the bed was not comfy either. They really did not enjoy their stay. It was a very hostile environment.

Nothing the fact that the manager or owner was staying next to our room and no sound proof. And her dog was busy barking in morning. Not to mention that the place is not safe because they can disclose information to the third party I even got proof of photos taken of other guests that were there in place sent to third party.

the rooms dampness and mold rising a huge problem then got put in a room with no shower door not enough towels had to us out towels to put on the floor dishes were dirty and the bedding the first night and room overall not cleaned properly

Lighting was not so good, not enough plugs, had to unplug fridge to boil kettle. Linen was too small for the bed Basin cupboard in the bathroom was not in a good state and the drain was blocked. We were not advised which parking we should use and the landlady complained about where we parked. Quite a noisy area with cars driving up and down and reving from the night club down the road.

We had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience at this property. From the outset, the host was hostile, unprofessional, and treated us with a lack of respect. Rather than making us feel welcome, the host's behaviour made us feel intimidated and uncomfortable throughout our stay.The situation escalated to the point where the host attempted to have us removed from the property without what I believed to be a reasonable or justified basis. This was humiliating and caused me and my partner a significant stress. Based on the way we were treated compared with what we would reasonably expect from a host, we were left with the impression that there may have been a racist undertone to the host's conduct. While we cannot speak to the host's intentions, this was genuinely how the experience made us feel. We are submitting this complaint because we believe no guest should be treated in this manner. We respectfully ask Booking.com to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure other guests are not subjected to a similar experience.

great location right by the beach, the caretaker Max was very friendly and helpful.However there was an old woman who lives there micro managing everything from the balcony, every time you look up she's hovering around which made our stay unpleasant, she didnt even want to let us sit on the pool deck whilst our room was being cleaned

The owner is not friendly and I don’t appreciate owners who are not accommodative and yell at employees. The mattress needs to be changed , it’s so uncomfortable. My problem is the behavior of the owner. She has such a warm and friendly employee that I met.

The property was clean. The staff were friendly. The location was perfect. Loved that it was close to the shops/mall as well as a very short drive to the airport. Their bed was very comfortable.

The water was not hot enough. It was warm and we did not like that much as we woke up very early for our flight.

Friendly Staff, Bongi is an excellent hostess. Although the facility is still undergoing structural fixes the location and the views are incredible. Large spacious rooms and comfortable stay.

I did not like that my room was accessed for cleaning in the day without my knowledge. No Aircon but has ceiling and floor fans.

Firstly on arrival we were allocated to a room that was not on the advert(false advertisement) i refused to take it and asked for another room with a balcony. I was told its fully booked.It was a struggle I was made to pay extra money for such. I did. Please get a big mirror to use when getting dressed up. Bathroom mirror not sufficient. Bathroom was the best part of condo❤️🙌 Max was excellent🙌❤️🫡 . The lady warmed up later on even suggested we go to The lifestyle market which was nice. The location is excellent🙌❤️Overall we had an amazing weekend.

The hostess was rude 'lana and janita.' the cleaning staff eg the house keeper and garden guy were amazing sad that such good staff work under an owner like that.

The location and people was amazing. Directions on booking was on point we didn't get lost.

We had to ask for coffee and tissues was not on especially because we were booked for more than a day. To keep asking fpr necessities was the downside.

We truly enjoyed our staycation and appreciated the effort that has gone into making the space comfortable and welcoming. The highlight for us was definitely the proximity to the sea—the views and the peaceful coastal atmosphere made for a very relaxing break. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, which made settling in effortless. We also really appreciated the decor, outdoor area, amenities, or responsiveness of the host. It made the experience even more enjoyable.

Can you at least try to change your couch. It’s uncomfortable but we didn’t want to make a fuss about it but overall and above, it was a beautiful staycation.

The check in time, we couldn't even wait inside the place, with the car, we had to go and wait at the beach.

Well what i didn't like is that the owner is always there also making noise with the dog barking,increasing volume from the tv...yet no noise is allowed🙄...we sat at the pool and there are bins there cos it's a chillin area we were told we are not allowed to sit there and have our drinks🤣

The door of the bathroom was not in good order,the shower glass door was half so the water from the shower was flowing outside the shower.There was no stove,pots.Air-conditioner was not there.

Alex the caretaker is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect.

The TV did not work, you watch for 10mins and it switches off, and the caretaker was aware of this before we could even check-in. I did not appreciate someone going into our room while we were not there and they didnt even ask permission. The towels did not smell fresh and clean, it had like a damp smell.

We only stayed one night and the room was a little cramped and hot as no air conditioning and a little outdated fixtures and fittings.

The owner has a solar set in our rooms, so the guy Alex had to knock and come check if there is a problem. The owner stays in the property; she could have this installed in her room

I loved that it peaceful there is no noise just fresh air from the sea, the room was exceptional and your attendant was so friendly, the room was so clean, bed was fantastic😇

I didn't like the fact that TV kept on switching off please do fix that problem and also please provides mops just in case there is a water split
