The mattress was worn and I could feel the springs. The room was small and I thought I had booked a premium room, which is not what I got. Arrived late, so I had to buy take out for supper, but no plates, cutlery, etc was available to use. No teaspoon for coffee. No mats next to the bed, the TV streaming services went off-line and it took me about 30 min getting it back up and running again, by which time I lost interest and went to sleep. All and all not what I expected.

Breakfast could be improved at least have bread fruits, cereals and yogurt at breakfast table for patrons to select for themselves then the hot meals can be ordered or prepared as per the menu options.

We had such a lovely stay here! The place was spotless, neat, comfortable, and incredibly cozy. The bed deserves a special mention — it was honestly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had! 😍 The shower had lovely warm water, and everything we needed was easily accessible, including Wi-Fi and Netflix. Check-in was also quick and hassle-free. Justin was an amazing host — friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The staff were absolutely wonderful too! They kept our room neat and clean throughout our stay and were so helpful and accommodating with our breakfasts. Overall, the staff were amazing and really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and within easy reach of restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in Ballito! ❤️

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Location was also great. Easy to get to the restaurants, shops and the beach, you don't even need an uber.

Didn't sleep well at all because there was a vibration noise in the room the whole night, it sounds like the Aircon fan was on the whole night, it wasn't even our aircon because our aircon was turned off. We were also put into the room that overlooks the car park. Don't feel too safe, as the gas geyser is inside the bathroom and it is very worrying as you always hear of carbon monoxide poisoning cases. I would definitely recommend putting a carbon monoxide detector in the rooms for guests safety.

It's a beautiful place, clean, easy to find and ocean views. Closer to town

The lady at the reception was not so nice to us, we have been told that we will be checking in from 14h00 - 18h00, by 15h00 I got a very hot call from the lady at the venue telling us we are late she is supposed to go by now we must be there she is on hurry 😱. By 17h00 we were there but the lady was so moody to us. The breakfast is also not ayoba. We were expecting the buffet breakfast not that thing they saved us, maybe they will be allowing us to order as per our wish not their terms.

Bed small and uncomfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities not very good. Loud humming noise during the night - not sure where it was coming from.

The staff are very friendly making the stay nice and warm. Location is great very close to the beach.

I would suggest changing the breakfast to maybe buffet, the set menu was limiting. If you don’t like mince you will struggle choosing. The rooms do feel a bit congested size wise and not much ventilation but very neat.

The shower was spraying water all over the bathroom.

The customer service was out of this world, stayed for 4 days with my daughter and she loved it. The location is excellent as it is 2nd row from the beach. My daughter invited some friends for game night and the staff gave them little blankets for their comfort. We are definitely returning here, they made our holiday extra special.

Breakfast was excellent! Would appreciate a filter coffee machine available at breakfast, but then that is nit picking! Comfy bed and enough warm linen.

The doors into the bathrooms are a bit tricky and I really had to jerk mine closed. The water heater was set at 39 degrees, which is way too cold for a shower on a cold evening.

The door between the rooms deprived us privacy and tranquil sleep due due noise and other activities from next door. We did not sleep well. Accommodation good for business trips not for leisure.

This was my second visit at the location this year that alone should speak on the type of hospitality and facilities at the Lebezz....close proximity to everything you might be interested in great view and relaxing area on site as well 10 out of 10 from me

Had a bit of an issue with confirming the booking since I booked via booking.com there told me they couldnt see my booking but quickly got resolved no other fault apart from that

Room 9 was so spacious, delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

There were stains of an unknown liquid on their bed sheets, and dead bugs floating in the teacups. At breakfast, the bread had mold spots, and the sausages smelled off. When I reported all these issues to the front desk staff, they said the owner was away for the past few days and could do nothing to resolve the problems. We never received any follow-up feedback after we checked out. I’d strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here.

Room was a joke. No lights were working so felt like a tiny dark dungeon over looking the car park. We didnt even bother staying 1 night and found somewhere much better. Receptionist said someone would be in touch to discuss our issues but after 2 non returned messages I'm forced to leave this review. Plenty of way better options in Ballito.

From the moment we arrived, the reception was truly welcoming. We were able to check in earlier than the usual time, and the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to assist us with friendliness and care. Their helpful attitude and warm smiles made the start of our stay feel effortless and inviting. It’s rare to find such accommodating service, and Libezz Guest House certainly delivered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a guest house with great hospitality and a team that genuinely makes you feel at home

Extremely noisy with vehicles constantly hooting and revving engines in the street outside, so therefore unable to open window for fresh air. No view. Water not very hot.

Excellent breakfast we were served by a lovely lady named Nompilo her service is exceptional she made sure that we were well taken care of she always served us with a smile.

We travelled many kilometres for our vacation and we received a cold welcome from the receptionist lady named who Phindile hospitality was missing even further more on our stay her service was frosty.

That we could not stay longer!!!

Look of the unit, the room (the wallpaper is so pretty), and location is perfect, especiallybeing close to.the spar, restaurantsand beach. We are low carb people so having easy access into the parking (being a flat driveway) is a win for us. Breakfast was delicious the one day we did have, like the idea of being able to order something off the menu instead of having a bland buffet style. So 10/10 for the breakfast, also came out very quickly which was nice. The aircon works well in the room and the bed was comfortable. Appreciate the kettle and bar fridge being in the room. The little mobile bench / table is a nice touch for the small space. Overall enjoyed the stay.

In unit 10 there is a broken / loose light fixture being held with a elastic band. The tap for the basin in the bathroom is loose. The soap dispenser is a bit rusted and makes it look tacky. We were told breakfast was from 7am and we arrived on Saturday just past 7am, and the door was locked and could see the staff in pj's by the kitchen. The room is a little dark, in terms of light. Cant have the blind open while being in the room for light and have privacy. Definitely feel that the main ceiling light could maybe just have a brighter globe which would make a difference. Photos are deceiving of the space size.

Location

Upon arriving late at night for a 4-night stay, the allocated room had an unbearable, toxic odor. It was so severe that we were unable to sleep the entire night and could not even stomach eating the breakfast we had paid for the following morning. The conditions were completely unlivable, meaning we could not stay another night. We checked out immediately the next morning, but the property is now wrongfully refusing to refund us for the remaining 3 nights that we did not stay.

An excellent, filling breakfast with a wonderful variety of options, complemented by a great coffee and juice bar. The room and bedding were clean and pristine. Fully air-conditioned and highly secure with safe parking, the room also featured a great ocean view from the balcony and a TV with Netflix included.

It was an excellent venue and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was also delicious! Thank you for everything.
