Cityscape Residences, Unit 702

The host is very accommodating. The unit is so tidy and comfy, feels like home.

There was a 12hr power interruption and unfortunately the genset of Cityscapes was defective on that day.

Eigentlich ist alles in Ordnung, wenn es diesen arroganten Sicherheitsdienst nicht geben würde. Wir haben zuvor hier über 20 Nächte verbracht und es war immer alles ok. Aber leider hat sich einiges zum negativen entwickelt.

Der Sicherheitsdienst hat unseren Urlaub versaut. Wir sind hier im Urlaub und nicht in einer Botschaft oder ähnliches.

Nice room. And near to your basic needs. Also it has a convenience store on the lobby.

The aircon is not that good. Feels Hot.

The location is good. We have used this location before no problem there it is close to shopping and to the Ayala Mall.

The Internet connection is to say the least terrible and very badly done and the TV set is an antique that is almost impossible to watch and would I stay in this room again probably not because one of the things you like to do when you’re relaxing is watch television. We could not even access our Netflix account on this antique TV.

Comforter was pretty heavy/hot

It was very easy to go around as it is located at business center of Bacolod. Very convenient. The place looks cozy, smaller compared to other condos we've checked in but enough for a family of 3.

There were still trash on the garbage bin probably from previous occupant. The internet is disconnecting from time to time. You have to use your own account to enjoy streaming on the TV. The aircon is leaking from the inside but they had a container to catch the water and placed a mat to stop the water from wetting the floor. Not too bad though, did not stop us from having a comfortable stay. We still had relaxing time during your stay :)

Very accessible to nearby establishments including the lagoon.

The room was kept neat and orderly, and toiletries as well as kitchenware were prepared as we entered the room.

I didn't like that I didn't stay long enough in this unit. Will definitely recommend to people I know who plan to stay in BCD.

Cityscape Residences is a great option for transients looking for a comfortable and home-like stay in the heart of Bacolod. The location is convenient, with easy access to key spots in the city, making it an excellent choice for short and extended stays.

The unit could have been better maintained. The fridge had leftover food and half-empty water bottles, which made the cleanliness feel subpar. The air conditioning wouldn’t turn off despite the remote control still functioning, which was concerning in terms of power consumption. Additionally, there was no internet, making the TV of little use. However, this was only a minor inconvenience since I had my mobile data, and the free WiFi issue can be easily fixed.

Very accesible to malls, park and other establishment, the overlooking view of the city makes it perfect to celebrate new years eve

The building is well located with many amenities & services in the immediate area. Check in at the guard booth was easy & efficient. The unit is nicely furnished and very clean! You have everything needed to cook and eat, if desired. The bed was quite comfy. Communication with the owners was helpful & much appreciated!

Locks were confusing

It's cozy and clean. The bathroom has hot water in the shower. The facilities provided are all working and easy-to-use.

Netflix was not working. The faucet in the sink was leaking.

No breakfast was offered. Use of fabric conditioner on beddings not good for those having sinusitis/asthma.

It was comfortable, so clean and it jus feels like home.

Unfortunately, the internet didn’t work during our stay so we were not really able to use the TV to watch some shows.

Cold and cozy, just the way we want it. The bed retains heat which is perfect. Complete kitchen utensils for basic cooking, pretty convenient.

Originally booked for two adults but since it's maskara festival, our friends wanted to be with us during our 24-hour stay in Bacolod and the owner was nice enough to allow us since we only stayed in the unit to rest/sleep before going back to Manila. The room is beyond what we expected considering it's price, it was very cheap, clean and cozy. Toiletries were also provided for two adults, as well as house slippers and a lot more. I've got no words to say kasi it's super nice talaga!

The location is good for central Bacolod. Room is standard for this sort of rental in my experience, a variety of mismatched furniture, charming in its own way.

We picked an unlucky time to visit as they were digging up the road outside, so access was not great and we had some issues with parking which we were able to sort out eventually with building security. Not the fault of the owners.
