It's not i did not like but just to suggest in the improvement of the chair, pillows & hand water spray in the toilet which is a bit rusty.

We wanted to check in earlier since the owner allowed it, but the place was not ready yet, so we checked in 10 mins after the supposed check-in time.

The place needs a proper deep clean, there's an awful smell in the room. The pull out bed under the bed was dirty, it mattress is broken and very dusty. The toilet needs deep cleaning, the place smells 'dusty'. It shouldn't be marketed for 4 people, it can only accomodate a couple comfortably, not for a family of 4. The towel that was provided does not smell 'fresh'. If that place is cleaned properly, it could have been a wonderful place for a couple for a short stay. I hope you don't take this review negatively, but use this to improve your service to your clients.

However, I think the A/c unit is small for it’s floor area. The room can’t get cool temperature eventhough the A/c is running. Extra fan should have been provided for ventilation.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Upon checking in, the room was very clean and smelled great. The instructions were also sent via email upon booking, so we didn’t have to look for the Wi-Fi password anymore. Since we have a toddler, it was great that the owner’s TV had YouTube and Netflix available. The shower pressure was also strong, and there is a heater as well. What was even more amazing is that the place is very close to many establishments. We were able to visit Aida’s Lechon Manok, Ayala Malls, BongBong’s (Lacson branch), Merzci, and Sharyn’s Cansi House — all within a 10-minute walk. So it is very convenient. For the price, this is the most affordable room compared to other units available in Cityscape. If we had more time to stay, we could have tried the pool located on the top floor, which the guard said is free for guests. Thank you, and God bless the owner.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Location wise. Luggage Safekeeping. Safe. Clean room. Comfy Bed. Clean Toilet. Complete amenities. All water faucets are working. Aircon and lights optimum best. Towels and sheets and linens are clean and smells good. Room size is perfect.
The toilet hand wash bowl is clogged. Hard time opening the door but was able to get used to it. The rest is perfect.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2024I love how comfortable the place was, and how malls and fast foods were so close to it that I had no problem getting there and finding fun places to visit even if it was our first time being on the area. The rooms was so clean when we arrived too and the neighbors were quiet. So if you were out with your family all day enjoying the city so much and finally calls it a day and return to the place to rest, you’ll be able to sleep perfectly.
The parking space, although the room is perfect, the parking space is not enough for everyone around.(You’ll have to park maybe around 10meters away from the premises, if nothing is available outside the building.)
