Great location and apartment

Very cool, stylish apartment in a great location. Very well kitted out, great facilities. Lovely comfy bed. Loved and all the extra thoughtful things.Good heating.

The bathroom mirror had poor lighting for makeup.

Attention to detail was incredible. Well-presented facilities and very comfortable. Every floor had interesting art and decor to wonder and look at with incredible selections of art.

Stylish, practical, clean, quiet and warm. Shelley is an excellent host/manager. Great location - close walk to Railway Station and Octagon. Free, easy parking if you’re driving.

OMG, for an architecturally designed building, I can't believe how bad the sound proofing was between the rooms, the lady next door had a cold, and we could hear her coughing throughout the nights that we stayed

Style / space

Just one thing - in the lofts it would be good to have a mirror that was near the natural light - hard to do your makeup without this.

Bedroom was cold and didn’t heat up with heat pump or the heater which didn’t do much. Could hear ppl in the next apartment having a conversation

The fact that when I booked, I chose an apartment with sea views and all the kitchen, living dining on one level. What I got was a cramped 3 level unit with views of extraction protrusions and a tin roof. I was shafted! They moved us to an absolute shit box room so they could charge someone else more for the room we booked well in advance. No offer of compensation and blamed it all on Booking.com. Do not trust these people. I have included photos of what we were supposed to have and what we got. The place wasn't that clean either with other people's hair and stuff behind doors and a leaking shower hose. I had better service and amenities at a 3 star hotel in Wellington. The second bed was a small double and my husband had to sleep on the sofa because he's 6'6 and there was no way he could be in that stupid bed. The fridge also froze half our food and it had to be thrown out. The ruined what should have been a family memory making trip for my sons 30th birthday.

Loved the modern renovation that kept the feeling of the historic old building. Lovely and clean. Perfect for our long weekend.

Wouldn’t suit people with mobility issues but it does say that online.

Layout was fabulous. The entry and lift space is really interesting.

The property was fabulous. Loved it. Could do with a couple of oven dishes. We used the kitchen and cooked. Such a great space to cook in while guests sit and chat.

Nice new loft apartment with great kitchen facilities and full laundry. Parking available out the front.

We had asked for a fold out bed and assured one was available, however, our child had to sleep on the couch, not a fold out. We contacted the manager and they advised it was out of their control because previous tenants had broken the futon, however, not nice having to sleep just on the couch and no forewarning before we arrived. Not really close to anything, either you need to drive or bit of a walk.

Hitting my head on the roof

The apartments are very conveniently located. A stunning, shabby chic re-design of the existing warehouse building. Good accommodation, fabulous kitchen.

Our only complaint was that for a renovation in 2023, the walls are still very thin and all can be heard from your neighbours in the studio apartments. A little painful, but not insurmountable.

Very much recommend staying here. A beautiful restored industrial building with all conveniences. A lovely location with a sea view. Administrator Shelley was super responsive and helpful.

Everything was perfect

Quirky. Tidy.

Lack of curtains, uncovered skylight which made it very difficult to sleep. Also the main bedroom was too cold and the wall heater was ineffective. I understand there was a lot of rain but there was a leak from the skylight on the left of the bedroom all night.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. There was nothing my wife and I didn't like.

Clean, spacious and quiet, relatively new, fantastic communication from managers. Great quality linen and comfortable bed. Very warm even in winter with heaters throughout.

A little bit isolated from dining options, parking was street parking and 2hr limit on weekdays which was inconvenient only on one day we were there but had to find alternative on that day.

The shower drain would not take water unless you removed drain cover.

Proximity to everything is great and handy having a restaurant/cafe right across the road.

It just needs a full length mirror :)

No keys, everything was door codes (just two door codes to get inside the room). Really easy to get in and didn't have to worry about losing a key, a bonus!

Loved pretty much everything. The space is great and the apartment is well equipped for a longer stay. The view is awesome and location fabulous.

Our first apartment had a window flashing loose that flapped in the wind and woke us up then we were moved to another unit which was good of them. The new unit wasn't as clean as the first and there was noise from other units (clearly hear people talking) but this was nothing major. The worst thing was the bed was really hard. At the end of the day, some people love a rock hard bed and we have booked again for a family trip because this place is awesome.

Sally gave me an early check in meaning I could get office work done for the day which was a massive help. Loved the acom and will be back for work trips

The Loft apartments are very well considered and feature good design which is comfortable and pleasing to inhabit.

The renovated and architecturally redesigned lofts on level three are excellent but it is a pity that the apartments on the other levels are still in development stages.

Lovely and warm - warehouse loft vibe - good lift access but you do need to understand that there are stairs within the loft to negotiate . Great view from upstairs

For some reason hadn’t realised it was on the other side of the railway line which made it longer for our family to walk to us - my fault not yours !

The rooms and whole apartment buildings were stunning and the kitchen fully equiped so we could make our meals. Full size fridge and coffee machine and comfy couches to relax and watch TV at night.

It was a bit noisy at night from my room (balcony room at the front of the apartment) as the train station is right over the road and there is a motorway off ramp too with quite a few heavy vehicles. Didn't bother me too much but if you were a light sleeper maybe look at an apartment to the rear. First impression was that it was in an industrial area but it's actually a short walk to town.

Modern and well appointed. Had everything we needed including parking wager and drier.

All the stairs to the bathroom. But appreciate later the night lights that were sensor activated when movement detected.

Very small niggles, but the location of the sockets in the main bedroom wouldn’t accommodate my phone charger. Also tv did not support Sky Sports Now app not ApplePlay so had to watch the Grand Prix on my phone.

Not that it mattered to me personally but the location is quite noisy being on a major highway and the rail marshalling yard.

Loved the apartment and setup. Very close to town. Nice to have views of the ocean. Parking easy and close.

The location is just a few minutes from the city centre, making it easy to get to the Saturday Farmers Market, which I enjoyed a lot.

Enthralling Industrial/quirky apartment decor & design. Excellent facilities, with very comfortable beds. Relatively easy walk to Dunedin town centre (15 -20 mins walk crossing railway bridge). Very clean although a bit of dust in places.

A bit noisy (location was close to busy road and railway station), and car parking was a bit challenging at times (although free on road all-day parking available 50-70 m from apartment).

The place was great and very roomy for 4 of us. Location was good and easy access to restaurants, beaches, sites, etc.

Lovely modern and clean apartment with all the things we needed for our stay. The cleaner was so friendly and the apartment well placed to walk into the town centre

Beautiful historic building. Great renovation to complement the warehouse style. Apartment had everything you need and full kitchen and laundry. Very close to main train station. Highly recommend especially for longer stays and if you want to do some catering.

Location and outlook to harbour.

Traffic noise, noise from neighbouring apartment. Some facilities need repair/ attention.

The entrance was hard to find, the codes to enter were sent by bookings, not the appartment which wasn't clear in the confirmation email. The location, whilst close to the centre of Dunedin, was actually not good as the railway line separated the locations, requiring a car for any movement.
