Reviewed Aug 23, 2026the apartment suite is connected to a mall and it is nearby to the airport (15-20 mins)
not the apartment itself but the imperial suite doesnt have its own space for car waiting especially grab so we needed to be ready outside for grab/taxi and few drivers get confused which route to enter so ended up have to walk further a bit (its fine for me, not for elderly who has difficulty of walking quick)

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The location above mall is plus points. It also very large and comfortable. Very clean. The air conditioning is super cool. They have large refrigerator and complete cooking utensils and appliances. They have washing machine and dryer. It is convenient for long stay traveller like us. PThe staff is friendly. They allow us to check in bit early. However, they reminds u to check out as early as 11.45am. It's understandable as they need to clean up for other guests.
The toilet is only have bidet, make it hard for me to wash my kids after using the toilet. The toilet floor is slippery and constant wet from the uneven toilet floor.

Poorly maintain, smelly Toilet with stain at the edges, Shower cubic without toiletries refill, Shower head crack at common bathroom (have to use tape to seal it). Towel worn off badly come in various color. Only one pair of slipper. Pillowcase torn and pillow stain, mix and match pillow with different size and softness. I view as no check list to ensure all necessity is in place. As it was so badly rundown, I strongly urge an immediate inspection and revamp. Unit #07-14

The toilet. I don't prefer a bidet, and the shower has a clogged drain. The children didn't know how to use the bidet.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Love the location of the accommodation. It was great that there were facilities at this condominium that can be used. The facilities were pretty good for us.
The rooms had a very bad odour. The air conditioning units are not clean, smelly, and the air conditioning remotes are not working. Other than that, the host promised shampoo and body wash. However, it wasn't provided at all to the guests. The towels had a funny smell to them as well. The walls in the house and bathroom were dirty and should be much cleaner than this.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025I like this apartment because it is right in front of the pool & the master bedroom is bigger than what i expect. Everything is good & everyone is happy. Thanks for the great service & patience.
I found that the fridge is not clean where the fridge still got a small bowl of soy sauce inside it and other sauce in packet maybe from the last customer I think & I found a bunch of hair on the floor. Other than that, the c/in time is quite late & the c/out time is early 15 minutes than other places.

Bilik betul² berhadapan dengan kolam mandi tapi awassss jangan lalu depan balcony nanti kena denda 😂. Owner pun mesra. Next time ke Kuching akan menginap d sana lagi....

Not that dont like perhaps a few stuff like small bottle of shower gel, shampoo to be placed in the bathroom, Detergent too for washing clothes. To consider bright color curtain, update your pillow , matteress and comforter.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2025We had a pleasant stay! The host was very accommodating, even though we checked in late and got a bit lost finding the suite at first. After that, it was easy to access. The location is great—close to a hotel and a shopping mall, which was very convenient. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with a washing machine and dryer that came in handy. There also gym and swimming pools right under our room.
The only downside is that, since it’s an apartment, there’s no place to leave your luggage after check-out. Our flight was late, so we had to look for external luggage storage services. I recommend contacting the host early to ask about the possibility of a late check-out. I requested a bit too late, unfortunately. It will take 20-30 min if you want to go to waterfront but we have no problem with it. Overall, it was still a great experience!

Maybe it's because it rained for days, when we got there and opened our room's door, it seemed pretty humid and didn't smell well. The bathroom and hallway wasn't as clean as I thought.
