the apartment is clean

no extra toilet rolls provided, no dishwasher liquid provided, no extra garbage bag / plastic provided. We have to buy our own tissue and also garbage plastic bag. Asked from the owner but he only replied 2 HOUR LATERS and told us that we requested quite late and the cleaners are back home already.

Location is good, easy to get keys and check in, instruction well given by the Host.

After 10pm, had to cross over the road for food, as the mall beside is closed. Bathroom was flooding as shower is taken. The room has no window, something I missed looking at the wrong apartment picture during booking,

The door knob of the main door is spoiled when we checked in. Wifi is not working throughout our stay. Even mobile data coverage is not good.

What I liked most about the property was how comfortable and homey it felt. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made me feel relaxed right away. The room was cozy with everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the location (it was convenient to get to nearby places and easy to find). The overall vibe of the apartment was calm and welcoming, perfect for both resting and spending time indoors. The kitchen area and living space were practical and neat too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the apartment met my expectations. I felt comfortable throughout and would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a comfortable stay. The apartment was cozy and the room was clean and okay. Location was convenient too. The only thing was the aircond felt a bit weak and not as cold as expected. Other than that, everything was fine and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nick's homestay recently! Everything was top-notch, from the pristine cleanliness to the cozy, modern interior design that made us feel right at home instantly. Nick was an incredibly welcoming and responsive host, ensuring a seamless check-in process from start to finish. The amenities provided were excellent and highly functional, making our trip super comfortable. The only very minor thing missing was a rice cooker, but that didn't spoil our amazing experience at all because everything else was completely flawless. I highly recommend Nick’s beautiful place to everyone for a perfect getaway. Definitely a solid 10/10!

Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on this. The Boulevard mall has a couple of food places but eating options are very limited, you need to go further to get good food. Luckily there are other places around the area.

Provisions were good, only thing I'd comment on is providing some tea and coffee would be a nice touch, even just the 3 in 1 sachets.

Property was located on main street, building was well maintained and clean.

Maintenance of bathroom facilities needs improvement, basin was not functioning, shower head was troublesome.

Stayed here for one night and had a pretty good experience. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. Aircond was cold I don’t even use my room aircond because the hallway aircond is already cold enough , wifi worked fine and fast and the place was quiet. The water heater was working well so no complains there. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Parking was spacious because it under a mall and many spots were available. Overall I think it’s worth the price and felt comfortable staying here. This is my second stay. Would definitely recommend this place to others, really enjoyed my stay.

really liked how easy it was to self-collect the access card. I was able to check in on time, and the location is very strategic. I felt safe because the homestay is directly connected to the mall and the Imperial Hotel, where I attended my conference. It was very convenient to buy anything I needed from the mall, which offers a wide variety of shops and services. The host provided complete facilities, including an iron and ironing board, clean kitchen utensils, a microwave, oven, kitchen stove, and water heater. The bathroom was also well-equipped with a water heater. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent—fast and reliable throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly as well. Overall, it is a great place for solo travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a sense of safety.

The location of the accommodation is convenient, as it is close to shopping malls, near the airport, and has less traffic congestion.

As for the facilities, it would be better to provide extra bath soap, shampoo, and dishwashing liquid. The batteries in the remote controls for the air conditioner and TV were weak, which made it difficult to use them. Unfortunately, we were unable to watch TV properly. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was not cooling and only blew warm air. Why has it not been repaired?

Overall experience living in kuching suites the 2nd time, this are overall the best, comfy bed, quiet surrounding, interior cleanliness is 11/10.

Not much, just 1 thing…the balcony floor, railing and glass should be cleaned. It didnt bother me much though i only sat on the balcony to smoke.

Overall, I was not very satisfied with my stay as the property did not match the description and photos provided. Firstly, my check-in date was on 4 June, but no one contacted me beforehand regarding the check-in arrangements. I had to reach out to the owner myself on the day, which I found rather inconvenient and unprofessional. Secondly, the stated check-in time was 2:00 PM. On the day of arrival, I contacted the owner and requested the room number in advance, but the information was not provided. When I arrived at the property exactly at 2:00 PM and asked again, I was told to wait in the lobby for another five minutes. I felt this could have been managed more efficiently. In addition, I was not informed during check-in that the air conditioners and oven were not available for use. The sofa was also damaged, but no prior notice was given. The bedsheets appeared somewhat dirty as well, although unfortunately I did not take any photos. This situation made me concerned because if I had not taken photos of the damaged sofa upon arrival, I could potentially have been held responsible for the damage during check-out. Furthermore, only one air-conditioning remote control was functioning properly. The batteries in the other remote controls were completely drained. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement in communication, maintenance, and transparency. I hope these issues can be addressed to provide a better experience for future guests.

Parking was shown as included in the listing but was not available upon arrival. The unit was also quite noisy, which affected our stay. We unfortunately could not tahan to stay overnight even though we had already paid. Overall, considering the price paid, there may be other accommodations that offer better value. It would be helpful if the listing details could be updated for better clarity for future guests.

The apartment is well-prepared and fully equipped with a hairdryer, iron, and microwave. Besides that, the apartment are so clean and the bed is so comfortable. I feel so relaxed staying there. This is my second time stay at Nick’s homestay. The owner is really helpful and the instruction to get into the house is very clear. 10/10

The location is not good, because there is one Chinese restaurant only. If you want Chinese food, you have to take grab to go somewhere.

The conditioners were cold enough. The stove is not work, provide one induction cooker without exhaust fan. And a small cooking pot and a pan only. The water tap in kitchen was dripping when it was turned on. Very dirsty places and had bad smell.

The location is highly strategic, with direct access to the shopping mall on Level 2 and seamless connectivity to the hotel via Level
