Reviewed Oct 17, 2025Apartment facilities were good in general, place was spacious, and also has a laundry room to place your washed clothes.
Parents mentioned that the master toilet had weak shower pressure and the hot/cold tap water were opposite direction. Apart from that, there weren't shampoo/bodywash or bottled water provided which isn't a big issue as there's Boulevard mall beside. Unless, you check in very late at night.

The room smell mouldy. Floor was feeling dusty. It was like they do cleaning without use any floor cleaner liquid. The room smell was worst. The bidet blocked in master room,stain everywhre in the bathroom. Cuckoo water also not working well bcoz hot dispenser not hot at all.but fortunately got water boiler. The water dropping from aircond caused bed get wet.

There was a smell (luckily not particular bad) in the apartment, we had to keep the sliding glass door in the balcony and the entrance door opened so there was airflow to reduce the smell.
