The homestay was very clean, and the person in charge was responsible and friendly. The key collection process was simple and clearly explained. The sea view was very nice. I would definitely come back again next time.

I really liked the layout and how spacious the living area is. The balcony overlooks the sea, offering a beautiful and captivating sunrise view in the morning.

I like the location which is so near to the beach, convenient stores and restaurants.

The room was not properly clean and the furniture is outdated.

The property offers easy and convenient parking access, making arrival and departure a breeze. The space itself is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the large TV with a strong Wi-Fi connection and Netflix access, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The host was exceptionally friendly, kind, and easy to communicate with, always quick to respond and provide clear, helpful directions. Their warm hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

Everything was great! Check in procedure was smooth eventhough we arrived a bit late. Home was spacious and clean, well equipped! Location also great, near to almost everything. Will definitely come again!

Advertised as 3 bed apartment, but you can use only 2, there were no bed sheets for sofa, although were requested before arrival. Flat is worn out, cleaning is poor, mold in the bathroom.

Good parking, beach Good atmosphere with lots of local people on holidays with their families Not too far from Kuantan with a car. Some shops if you don't have a car. Good view. Water filter. Great TV and Karaeoke

Lifts can get busy and hot

Good view from the high floor. The unit was comfortable. Everything else in the room was just fine. They got washing machine and few other good stuff. They were kind to allow us to get in an hour earlier, when the housekeeping was just about to leave.

The official check-in time is 4-7 pm. Only 3-in-1 coffee was available as complimentary drink. I don't drink coffee nowadays. They lock access to the beach after 10 pm, so need to walk far through the public access to go to the beach at late hours.

Being next to the Swiss-Bell Hotel made it easy for us to enjoy a decent breakfast.

We encountered some difficulty connecting to the internet during our stay. Additionally, we found it challenging to operate the entertainment tools provided, such as Netflix, the karaoke system, and the smart TV. Clear instructions on how to operate these amenities would be incredibly helpful for future guests.

The Timurbay pool and all surrounding area are super clean. 5. Elevator works fine and clean. 6. Netflix provided by owner. 7. Wifi works well. 8. Karaoke works fine but i dont sing 😆 9. Got clinic infront of Timurbay (doctor are super nice...get my routine meds there as i forgot to bring it from home), eatery places for breakfast, lunch and dinner for local cuisine (delicious!) and also coffee shops (local coffee shop and ZUS!) 10. Security officers, cleaner and workers of Timurbay are alert, polite, very nice, and really helpful!

We stayed at Mr. K's Penthouse at Timur Bay for two nights (Saturday to Monday) early Sept, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. This place truly exceeded our expectations and made our getaway to Kuantan perfect! First of all, the beachfront view from the unit is simply breathtaking – waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean every morning was magical. The unit was impeccably clean, which made us feel comfortable and at home right away. We loved the karaoke set (complete with 2 mics) – it was a fantastic bonus for our evenings in! The TV is huge and brand new with Netflix and other streaming apps already set up, so we had plenty of entertainment options throughout our stay. We even had a movie night! It’s the thoughtful little touches that really impressed us. Slippers were provided in case we wanted to head down to the beach, and there was even an umbrella on hand, just in case it rained. The unit also had a washer-dryer, which came in handy after our beach trips. Even though there’s a Coway water filter in the unit, they still provided us with four bottled waters to take along with us, which was really thoughtful. Instant coffee was prepared on the dining table, and the bathroom was stocked with clean towels. Overall, this stay was an absolute gem. We felt completely taken care of, and it was clear the host had gone above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Kuantan! We’ll definitely be back. 😊

I had an incredible experience. The seaview is precious, offering stunning views from both my room and the hall balcony. The second room also boasts a nice view, overlooking the pool with a glimpse of the sea, thanks to the unit's end location facing the beach. The host has gone above and beyond to ensure guest comfort, providing not just the usual facilities but also adding a karaoke set, a Cuckoo water filter, and several pairs of slippers for beach use. I am extremely satisfied with my stay.

While my stay was fantastic overall, I do have a recommendation for improvement. Upgrading the existing furniture and decor could enhance the property’s exclusivity. Although the current pieces are still functional, refreshing them would elevate the overall aesthetic and comfort of the space.

The property had everything! The unit is located idylically facing the sea, where you can wait at the balcony for the breathtaking sunrise. The apartment unit was complete - 65 inch smart TV with a karaoke set, washing machine, basic cooking facilities, and well-furnished. Supermarket and ikan bakar eateries are in abundance of choice just outside the entrance of the apartment unit. And to top it all, the unit’s owner was very attentive and was constantly checking if we needed assistance. Will come again InsyaAllah.

Its close proximity and accessibility to the beach

Too crowded on weekends and public holidays. Not enough lifts to bring you down or up at peak hours. we had to walk down 13 floors at check out time as the lifts was crowded.

Lots of ants when leaving food on the table even for a very short while. Maybe host can set ant traps to reduce this problem. It would be nice if there was a little cooker just to make a simple breakfast. No fans at all in the unit. Some table/standing fans would be nice.

lack of cooking possibilities, distance from the city , small ants in the living room, place is a bit run down, only malaysian food option around, it is exceedingly difficult to cross the street. The beach is bad and sea not suitable for swimming.
