Treppe zum Bett in der obern Etage,sehr steil und Stufen zu klein. Klospülung lief immer nach. Klobürste sollte mal getauscht werden. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Location is good. Appartment is clean and host gave well rounded instructions about the place. Check in officially starts at 4pm but the room was ready earlier.
Felt a bit scammed. The room doesn’t look like you see it in booking, far from it. It is very dark and not that much of a light. The bathroom sink is really clogged and needs maintenance. There is a strange smell in the bathroom when we arrived. It felt that we are in some kind of underground place with limited windows and light.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Buona posizione... Appartamento ben tenuto con tutto i necessario ma un po' piccolo per 4 persone. Staf disponibile.. sono intervenuti subito per piccolo problema con le dotazioni.
Il divano letto non aveva il copri materasso della lunghezza giusta... Quindi non copriva tutta la struttura. Tasto un po' dolente la scala che porta al soppalco zona notte molto ripida... Anche le scale interne per accedere all'appartamento abbastanza strette.

La exigencia de dejar todo recogido y la basura bajada porque sino te pueden hacer cargos. Por el precio que se paga, creo que esto debería estar incluido. Supongo que será porque hay personas incívicas. Pero a mí me sorprendió y me molestó un poco, porque yo normalmente dejo todo recogido, como me lo encuentro.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y de la zona de ocio y más turística. El apartamento está muy nuevo y decorado con muy buen gusto, y muy limpio. Nos hospedamos en la última planta y, aunque tuvimos que subir las escaleras, el ambiente en la buhardilla es muy acogedor.
Precisamente por la zona en la que está, no es posible llegar hasta la puerta con el coche para descaragar las maletas, pero se puede estacionar cerca de forma provisional; posteriormente te tocará llevar el coche a otro sitio un poco más alejado para dejarlo bien aparcado.

The rudest and most unhelpful owner I have ever encountered. Avoid this place. My check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM. By 4:30 PM, I still hadn’t received any check-in instructions, and the owner had stopped responding to my messages. He also ignored my phone calls. Eventually, I had to ask a woman working in a nearby café to help me call him. Surprisingly, he answered her call immediately. She explained that I still hadn’t received any check-in information. In front of both of us, he claimed that I was lying. We were literally looking at my Booking conversation together, and the last message from him was from around 8:00 AM. He then called me and was extremely rude. He insisted he had sent me all the information at 3:00 PM and told me to check my Booking messages. I even sent him a screenshot clearly showing that there were no messages from him after 8:00 AM—only several unanswered messages from me. Even then, he never apologized. Instead, he continued speaking to me as if I were an idiot. He knew I was in a hurry because I needed to store my heavy luggage before exploring the town, yet he showed absolutely no willingness to help. Being left waiting for over 30 minutes without any information, being ignored, and then being called a liar is simply unacceptable. I will also be reporting this experience to Booking. I have screenshots proving everything. To make matters worse, the address listed on Booking is incorrect. The accommodation is on a different street and has a different house number, making it even harder to find. When I asked the owner for help, I could see he had read my messages but chose not to reply for another 40 minutes. This was one of the most uncomfortable check-in experiences I have ever had while travelling. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was disappointing as well and definitely not worth the price. The bed was as hard as a rock. I managed to sleep only about three hours before moving to the couch.

Le seul point négatif est que même si l’appartement est propre, il est très très humide… il faudrait peut être penser à mettre une ventilation car l’odeur d’humidité n’était pas agréable.

Kitchen/living area quite small. Stairs up to the apartment quite steep. Only 1 pillow provided per person and was very thin.

Pajusti miesto atmosferą tikrai puikus pasirinkimas. Daug laiptų norint patekti į būstą, reikia į tai atkreipti dėmesį užsisakant.
Sunkiai susilanksto miegama sofa. Kaimynai rūko balkonuose, kvapai sklinda į vidų.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral und bietet eine gute Möglichkeit die Stadt zu erkunden oder einen Strandurlaub zu machen. Die Wohnung war sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Ausstattung war auch gut und das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Nur knapp 500m entfernt befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Eventuell könnte es dort in der Urlaubssaison anders aussehen. Wir können aber nicht klagen. Alles in allem eine gute Wohnung. Gerne wieder.
Uns hatte nur der Wasserkocher gefehlt, der in der Beschreibung aufgelistet war. Aber ansonsten alles top.

We checked in at the time specified on Booking, and all the information about the keys and our stay was sent to us by message. All our questions were answered promptly. De wastafel in de badkamer is erg onhandig. Eigenlijk onbruikbaar door de positie van de kraan, zeer smalle nis. Je kan er ook niks neerzetten.

Isto não é uma crítica, apenas uma observação que reparamos depois de sair, que recebemos um mail a dizer para deixar o cartão no cofre enquanto num papel afixado dizia para deixar em cima da mesa, deixamos em cima da mesa e só em viagem reparamos que recebemos um mail a dizer para deixar o mesmo no cofre. Deveria de ter um aviso a dizer para deixar no cofre e não em cima da mesa como tínhamos feito. Estava tudo perfeito!

Posizione centrale (vicino al mare e alla parte vecchia della cittadina), appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso, nuovo e curato con attenzione. Letto molto comodo. Facile comunicazione con il gestore prima dell'arrivo e durante, si è dimostrato premuroso, gentile e disponibile. si può parcheggiare la macchina nelle strade vicine (sia a pagamento che con parcheggio libero). Consigliatissimo!

Niente da migliorare. Tutto perfetto.

Der link von booking.com mit der Wegbeschreibung führt zu einer anderen Unterkunft - das kann man sicherlich korrigieren.
