Place was uncomfortably cold because HVAC didn't work. Owner said he came but couldn't fix it. Called me a liar when I complained the temperature was only 17C. He said the temperature was 25C, which if it had been I wouldn't have complained.

The HVAC did not work so the place was uncomfortably cold. I phoned the owner who apparently came when I was out but could not fix the HVAC. When I complained this was his reply. "Of course. My dear sire, let me call you a liar right now. I can show you the phone calls we had and even photos of my presence in the apartment. Please have respect for my work, and be proud of the privileged place where you slept at least 25 degrees Celsius. Have a good day. Thank you. Ricardo" If the place was 25 degrees Celsius I would have had no complaint, but it was 17 degrees Celsius and therefore too cold for my comfort. Plus, I don't like being called a liar. This owner and his place is not appropriate for Booking.com, in my opinion.

The apartment in the 3rd floor and no elevator

Location. Condition of apartment, cleanliness, supplies (coffee, linens, towels, etc) all good.

Hot water heater didn't work. No parking. Tricky to find. Check in codes for access were sent at the last minute instead of earlier.

Appartement bien situé en face de la mer dans une zone touristique très fréquentée et où café, restaurant et magasins sont à proximité. Appartement lumineux avec une belle vue sur la mer. L’appartement est adapté pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Merci pour la douchette aux toilettes on en voit pas souvent en Europe.

Une scène installée juste devant l’immeuble avec des concerts la nuit. Heureusement qu’ils terminent à minuit.

Lovely, bright and useful apartment right on the beach. Nothing extra, nothing that special, but everything necessary. Perfect for two adults and a teen.

Not a pretty entrance. Smelly hallway, but the apartment was fine and all windows and doors opened.

Even though it was stormy and raining nearly the whole visit, my seafront room was wonderful! I enjoyed hearing the waves crashing on the beach

The view was absolutely spectacular, we couldn't have asked for a place closer to the beach. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated, and it's so handy having a kitchenette. The apartment also has a washing machine and a line to dry clothes, and it's supplied with anything you need for the beach e.g. umbrella. If you wish to head up to the other side of Nazare, the apartment is only a short walk to the funicular.

The balcony is a juliette balcony so you can't actually sit out on it (but the view more than made up for this.) Could do with a reading lamp or two in the living area!

Die apartment was not well cleaned, and it was very noisy in the house during the day as well as in the night. We have been at other apartments in Nazare, but this one was the poorest and it is totally overpriced !

The personnel was very helpful and efficient to fix little problems or questions, and give us advices. The appartment is very confortable with all equipment you could expect to spend a week. The stunning view, at 180° on the beach shore is a "must see". The place was very animated as it is right in front of the beach, but being on the 3rd floor made it quiet enough. Dozens of restaurants or shops are close by. Very nice. I recommend.

When arriving at Nazare, It was a bit tricky to find parking places as the time of the year made it very crowded, but it's not related to the appartment. The personnel helped us find private parking solutions.

A very clean, cozy, and charming apartment in the best location in Nazaré. Our apartment was on the third floor, which required a bit of walking. Being in such a central location, it can be a little noisy at night, but it was manageable.

We booked for three adults and were a bit disappointed that the third bed was not prepared. Although I'm okay with a sofa bed, the one provided was of very poor quality and had to be prepared by ourselves. It would be much better if it were replaced with a proper sofa bed that doesn't split into two parts during the night and is more comfortable. Despite working out, it was very disappointing.

Its up 4 flights of stairs snd no elevator. Since we are in our both over 65 years old, getting our luggage up to and back down from the flat was very difficult.

Location was perfect. Felt very safe with the surroundings. Was there in E December a off season time.

Too many stairs to climb. Could be a problem for older folks. This is not about the property, but I got ticketed for parking in front of the property for 3 minutes while I went up to get my luggage.

A cute little flat, small but perfectly formed and with a lovely view, this place has everything we needed for a couple of nights in Nazare. The washing machine was a bonus and I really enjoyed hanging out our wash on the traditional line three floors above the street! It’s in the perfect spot to explore either the beach or the old lanes. Two supermarkets close by if you want to cook or a wide choice of good restaurants. The agency team who run the place are well organised and kind.

It was quite awkward accessing the wardrobe as the bedroom is very small

The location couldn’t be better. Direct view of the crashing waves, close to everything. We thought the tourist busses and crowds would be a problem, but they weren’t on the 3rd floor. Well equipped and comfortable apartment.

Nothing, it was great for a four day stay. We eventually found the municipal parking lot and that helped.

the location was in the beach and away from the loud noise of night party’s . The contact person was very communicative and lovely via texting.

The apartment was up 3 flights of narrow stairs, very hard to climb with a normal size suitcase (50lb) for international travel. The kitchen area smelled of mildew badly. Could be the clothes washer in the kitchen? Apartment small to comfortably accommodate both mine and my husbands suitcase. AC was so loud we could not use it.

Excellent location. I would definitely book it again. There was an issue with the door lock but ricardo came promply and went above and beyond to dix it.

Ricard, our host for the property was attentive and kind. Lovely ocean view, perfect location and a washer!

We did have a rainstorm during our stay and water seeped in from the balcony. Not much they could do about it at the time but Ricardo responded immediately.

Decor, layout, cleanliness; everything was inviting and pleasant.

Note that access to this property requires going up 49 steps; at least it is a very solid staircase.

New, Modern apartment. The room is big, kitchen well equipped. The view is spectacular!!
