Chrisann's is somewhere we've (my partner and I) stayed before. We like the location in reference to Ocho Rios and Tower Isle. Also, the private cove is our favorite. The bed was also very comfortable.

Sigh... Firstly, this post refers to the managers of APT. #11. Worst stay to date. The wifi was disconnected, therefore there was no television. There were no paper towels nor dishwashing liquid present upon arrival. Also, underneath the TV cabinet, there were some eaten (dried-out) guinep seeds. One of the chairs was broken and almost caused someone to fall through the frame. The worst part about it is after mentioning all of this to the staff present, and the owner of the room (on Friday) via whats app, the only follow up we got (via whats app) was the banking information to transfer the money for staying there (recieved this Saturday night), after which (left Sunday Mid-day), no follow up was made (still to this post which I am making on Monday night). Sad to say, but we may not be returning to Chrisann's... (Unless we get APT. #21)

No Breakfast. They do not serve breakfast

The room that I stayed in # 29 had several issues. (1) It rained and the roof leaked in the section over the kitchen, floor flooded and the stove was soaked. I called and no one came to mop up the lake in the kitchen. Light went out and there was no power outage in the area. My friend had power in his room and when I called my contact the light was turned back on. Wi-Fi did not work. This was a stay from hell.

The condo was updated very modern and cozy.

It was a wonderful stay. I've stayed here before, but #29 felt lime home.
