Quiet, gated community. The unit was very comfortable. We only used two bedrooms but we were glad to have three bathrooms. It was as close enough to the places we wanted to go. Kitchen was well appointed.

The beach on property was even smaller than it looked in pictures and tide was in the times we went there so we couldn’t really use it.

The communication between jordan and us as guests was nothing short of exception. extremely attentive, taking care of everything we needed with no problem, travelling with children made this so easy for us.

nothing, there was nothing not to like. Jordan his wife as hosts were truly admirable, i feel we have extended family in jamaica now due to their humility. We loved the apartment, all facilities, the additional support to guide us on travel, where to eat how to navigate, you will not be disappointed booking this lovely place with an exceptional host.

Absolutely stunning property. The host has decorated it to a very high standard and was exceptionally clean and tidy. Loved having the separate bathrooms as a family of 5 this was greatly appreciated. Nice and safe environment with security on the gate 24hours. Having the option to either swim in the pool or private beach was a bonus. Also stunning views of the sea from the master bedroom Loved my stay and would highly recommend.

Had a small issue with the AC unit in the living room which was fixed very quickly by the housekeeper.

The housekeeper Latesha was amazing! Helped us find a grocery store our first night. The beds were comfortable. Everything felt very clean and safe. The view is amazing!! The kitchen was well stocked with all you need for cooking. The pool was wonderful; clean, fun, with a bathroom and deck chairs and a BBQ. The onsite ocean access is not so much a beach as a rocky cove but we really loved that too. I would stay here again.

It isn't really set up for 6 people. There is a king bed and 3 twin beds. There are only 5 bowls which seems nitpicky but you really notice when you're serving soup. It's also not super kid friendly. All the dishes are glass and there are lots of lovely but potentially fragile decorations. It also worked out fine but felt uncomfortable to deal with the payment in the "friends and family" way that it is set up. Coming from abroad there were a lot of scam red flags we had to ignore in order to pay for our stay. It isn't a scam - it is legit but it was uncomfortable.

Everything! ... Very kind reception by Letitia (not sure how to spell her name). Property lay out, grounds, private beach (even though small), quiet, residential community, modern and attractive furnishings. Overall really nice. Great that each bedroom has access to a full bath... even the small room has its own!

The internet was spotty and the lining in the frying pans is damaged -this is a danger to health so we recommend that they are replaced. Also the owner demanded payment upfront although the booking site stated clearly that there was no prepayment. He also changed payment method which was wholly inconvenient. After speaking with him, he complied with the booking site payment terms -so at least he was responsive, but it would have been best not to have this uncertainty at the outset.

We felt right at home. You can tell the owners out a lot of thought and love into the decor and design of the space. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Room layouts are perfect for families. Bathrooms were nice, especially the master bathroom. Great balcony with a view of the ocean. There was a huge yard which we took advantage of and played with the kids in. The beach is small but very close and we hardly came across others using it at the same time as we did. The pool was great also and goes up to 8ft. Sunsets were amazing. Card and board games were there. Internet wifi was excellent. We had everything we needed (beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc). Security guards and gardeners. The location is great and close to many other good places to explore. Highly recommend.

Peaceful surroundings, clean and spacious, very well thought out . They thoughtfully provided all we would need for our trip. Ocean views are always a plus. The pool and beach were used daily. The location was ideal close to activities and amenities. Our host responded in a timely fashion to all queries and we were guided along in the process. A bonus was the secure location and attention to detail. When kids and grown ups give the trip high marks, it speaks for itself. See you soon!

Wifi was poor in the bedrooms but this allowed for more "family " time in the comfortable main living spaces.

The accommodation was fantastic, the host was brilliant. I have stayed at a lot of places and this place was the best by far. The apartment is beautiful with stunning views and the host went over and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would advise anyone booking there to book the meals with the chef Veneta. Her food was the best tasting food we'd had in Jamaica. My only regret is not booking her for more meals!

Honestly, there is nothing I could suggest that could have made it better. The WiFi went down and the host purchased mobile data that we could use until the WiFi was fixed.

The property was super clean and well decorated! I felt right at home. It was in a private, quiet area that felt very safe. We had the pool and sea cove to ourselves the whole time! Location was a close drive to Ocho Rios and other fun activities like Dunn’s River. Jordan was extremely accommodating, helpful, and responsive in answering our questions and giving us recommendations and where to eat, visit, and any other questions we had. I stayed with my boyfriend so we had a lot of space - a larger family would definitely fit there comfortably.

The view of the ocean from the porch was slightly obstructed, but other than that the property itself was beautiful with new facilities.
