Excellent accommodation. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the train station. It is located on a small hill. I must mention here that don't listen to google maps for the location - it will take you above the hotel. The host mentioned this in a message that I unfortunately didn't see, so I had an unplanned hike with all the luggage. The keys were waiting for us at the reception. I have to commend that they allowed us a very early check-in without any questions. For the last day, they offered us free luggage storage after leaving the accommodation. The apartment in which we stayed (number 11) is excellently designed. A small but extremely functional kitchen. Good sized living room. Terrace with a view of the Matterhorn. Bedroom and bathroom. In the living room, there is an additional double bed built into the wall, which is very comfortable. All in all, the best accommodation we had in Switzerland and one of the best accommodation I have ever had. All recommendations!

Great room, has everything needed for a few days. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The bed was one of those closet beds, not very comfortable.

The apartment is new, well equipped and perfectly clean. There is everything inside to have holidays in summer or in winter. The host is very friendly and all together makes holidays really cozy.

If there was a better Matterhorn view, it would be great.

Die Lage und die Ruhe.

Die Kastenbetten. Sehr schwer zum hinunter und hinauf lassen. Wenn ich die Betten unten lasse, beengt mich den Küchen- Wohn und Essbereich. Fürs TV schauen muss man dann auf dem Bett sein. Daher nächste Buchung Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer.

Nowoczesny i wygodny apartament. Bardzo wygodne lóżko. Lokalizacja blusko centrum miasta i wszystkich kokejek. Wszystko co potrzebne jest. Widok z balkonuu na budowę ale to zapewne sie zmieni.

Super lokalizacja. Na uboczu jest spokojnie i podobna odległość do wszystkich kolejek, dzięki którym szybko można wjechać na wspaniałe szlaki.

This accommodation was perfect! Just far enough out of the centre for it to be peaceful. The studio was a good size and had a balcony and a very useful kitchen area. The bathroom was very good and the entire space was like a home away from home. Loved it! Great accomodation if you're visiting Zermatt.

L'alloggio è stato perfetto per 4 giorni di vacanza. C'era tutto il necessario in cucina e anche per dormire. In 4 si sta un po' stretti ma comunque comodi. Molto apprezzato il terrazzo esterno!

Da migliorare un po' la pulizia: il bagno era perfetto, nel resto della casa c'era un po' di polvere.

Die Lage war gut - 5 Min Gehweg zum Zentrum der Stadt. 10-15 Min zum Bahnhof. Das Apartment war sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Manager waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schweiz ist schon teuer. Die günstigste Pizza Margaritha kostet 21 CHF. Eigentlich sollten wir Sicht aufs Matterhorn haben, das war leider von unserem Apartment aus nicht möglich. Aber da man in nur wenigen Gehminuten das Matterhorn in voller Pracht gesehen hat, war das ok. Nicht weiter schlimm, ich glaube nur es stand so in der Beschreibung.

A lack of common place to maybe do some laundry shared by the apartments.

The location and the place itself were great! The room was really comfortable and just right for a two-day trip to the mountains. It was easy to access, super traveller-friendly and had a well-equipped kitchen. 5 out of 5!

It’s cheap, not too far from city center, but it was 15 mins walk from the train station and if you have a lot of luggage, it can be painful. Nice balcony to have tea and wind down.

It’s a sofa bed that you will need to flip and move yourself. Two single beds putting together, very easy to move and there will be a big gap. No kitchen roll which is not convenient.

Cute apartment. It had everything we needed. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the deck.

The apartment was very clean, everything looked new. Even though the apartment is small the "Murphy bed" made it feel so much bigger when it was put away. We cooked for 4 people and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the small balcony, the location, the friendly hosts and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to return and would recommend it to anyone.

Very comfortable accommodation and the room size was still ok for our luggage with the bed opened up. Quiet location but local enough to restaurants and groceries.

Size of coffee/tea mugs and wine glasses were ridiculously small. Unfortunately no views of Matterhorn for us.

Location was excellent. Convenient and quiet. Equidistant for the two main ski access areas (each a 10 minute walk from the accommodation). A 5 minute walk to the courtesy bus.

We were 3 guests which was comfortable. It would have been very crowded if we had been a party of 5.

Check-in was incomplete so we had to chase to pay the tourist tax and later fill in the form separately. Would prefer to have had this all arranged in one go.

WiFi in the main bedroom is not that stable. Probably a router with more reach is needed. The pillows are too flat. Even better if they add a couple of extra pillows.

The description doesn't quiet match the actual property. The ad says sofa bed but its a murphy bed and room is very small. This has been discussed with the owner.

Das Studio hatte genau die richtige Größe. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betten war sehr bequem - wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war ein bisschen lieblos. Einheitliches Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser wären schön. Weingläser in angemessener Größe wären schön. Scharfe Schneidemesser wären dringend erforderlich!

Très bon emplacement et l’appartement est très agréable. Bien situé pour le ski et relativement proche du centre-ville. Le lit dépliant et très confortable. Local a ski très bien avec chauffage pour les chaussures de ski 🎿👍🏼

Des petits détails comme le robinet de la cuisine qui était dévissé et le joint de la porte de douche endommagé. Peut être un manque d’ustensiles de cuisine mais il y a un caquelon et un grille pain.

Haltestellen für Dorf- und Skibus ca. 300 m entfernt (nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu den Liften), Geschäfte aller Art inkl. Supermarkt bequem in Laufweite. Freundliche, unkomplizierte Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Zermatter Verhältnisse sehr gut.

We stayed in the attic apartment number 15. The house was very cold the first day we arrived; there was a problem, so they called a technician to fix it. When I opened the flat door, there was a very strong smell of food coming from the apartment. There was no ventilation window in the apartment building's common area. There were no garbage bags, no paper towels, and only enough toilet paper to last two days; you have to buy your own. There were no trash cans in the apartment building, and we weren't given any information about where to throw our trash. We found trash cans nearby ourselves and disposed of our waste there. The day before our departure, we were told to throw our trash in the trash can near the bridge; it would have been better if this information had been given from the beginning. At check-out, they asked us to remove the bed linens, something we've never experienced before. Because I have allergic rhinitis and asthma, this is impossible for me. The kitchen supplies are insufficient for a family of five. The pillows in the bedroom were very soft and thin; they provided thicker pillows.

The Murphy bed was quite comfortable and easy to set up and take down each day in seconds. Lots of storage space for all the ski bus and bobs. Ski room downstairs was nice and warm. Heat works very well-- we even had to open a window at night. The price was an impeccable value! Great location about five minutes from a market and a couple more to downtown.

The cooking pan could be better. The bathroom is quite small for a family of four without hooks for the towels. Kitchen chairs were quite uncomfortable especially for family game night.

The apartment was great - it was equipped with everything we could possibly need so we managed to cook meals and make sandwiches every day - a great help when on a budget! The apartment was also very clean and we loved the decor (especially the bathroom!). We had a lovely balcony with a view of Zermatt - although those in apartments on the other side of the building could see the Matterhorn from their room, we felt we had just as great a view from our room too - I managed to spot some squirrels, birds and deer from the balcony! The apartment is well situated and just a few minutes walk from the centre and roughly 15 minutes from the train station. We would love to come back!

We lugged our suitcase up the wrong path and stairs as Google Maps takes you to the wrong side of the building - make sure you take the street where the Europe Hotel is (perhaps a sign at the bottom of the path or arrival instructions might help :))

Amazing location and apartment

This property is very spacious and had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Could easily stay here for a week with the comfort of cooking your own food. Lots of relaxation space and the beds were comfortable! Bathroom was also clean.

Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Eierbecher u. Weingläser, Biergläser, kleine Töpfe fehlten. Kaffeemaschine war nicht die, die auf der homepage in den Bildern gezeigt wurde, daher hatten wir die falschen Kapseln mitgenommen. Vor Ort war eine Nespresso statt Dolce Gusto.

Location, size, cleanliness & the staff were all wonderful.

The inability to turn down the heat. Had to sleep every night with windows open as the radiant heat from the floors kept the apartment a little too toasty.

The landlandy was very friendly and helpful. Her husband even helped us to carry our luggage up the stairs. (Quite a few stairs to the doorway of the building - inside there is an elevator) Very quiet area. Flat has al you nay need, including a full kitchen. We were 4 adults and 2 had to sleep on the coach, which was already made and very comfortable. The shelves in the open area was very handy for storage. Please ad a mirror to the outside wall of the bathroom, this will help everybody to get ready in the mornings. (Only mirror is in the bathroom.) No view of Matterhorn from this balcony, but still very nice views.

Another mirror in the bedroom our open area would increase the comfort of 4 adult guests.

The room was clean and comfortable. Rosa was very helpful and considerate.

The flight of steps to go up the apartment but it is ok as they allowed us to use the side door.

Great view from balcony. In quiet location but very close to everything. Roomier than I expected with plenty of space for 3 adults.
