L’hôtel n’a pas été rénové depuis longtemps, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de bouteille d’eau, la douche et les toilettes ne sont pas dans un pièce séparée, la télé ne fonctionne pas, la télécommande n’était pas très propre, le petit déjeuner était pas très bon et il manquait certains produits, comme le nutella.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Nur 8min Fussweg vom BHF und an zentraler Lage zum Dorf. Das Check-In verlief unkompliziert und sehr rasch - ich durfte ausnahmsweise 30min vorher einchecken da ich an eine Hochzeit musste - ich habe es vorgängig bei Booking angefragt und wurde vom Hotel sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich bestätigt. Ich finde das Hotel sehr heimelig, das Morgenessen bietet für jeden was.
Ich hatte ein 90er Bett, war etwas überrascht darüber, aber es war sehr bequem!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Gutes Frühsstück für ein 3 Stern Hotel. Saubere Zimmer. Uns hat das hoteleigene Restaurant 'La Ferme' gefallen, da es eine ruhige Atmospähre hat.
draussen unter der Hotelbar haben verschiedene Gäste Stumpen geraucht. Der Stumpenrauch ist dann zu uns in den ersten Stock 'raufgekrochen', sodass wir den Balkon zeitweise nicht nutzen konnten.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026C'était un petit séjour rapide entre deux trains, mais nous avons apprécié l'adresse. L'accueil était très bien et la chambre confortable et propre, avec une jolie vue sur le Cervin. Si nous retournons à Zermatt, nous y logerons à nouveau. Nous recommandons donc cette hôtel.

A torneira do chuveiro é um perigo! Enquanto tomava banho acidentalmente toquei na torneira e ela estava a ferver!!! O material com a passagem da água quente ficou a escaldar ou seja é extremamente perigoso pois pode causar queimaduras.

The younger female receptionist provided excellent service and was very friendly. As for breakfast, it was okay—just the basic selection.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Fantastic location and amazing staff made our stay so enjoyable. Easy walking access to main shopping area and railway station and Gornergrat Bahnhof. Dining service was excellent and Janka and the team were amazing. Very well appointed room with a balcony and stunning views of The Matterhorn from there and your bed (if ypu choose to lie in and watch the sunrise and experience The Matterhorn in alpenglow!).
The only disappointment was leaving such a wonderful hotel at the end of our stay.

Das Einzelbett war nur ein schmales (90cm). Wäre schön, wenn 120cm Standard werden würde in Einzelzimmer.

部屋が少し寒かった。暖房をマックスにしたけど。 部屋にケトルがなかった。 金曜から土曜にかけて、深夜2時前頃まで爆音で音楽が流れていてうるさくてたまらなかった。おそらく建物直結のバーの音楽？土曜~日曜日にかけては静かだった。 ボディソープはあったけど、シャンプーがないのは口コミで知ってましたが、やっぱりシャンプーもあったほうが絶対いいと思った。

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station. Located right next to Harry’s Ski Bar which is lively. Cute building. The room was enough for one person. The staff was friendly. I thought the breakfast was nice and enjoyed it.
The carpets were quite dirty. I stayed in a single room with a twin bed and the mattress was quite comfortable. It was enough space for one. However, the toilet and shower are approximately 5 feet from the bed only separated by a semi-frosted wall. So if you have any visitors, don’t expect privacy in the bathroom.
