Pillows were like duvet not very comfortable

We had a fourth floor family apartment with beautiful direct views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The apartment is spacious and clean with everything that’s needed and is very quiet (except for the temporary construction site next door). It’s in a great location to walk into the town centre and very close to good bars and restaurants.

The beds were very uncomfortable with flat pillows and no additional ones available. The towels in the bathrooms were very small and also seemed quite old. When we stayed there was a construction site next door which meant (loud) works starting at 8am every day.

Perfect location, beautiful view of the Matterhorn! Everything you needed to cook, even a dishwasher! The bedding and the bed was so comfortable. We loved staying there! The ladies were available if needed

최신형 건물로 인테리어나 침구류, 조리기구 등 최상의 상태였습니다. 위치도 마테호른을 보기 위해 최적의 장소인 다리가 가까워서 아침에 황금 마테호른도 즐기는데 1분 컷이었습니다. 다른 것보다 시설이 너무 깨끗하고 신식이라 좋았어요.

제가 갔을 때는 뒤쪽에 공사중이였습니다. 크레인이 없어지면 더 아름다운 뒷풍경이 나올거 같네요.

Location was great - view of the Matterhorn from the balcony & quick walk to bridge/downtown shops. We took many adventures throughout Zermatt, using this as a basecamp. It's easily walkable to restaurants/shops/lifts and a great value.

Neighbors smoking on their balcony. Not any fault of the host, but a reality of smaller/tighter buildings throughout Zermatt & much of Europe.

Excellent appointment, very open, clean and conveniently located near restaurants, shops and not too far front the Zermatt station.

Great place

The location was great, with a clear view of the Matterhorn mountain from the balcony. The apartment was neat and clean, with 2 bathrooms, so everyone could get ready quickly. The market, train station, and all places are within walking distance. The staff was very helpful.

Perfect location and very quiet. Our spacious Studio had a great view onto Matterhorn, a wonderful balcony with outdoor furniture incl. sunshade. Everything was very clean, with a very comfortable bed. Also close to the Station (10 minute flat walk) and shops (5 min flat walk). Very friendly welcome by host. Good WiFi. Very handy are the “emergency supplies” of oil/vinegar, salt, sugar. We’ll be back!

Het was groot en ruimtelijk. Wij hadden een balkon met uitzicht op de Matterhorn! Keuken was van alles voorzien! We hebben heerlijk kunnen koken. Ze hadden olie, peper en zout en allerlei kruiden. Prachtige accomodatie met vriendelijk personeel. Wij willen hier graag terugkomen met onze familie of vrienden. Bed was ook heerlijk met fijne kussens.

Interactions (or the lack of them) are a bit weird. Recycling and trash policies are also weird and uncomfortable. No fan or air conditioning in summer

Gut gepflegtes, Inhabergeführtes Haus, dass durch Gastfreundlichkeit und Lage beeindruckt. Unverbauter Matterhorn Blick vom Balkon. Durften sogar unser Gepäck für wenige Tage deponieren. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Aktuell wird direkt nebenan gebaut, was tagsüber etwas Baulärm bedingt.

I litterally enjoyed every aspect of my stay with the jolimont apartments. the check in was super easy , amazing location, great cooking equipment, the balcony was fantastic with an AMAZING view of the Matterhorn, great wifi …litterally not a problem at all 10/10 Would & will come back in the future.

마태호른 보기에 너무 좋은 아파트먼트입니다 시설도 최신식이구요. 체르마트가 워낙 작아 위치가 다 비슷하지만 그 중에서도 좋은 편입니다.

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from the lively town center, making it both convenient and relaxing. The surroundings are beautiful, and one of the highlights is the balcony view overlooking the iconic Matterhorn, which is truly unforgettable. The room is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with the added benefit of a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The level of privacy is excellent, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

1. 地點雖然離火車站有些距離, 但慢慢走, 10分鐘內可到達. 而且, 附近安靜, 距離主要的觀光纜車站都不遠. 2. 入住的指示明確, 鑰匙就貼在大門上, 很方便. 下午兩點就可以入住, 甚至, 提早聯絡, 只要房間準備好, 還可以早一點就入住. 3. 屋主很親切, 住宿相關的詢問, 都能給很清楚的回覆. 4. 有小廚房, 餐具及調味品都很齊全, 有烤爐, 沒有微波爐, 但影響不大. 5. 有吹風機, 而且很好用. 6. 可以從一些小地方看到屋主的用心, 例如有準備針線包, 手電筒, 急救小包. 7. 有小陽台, 可以坐著看馬特洪峰 8. 衣架很多, 也有曬衣架, 方便晾衣服.

雖然很滿意這邊的住宿, 但還是有一些小地方可以注意. 1. 浴室有乾濕分離, 但並不是完全隔開, 洗澡時, 水還是會噴到外面. 2. 上下樓層的隔音不太好, 你都會聽到樓上桌椅的移動聲音. 建議可以裝桌椅腳的隔音套.

在陽台就可以清楚的看得到馬特洪峰，離鬧區也不遠，距離纜車只要走路10分鐘，服務的品質也很棒，物超所值！！！

お部屋から眺めるマッターホルンが最高でした。景色だけでも泊まる価値があると思います。 お部屋は清潔で、食洗機、オーブン、IHコンロ、食器など必要な設備が揃っており、スーパーで買った食材で料理をするのにも困りませんでした。電子レンジはありませんでしたが、オーナーにお願いしたところ、すぐに用意してくださいました。 オーナーは親切で、メッセージへの返信も迅速でした。 宿は駅から徒歩15分弱、ロープウェイ乗り場までは徒歩約10分です。

We traveled across Switzerland for full two weeks, and Jolimont was the absolute highlight of our trip! Everything about the apartment was top-notch—the view of the Matterhorn, the interior and furniture, the kitchen utensils, amenities, and the garden. I was deeply touched by the host's attention to detail and outstanding hospitality.

The apartment was quite warm/hot with the heating (which is better than being freezing), but we didn't know how to control the temperature.

There was construction directly in front of the building. Not something that the hosts can control, but it was loud during the day and the workers started early. We wished the unit had air-conditioning. It was super warm in the evenings.

Matterhorn view was spectacular and apartment had everything we needed for our trip.

We loved our stay. The hosts were great, the room was spacious with the most incredible view of the Matterhorn. We had amazing afternoon sun shining through the room. I thought the value for money was terrific compared to similar properties in the area. The location is great, easy to walk around, the flat had everything we needed and we would love to come back. Highly, highly recommend for anyone who is thinking about staying there.

The room was very warm with the heating (which is much better than being freezing). But we couldn't figure out how to change the heating, so we slept with the balcony door and window open just to have a nicer temperature. There was also a bit of noise from the room above us when they kept moving furniture around, which I think had lost the stoppers on the legs of the furniture, so it was quite loud. Honestly, these issues were so minor, we loved out stay and would highly recommend.

Good value for money considering the area but it is a fair walk from the station around 20mins but doable, nearby there are restaurants and the main centre is only a short walk. The ski hire venue near by is good and very helpful and you get 10% off too. Overall room was nice spacious and warm and had nice view, one watch out is the blinds as they have day and night one so make sure to use the right ones so you have privacy. Hostess really nice and friendly. Golden India restaurant near the station very nice and the bank near McDonald’s was good for currency exchange and charged no commission.

Also worth noticing towels are quite small, we did flag this. Also check out is early so make sure you plan accordingly, we didn’t so had time waiting around for our train.

This is our 4th time renting Julimont appartment. It is very clean and quiet, has a good location, perfect mounting view and very frend staff. We will definatly rent it again when visit Zermatt 5th time.

The apartment had everything you would need. The kitchen was excellent and everything easy to use. The apartment was nice and clean and looked quite new and modern.

小厨房很方便，锅具、杯碟、刀叉、调味料齐全，边上有租雪具的店和小超市，公交站2站可以直达sunnegga缆车。非常好的独立小厨房，有洗碗机和烤箱，门外的supplement橱柜中有烤箱纸和锡纸，还有芝士火锅、微波炉等。房间就可以看到马特洪峰，景色一流，所处的位置很安静，离市中心有一段距离，不会打扰到休息

Great location, modern/updated quiet but still close to the Zermatt social life.

It was a little confusing to get our key. We thought the key would be inside the entry way, but what we needed to do was look at the list hanging on the front door.

预订后房东对邮件发送的要求回复及时、尽量满足，感觉很亲切。酒店离火车站有近10分钟的步行旅程，但沿途都很热闹，一点都不觉得远。酒店是全新装修的，简洁实用，干净整洁，设施设备齐全，厨房设施一应俱全，真像家一样。这套公寓有两个房间，两个卫生间，其中一个卫生间带大浴缸，水压很大，洗澡很舒服畅快。客厅有一个大阳台，阳台可以看到马特宏峰景观，很贴心地准备了晾衣架。地下室有洗衣机和烘干机，可以投币使用，非常方便。

We were In room 102, woke up to amazing view of the top of the Matterhorn, changing colour from white to pink to orange. The location was great, 10-15 minutes walk to Zermatt station, the Gornergrat railway and the Matterhorn Glazier paradise valley station. Check in and check out could not be easier and the apartment was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean with all modern appliances. It was in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the town centre, the Matterhorn museum and shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay at Jolimont again if returning to Zermatt.

Nothing we did not like about the apartment but although Zermatt is car free you have to be wary of all the electric taxis and bikes when walking around. Plus the restaurants and shops can be expensive.

First of all, I want to say that this hotel is in a perfect location. Everything is very close — the ski lifts, the downtown, shops, and cafés. I really loved the view from the window of our studio. The bedding was amazing; the pillows were very comfortable, which was extremely important for me. Oh, and I absolutely loved their feather duvet. It was very quiet — we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. I also liked that there was an option to do laundry: a washing machine and dryer are available downstairs. You do have to pay, but it’s not expensive.

The only small suggestion I would make is to add soft pads to the chair legs so they move more smoothly and don’t make noise. For example, if someone is staying downstairs, they might hear the sound of chairs being moved. This is the only thing I would recommend.

The apartment was clean and very spacious for two people, and having a full kitchen with all the amenities was a huge bonus The view of the Matterhorn from our apartment balcony was breathtaking! The location is very good, within walking distance of the train station. It’s close to everything while still feeling peaceful. There was a dedicated area for storage (ski equipment, luggage, etc.); however, we didn’t use the facilities Check-in was completely painless. For those arriving outside normal check-in times, they provide instructions and keys by the door. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Very good location easily walkable to slopes train restaurants and shops. Easy and accommodating check in and staff available to assist. Convenient ski storage room with heated boot racks and gorgeous view of the Matterhorn. Excellent spa right next door.

The location was walk-able to everything while being on the periphery so that it was quiet. The view from our apartment balcony of the Matterhorn was breath taking. The rooms were lovely and the apartment provided all of the amenities. They had storage downstairs when you arrived for bags or ski equipment so you didn't need to haul anything up to your rooms. We arrived outside of normal check-in times but they had instructions and keys by the door when we arrived making check-in completely painless.

Even with all of the radiators turn off, the apartment was sweltering and we had to open the doors and windows to cool it off. The first night there we woke up sweating.

We have never stayed in a hotter room. All radiators were switched off but the room was absolutely boiling, which meant we had three very uncomfortable nights sleep. We discovered our room was above the laundry room so was likely coming from the dryer.

Great location, amazing room and balcony views were outstanding. Room was spotless and had a lovely bathroom and kitchen. Very comfy bed and friendly staff.

Had to take out our own bins, no housekeeping in room. No coffee pods left for coffee machine and had to pay for extra bin bags.

The space was very spacious for two people, and having a full kitchen was a huge bonus. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful. The ski room was top notch and made storing and gearing up incredibly convenient. On top of that, the hosts were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
