Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The hosts were very warm and helpful. They even helped us with luggage. We had some issues with the overhead window but managed to get it working. The place was spotless clean, everything available, even 2 fans were provided - it was a hot summer! I think it was best value for money.
When traveling in summer, the underground rooms may get too hot and if rains, overhead windows may not open or it did not open for us at least until rain stopped but later it opened.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026c'était un petit appartement qui nous a beaucoup plus. Facile d'accès avec l'ascenseur. C'était très tranquille, très bien insonorisé et tellement propre. L'Hôte était d'une gentillesse incroyable.
Pour nous c'était le confort du lit, c'est la seule chose qui nous a déplus.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026We liked the location, it was just perfect, 10 mins from Zurich HB. Living and bedroom are separate, so perfect with kids too, everyone has privacy. We had everything what we needed for the 9 days stay. Much better than a hotel I have to say.
There was nothing what we didn’t like.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The staff and facilities at this property are great! Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Facilities not listed can still be requested such as an iron. There are some small grocery stores at a walking distance and bus station right across too.
It is one big studio - I was expecting a separate room with a living room and bathroom - but nevertheless it was spacious and comfortable.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Pros: Centrally located, with easy access to public transport. The bus stop is just outside the property, and the tram is only a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is spacious, and Osman is an absolute gem: incredibly helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile.
Cons: Unfortunately, my room faced the street, and I stayed during a particularly hot period. There is no AC, although a fan is provided. With the windows closed, the room became quite warm, but sleeping with them open was difficult due to significant street noise, as well as noise from the nearby train tracks. If you’re assigned a street-facing room, this is something to be aware of.

Kitchen is fully equipped but there is no microwave and the mattress on the bed near to the window is getting tired and needs to be replaced. Room 6101.

All’interno dell’appartamento è tutto presente, capsule del caffè e della lavastoviglie compresi Bus proprio sotto la struttura!Centro commerciale a pochi passi molto fornito!Parcheggio dell’hotel disponibile proprio di fronte all’ingresso ma in strada!
Purtroppo manca l’aria condizionata,ma è presente ventilatore e se vi capita un appartamento verso la strada purtroppo si sente il rumore delle auto

Pokój był na parterze i miał tylko odsuwane drzwi balkonowe, których nie można było zostawić otwartych na noc, pokój nie miał klimatyzacji, akurat trafiliśmy na upały i to było bardzo męczące.

In aggiunta la fermata del bus proprio di fronte a noi che in una decina di minuti ci faceva raggiungere il centro di Zurigo.

Point négatifs : Wi-Fi de très mauvaise qualité. Pas de réseau pendant tout le séjour. Ménage à revoir côté sol qui étaient sales. Un ventilateur qui ne sert à rien car les pales ne font aucun vent, nous avons donc eu très très chaud tous les soirs. Les odeurs de lessives et/ou d'adoucissant sur les taies d'oreiller et serviettes étaient très envahissantes.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Het was ruim en erg schoon! Aangezien het erg warm was en er geen airco aanwezig is, hebben ze ventilatoren neergezet. Ook hadden wij hierdoor een kamerwissel aangevraagd en de service was heel goed hiervoor. Het werd zo geregeld.
Het ligt dus direct aan een werkplaats van de treinen in Zwitserland. Op deze werkplaats werken ze in de nacht aan de treinen, het is een enorm lawaai. Hiermee ook direct aan een treinspoor, waar ook veel goederentreinen langs rijden in de nacht. Daarnaast loopt er ook een drukke autoweg langs. Je hoort dit alles op je kamer erg goed. Ondanks een dichte raam. Parkeren: let op!! Er staat voor de boeking niet bij dat je geld moet betalen voor de parkeerplaats. Er staat bij dat je hem moet reserveren. Dit deden we en toen kregen we te horen dat we een flink bedrag extra moesten betalen.

Has everything you need from washing machine to cooking utilities and a lovely balcony and a big tv too! Although the apartment was on the road side, it was super quiet and we couldn’t hear anything. It’s very spacious and was clean too! We will definitely come back again next time we are in Zurich.
Nothing to dislike apart from just a personal opinion about the beds. They could be a little more comfy but apart from that they were still great!

The sofa bed was not so comfortable but we only had a short stay so managed for a few nights. Would also have liked larger cups for coffee as the ones in cupboard were very small.

La camera col balcone molto bella e spaziosa, gli armadi belli grandi e capienti. La posizione era ottima, in 10 minuti di bus (con la fermata proprio sotto l’edificio) arrivi in centro. Spazio pulito, ordinato, comodo. Check-in pratico e veloce.
Il prezzo del parcheggio un po’ altino, lo ridurrei leggermente, essendo non proprio in centro. Per il resto tutto super!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026This was a solid apartment with everything you would expect, including in-unit laundry and a fully kitchen w/ refrigerator. Note that the kitchen does not come with any seasonings (due to policies on stocking of food items in apartment style accommodations). I usually don't expect kitchens to be fully stocked if I'm staying in an apartment style accommodation, so I don't consider this to be a negative. It is located near a bus stop from Zurich main station, so it is easy to access with public transportation.
This unit does not have AC, which is not that surprising for apartments in Europe. There is a single ceiling window that can open to help with the airflow, but it can still get quite stuffy in spring/summer. The listing is upfront about this, so I wouldn't consider this a true negative, but it is a consideration you should take into account. It did take us a while to coordinate with the host for payment, but they were quite flexible with us and I did not mind it.

Oda modern ve kullanışlıydı.Mutfakta bulaşık makinsi bile vardı. Girişte iyi karşılandık. İlgisi için özellikle Osman Bey e çok teşekkür ederiz.
Odadaki çamaşır makinesi çalışmıyordu. Burada uzun süre kalacaksanız şunu bilin. Biz bilmiyorduk. Otelin konsepti şöyleymiş. Ev kiralamış gübisiniz.Oda servisi yok. 6 gün kaldık. Odaya kimse gelmediğinden çöpler birikti. Çarşaflar değişmedi. Odanın temizliğinden biz sorumluymuşuz. Sözleşmede konsept belirtiliyormuş. Okumadığımız için biz hatalıyız. Ama en azından banyo ve mutfak sarf malzemelerini 2 günde bir değiştirebilirlerdi.

The washing machine was especially useful and made our stay much more convenient.The location is excellent—it’s close to the train station and the tram, and there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Lidl is only a 5-minute walk away, and Letzipark shopping center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this apartment.
