Die Einrichtung war top. Es waren alle wichtigen elektronischen Geräte in der Küche vorhanden, und bis auf den Kühlschrank voll funktionsfähig. Das Schlafzimmer war mit einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank und großem Spiegel ausgestattet und es gab sogar einen ordentlichen Föhn und ein Bügeleisen. Die Gebäude waren toll gestaltet und die Pools passten sehr gut ins Ambiente. Es wurden die Eingänge gut mit Security überwacht.

an der Nachttischlampe war der Stecker abgeschnitten, stand aber immer noch am Bett; im Bad roch es immer wieder stark nach Urin; die Klingel hing nur dekorativ an der Wand - aber der Anschluss fehlte und so funktionierte die nicht; im Bad war der Abfluss bei Ankunft stark verschmutzt; vier Wochen ohne Zwischenreinigung sind schwierig, bei unzureichender Ausstattung; wir haben 50 € Strom bezahlt und angeblich waren die bereits nach knapp einer Woche verbraucht und so mussten wir mehrfach nachbezahlen-was extrem ist, da ich in Deutschland im Monat nur 35 € bezahle-da stimmt etwas nicht!; unser Apartment wurde mind. 1x ohne unser Wissen betreten, als wir unterwegs waren; die Poolanlage war zu klein für so einen großen Komplex, wir hatten fast nie eine Liege (es gab ca. 20 für 100 Leute) und mussten stets nach dem Pool direkt ins Zimmer; im Juli waren sehr viele meist arabische Kinder häufig ohne Eltern am Pool mit schlechtem Benehmen - Security war damit überfordert; zum kleinen Lebensmittel-Einkauf brauchte man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß (eine Strecke hin) durch viel Verkehr - mit dem großen schweren Wasserflaschen ist das mühselig gewesen; wir hatten ein Zimmer zur verkehrsintensiven Straße, was wirklich bis ca. 2 Uhr nachts extrem laut war

I had a wonderful stay at AlDAU Heights! Everything was perfect—the apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Maryam and Kerolos for their outstanding hospitality. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hurghada, and I will definitely come back again. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

No lighting in the complex corridors Compound rules are weird, I mean really weird! Except for the hosts Maryam & Kirollos, I would've left the moment I stepped in. So shout out for them, they rescued my stay!

Apartament był bardzo ładny, przestronny I czysty. Obiekt jeszcze nie dokończony ale kawiarnie I restauracje otwarte a basen był bardzo czysty.

The worst mattress I’ve ever slept. Additionally, They gave us only 2 towels for 10 days and when we asked for extra they said don’t have and to use the washing machine to wash our towels. After 3 days they gave us 2 more. Also you need to pay for WiFi.

Experiența a fost una plăcută. Cazarea a fost curată, confortabilă și bine întreținută. Totul a decurs fără probleme, iar condițiile au fost conforme cu descrierea. Per total, șederea a fost una reușită. Zona este foarte aproape de promenadă, iar în apropiere găsiți tot ce aveți nevoie: supermarketuri, restaurante foarte bune și diverse opțiuni de luat masa. La aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos se află atât McDonald’s, cât și KFC, dar și multe alte restaurante cunoscute. De asemenea, chiar în incinta hotelului puteți găsi un restaurant italian foarte bun, precum și cafenele, inclusiv Starbucks. Recomand cu încredere.

Singurul aspect problematic a fost internetul. Deși am plătit separat pentru acest serviciu, conexiunea a funcționat foarte slab, aproape deloc. Consider că acest detaliu necesită îmbunătățiri.

The apartment was great - spacious and clean with nice, modern decor and great facilities including mini kitchen and washing machine. The grounds to the apartment were beautifully landscaped and very well maintained.

The pool beds were limited and very uncomfortable with only a few padded cushions that were soon reserved by others staying at the property. More beds and cushions are needed.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Miryam's Wohnung in Hurghada. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön und sauber, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die exzellente Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, Miryam. Sie war stets erreichbar, reagierte schnell auf jede unserer Anfragen und war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit Karolus verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

This place is not the same as it was 10 years ago. It needs renovation, walls and furniture very “tiered” swimming pool is not heated! And most importantly, for this value of money, you can’t even bring guests, which is very strange, because is not resort! And when people booking apartments, they expecting freedom! You feel like a prisoner, with security checking every step you take at this compound! There’s construction going on everywhere, so you can’t relax near the pool because of the noise and the hungry eyes of construction workers who stare at you all the time. To top it all off, there was no water for entire day, and another day there was no electricity. For this money? Sorry, guys. In Egypt these days, you can rent much cheaper and better places!

The place was good as overall, same as the pictures. .The location is good .The pool is good but a bit small .Facilities are good "kitchen and bathroom stuff". .Clean.

.Toilet was leaking water so it was a bit challenging to keep the bathroom dry and it was smelly. .There was no handsoup .Bathroom was not that clean. .Alcohol was not allowed on the pool.

In the bathroom, cleanliness needs to be improved, there is limescale and mold and in the living room it needs repainting

- Appliances were great, good quality, and fully functioning - apartment was spacious and clean - balcony was lovely with the furniture to sit and relax - development was clean and quiet and safe

- I really hated the bedding. I've never stayed anywhere with bubbles on the bedding. I asked for new ones but it was the same issue. - tea table had broken shattered glass and my toddler kept picking up the pieces. We found another big chunk of glass on the dinner table. Very dangerous - I would have liked the rugs to be cleaner

The view was great, you can see the sunrise from the sea if you wake up early.

The apartment is superdirty, ants crawling everywhere. In the bathroom, livingroom, even within the dining table, bed. We got ant bites all over our body. Told to the owner, he sprayed them and left.and of course that was no solution.The bedlinen are very used, full with stains, the bed is ubcomfortable, the bathroom is smelly and very dirty, the kitchen is disgusting. They wanna charge you 300 EGP for 24 hrs/day for wifi, when on booking 2 USD is written. We paid the 2 USD but it was working for only a few hrs and despite telling the owner about it, he didn't care to fix it. Myriam, who suppose to be the contact, only writes "noted' but nothing ever happens...

Many thanks to Mr Abanoub, the manager, and Miss Mariam, who was so polite and helpful. The location, the facilities in the apartment, and the comfy beds, are all excellent. The cutlery, dishes and pans, tea cups were all of good quality. Other appliances, such as the microwave, washing machine, fridge, stove, and kitchenette, were all high quality.

The sofa bed sleeps only one person, instead of two. Also, the reception in the lobby, could have been better, just like in any hotel. The rugs in the apartment needed washing. The stove also needed some cleaning. Otherwise, everything was great.

Perfect host Miryam very helpful and professional and Mr Abanob the host meet in reception with keys even though it was a late arrival time and took us to the apartment. Accommodation was clean and beautiful we will definitely stay again.

No professional behaviour at all from Mariam , I changed 3 Apartment just to make check out !!She call me and wake me up at 3 am , And She unrespect My booking with Booking.com Comparing With AirBnB We ask the host for early check in and pay extra fees she said sorry only at 15:00. We arrived we made check in everything in Apartment was fine . Then to check out i ask for late check out she say sorry there’s no late check out available for this Apartment but i can send you to another Apartment . We Pay extra 30$ For another Apartment with the check out at 12:00 am. At 3:00 AM I recived a call , telling me sorry you have to check out at 8:00 am because we have check in into this Apartment at 10:00. I said when i make check in i made at 3:00Pm why i have to check out for at this time ?? the guest can wait i as i waited my time for check in !! she tell sorry it’s not possible because this guest booked from AirBnB and he’s important ! She woke me up by force at 8:00 Am and she send me to another apartment not clean, so dirty, no Heater, No AC !

9days, 370Euro. Much too expensive. It looked good in the photos. The apartment was very dirty, the stove was greasy and dirty, the shower dirty, the walls in the bathroom stained with paint. Water was pouring from the cupboard under the fridge. Kitchen faucet broken. Balcony table broken. Cheap mattress. Don't fall asleep on the bed, as hard as the floor. I took painkillers every day. I have never encountered such a bad mattress! Check out with a 3 hour delay of 300EP It's a pity that I can only add 4 photos!

Mariam is very helpful 🙂.. She is really kind and she helped us many times. Really i appreciate what she did with us. I highly recommend this place. All the people there treat us very well..

We had trips booked in Hurghada all day and staying in a hotel was a waste of money so we booked these apts for a big family. Clean and well maintained apt. New furniture and appliances. loacation is central near everything. Has everything we needed iron, toaster, microwave, washing machine, stove, towels and fridge. Miryam was great and helped us settle down and responded to all our requests on the spot thank you. One of the apts was a studio but we paid for 1bdr so the renting company contacted Booking.com and they refunded the money difference within the promised time.
