J avais sonné à l hôtel pour demander si y avais un parking devant l hôtel on m avais dit oui mais malheureusement le parking est un peux plus loin dans un endroit où on lave les voitures on m’a demandé de laisser la voiture et laisser les clé pour qu il gare la voiture lui même j ai refusé

À part la kichinette(cuisine)rien à aimer

J’ai pas aimé l’emplacement embouteillé Difficile à accéder Coupure fréquentes d’électricité et tout ce qui suit Climatisation ne fonctionne pas sur ,ainsi que les sanitaires manque d’eau dans les toilettes et le plafond goutte sur nous

Отзывчивость и услужливость персонала, наличие стиральной машинки, приличный завтрак. Район, где живут местные, поэтому можно недорого покушать и что-то купить.

Немного "уставший" номер. И не совсем про отель - при бронировании отеля мы рассчитывали на его близость к место. Но по состоянию на время нашего путешествия (август 2026) станция метро Чаглаян не работала (закрыта на ремонт). Рядом с метро есть станция метробуса, поэтому уехать, в принципе, не проблема, просто это дополнительные деньги и время.

Also das hotel war wirklich schön ich finde alles war sauber und alles war stabil , . Der Preis war ganz okay, das Frühstück war dafür aber gut .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Family Time Suites Hotel. L’établissement est très propre, agréable et confortable. Les chambres sont parfaitement entretenues. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait. Nous avons vraiment apprécié commencer nos journées ainsi. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. Un merci tout particulier à Nazar, le réceptionniste, pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Il a toujours été à notre écoute et a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.

Sehr, sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Supergroße Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, es ist für jeden etwas dabei, stets freundliches hilfsbereites Personal immer ansprechbar und blitzschneller Service wenn man was braucht. Der Hotelbesitzer macht seine Sache sehr kompetent und ist auch selber immer vor Ort. Ja so ein blocktexte diese umtur KatrinWir kommen jedes Mal mit den Kindern in dieses Hotel, auch sehr familien- und kinderfreundlich. Wenn man möchte, kommt das Personal auch, um Betten zu machen und die Handtücher aufzufrischen. All das ist im Preis inbegriffen. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.

Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden!

الفندق قريب من محلات الاكل والتبضع وقريب من الباصات ايضا من موقع ممتاز

كل شي: جيد انصح به خاصه للعوائل

الشفة كانت مكانها يعتبر ممتاز البقالات و المطاعم قريبة منك

الاثاث و الارضيات مستهلكة مدخل الشقق في مكان يبعد ممكن 100 متر قريب ولكن ممكن تلخبط إذا كانت هذه اول مره تزوره .. لا يوجد شطاف .. لا يوجد صندوق الامانات .. اذا معك سيارة ممكن توقف في الحارة تحت وممكن يكون الموقف بعيد عليك شوي لأن شوراع المدينة ضيقة.

Πολύ καλή καθαριότητα. Όταν βάζαμε το χαρτί στη πόρτα οτι θέλουμε να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο, έμπαινε ολόκληρο συνεργείο και τα καθάριζε όλα. Αλλάζανε σεντόνια και μαξιλαροθήκες, ανανεώνανε τα προϊόντα στο μπάνιο, τις πετσέτες ακόμα και τις παντόφλες μιας χρήσης. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και πλούσιο. Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και ευρύχωρα. Μου άρεσε επίσης που υπήρχαν πόρτες ενδιάμεσα και βόλευε ώστε να απομονώνονται οι χώροι μεταξύ τους. Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη.

Δεν άρεσε · Τα δωμάτια παρότι πεντακάθαρα, χρειάζονται μια συντήρηση. Σε πολλά σημεία υπήρχαν ξυσμένοι σοβάδες. Αυτό αν και ίσως πολύ μικρό θέμα, το μπάνιο πρέπει να έχει καλύτερο φωτισμό. Το 2ο δωμάτιο που είχε καναπέ κρεβάτι, ο καναπές δεν άνοιγε. Το δωμάτιο ήταν για 4 άτομα που σημαίνει οτι αν ήμασταν 4 δεν θα είχαμε χώρο για να κοιμηθεί το 4ο άτομο. Εμείς ήμασταν 3 και το 3ο άτομο κοιμήθηκε στο καναπέ όπως ήταν, χωρίς να ανοίγει. Δεν υπήρχε τηλέφωνο για επικοινωνία με τη ρεσεψιόν. Όταν χρειαζόμασταν κάτι έπρεπε να κατεβούμε στη ρεσεψιόν και να το ζητήσουμε.

Location is very good, all kind of shops , restaurants, takeaways, groceries shops.All you need in place. Not sure about transportation because we rented car and drove around. Breakfast downstairs is additional plus and food there was tasty. Breakfast from 7-10 Mon-sat and 8-11 on Sundays. We had well functioning AC in our top floor apartment 👍🏻

Kedves személyzet, finom és friss reggelit szolgáltak fel, sok üzlet és sok és finom éttermek vannak a közelben. Ingyenes ,zárt , biztonságos parkolási lehetőséget biztosított a szállás. Nekünk megfelelő volt a szállás. Buszmegálló 2 perc , 46C busz oda vissza ,direct Galata híd, bazár, Galata torony és sok minden.

Akadozott a Wi-Fi, de nem azért mentünk.

The apartment is very clean, tidy and equipped with everything. I would also like to mention the wonderful staff who are always ready to help you.

Everything, the moment we walked in the staff took over 30 minutes to check our passport and then they gave us our romm that looked like a prison cell and I forgot to mention that we were 4 persons in one small room and there was no air conditioner while th hot sun is reflecting at the room. The food was awful we got almost the same food everyday and my brother got food poisoning from how bad it was.

Location and breakfast were both good enough for the price paid. Staff are helpful. Cleaning staff are also great in this Suite hotel.

The items in the suite are mostly old and need to be replaced.

Airco deed niet bijna hele tijd moest ik naar receptie om te vragen Waroom geen airco was hen antwoord stroom is niet voldoende onzien plus is ik iets nodig had was gewoon nee In ieder geval was vreselijk verblijf Erger fan Canada. Trouwens verblijf in toronto was ook slecht was gewoon in de kelder geen studio dat hebben jullie ook niks gedaan wie gaat mij. Vergoeden voor ongeveer 1000 euro

Не мешало бы обновить ремонт в некоторых местах номера.На балконе находится не комфортно,было грязно и старая,обдёртая мебель на балконе..

The hotel was clean and furniture was new and comfortable, breakfast was delusions and the location near to the suq that many restaurants and supermarkets were available there. I recommend thes hotel for family.

مكيف واحد لا يشتغل الا بطريقة غير آمنة الشراشف كانت خفيفة جداا ولا تفي بالغرض تعاملهم جاف جدا قبل الخروج طلبت منهم نصف ساعة لكي اتأخر لاني انتظر سيارة تنقلني ولوجود عائلة معي لكن اللي في الاستقبال رفض فاضطررت الخروج الساعة 12 مساء لن أكرر السكن فيه مرة اخرى التعامل معي اهم من النظافة والسعر والله شاهد على ما اقول

Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The room itself was very good, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided all the basic amenities for a convenient stay. it. The location was not the most convenient for me, but the quality of the room made up for it. Overall, the room and comfort were great, but the housekeeping service could definitely be improved.

However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. I hung the sign on my door asking for my room to be cleaned, but it was ignored for two days. The room was not cleaned and the sign was not removed. Only after I personally contacted the reception did someone finally take care of

المكان بكل امانة كويس للشخص اللي يبحث عن شقه ولا هي اول زيارة له لأسطنبول يعني يعرف اسطنبول كويس. بكل امانه عانيت في الباصات والمترو لاكن بعدين حولت على اوبر. المترو القريب منه الشقق كان تحت الصيانه وقت زيارتي. الاماكن اللي حول الشقق جدا زينه ورخيصة. حاول تاخذ الشقة المطله على المدينه.

Friendly staffs especially manager at the reception Mr.Ahmet, he was helpful beyond the expectation. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Totally home feel.

Coffee and teaarrangements were not provided. The area is bit far from main tourist attractions.

The hotel's location and parking situation were very disappointing.

I was before the last year it was good but recently its very bad and not cleaned at all

If you requested early check in they refused and take from you a day fee before they allow you to inter the room. There were insects and i have got insect allergies as reflected. They give us a room different from our booking .

It has small apartments with the small kitchen, which is very convenient for the families.

In the kitchen we had useless shelves that were completely blocked by the other doors.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt man ist direkt in der Stadt Preis absolut legitim!

Добрый день. Классный отель, номер как квартира, в номере чисто и уютно. Жили семьёй 5 чел. Всё необходимое имеется, кухонная зона с газ плитой, эл чайник, микроволновая печь, кухонная утварь вся имеется. Стиральная машина. Завтраки разнообразные, сытные. Всё понравилось! Спасибо! Рекомендую однозначно.

Le personnel de la réception était attentionné et souriant,la chambre était spacieuse et propre.

La responsable du personnel de nettoyage n’est pas aimable.je lui dit bonjour en turc et elle n’a pas répondu.C’est dommage . Et nous n’avons pas retrouvé certains de nos achats qui se trouvaient dans le réfrigérateur.

Spacious apartment! Great location! Good breakfast, even though is the same every day and becomes quite boring at some point, but still very enjoyable!

This is was our second time to stay at this hotel, but this time unfortunately our stay was not as pleasant as the other time. First, the apartment I did book was different than the one we’ve stayed and given upon checking in. The apartment was dark and was facing inward and close view by other buildings, which was not the end of the world, but lacked day light. The shower head was broken and could not stay attached to the adjustable shower stand so we had to hold the shower by one hand while taking a shower. It was very uncomfortable.I did report it to the receptionist, but nothing happened no facility or maintenance came to replace it. But the most shocking was that there were some kind of bugs especially in the living room we were bitten by something and until now we’ve got some red swollen marks all over. It’s a bit scary hopefully nothing serious. I’m sure this place has a potential, but staff need to pay attention to guests requests and maintain the place more prominently.

Mr. Fatih is very ready to assist customers whenever he is own duty compared to the rest of the receptionist. And the cleaning staff and kitchen team are excellent. Nice hotel and a place to lodge again

The wifi is very weak inside the top floors. And the TV is designed for Turkey movies only. The room heater does not work during my visit.

Tiszta, alapvetően jól felszerelt, kényelmes lakás. A konyhai rész is meglepően fejlett eszközök szempontjából. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

Furcsa, hogy nem volt mosogatószer és szivacs a konyhában. 6 fős apartmanban, csak 4 szék volt. A reggeli nekem rossz volt, minden tojás hideg volt volt, de a személyzet kedves, a választék elfogadható.
