Very professional host, lovely property really enjoyed stay.

A nice, clean and very spacy flat on attic level. Very friendly and helpful hosts Billard table and kicker : ) Everything for a nice breakfast was provided tea coffee milk cereasl marmelade butter toast bread ...

A little bit off , but we used the car Kitchen:n No stove for cooking - only microvave and water cooker

Had a group staying together, was perfect for games and a chat and plenty of space for us all. Couches plenty comfortable to sleep on if you had even more people. Clean and had plenty of amenities like towels, water bottles, some food for the morning. Host was very nice and accommodating and there was a super friendly, cute and quiet dog outside.

The attic was very spacious, clean and private. Great place to stay. We also loved the pool table. Our host was very friendly.

Der Kicker und der Billardtisch haben uns in den Abendstunden gut die Zeit vertrieben.

Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit hätte ein wenig besser sein können.

Le billard et le baby foot, le frigo qui avait été bien rempli à notre attention. Le salon confortable avec la grande télé et Netflix à disposition. Le jardin

Er was een biljart en tafelvoetbal op de kamer. De bedden waren heerlijk en zowel de slaapkamer als het leefgedeelte zijn buitengewoon ruim. De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Er was eigenlijk niets dat ons tegenviel. Je moet er wel rekening mee houden dat je op de zolder van iemands woning zit en 's avonds dus op tijd stil moet zijn. Ook kom je door dezelfde deur naar binnen als de bewoners, maar door de grote entreehal voelt dat niet ongemakkelijk.

The host was very accommodating- even going above and beyond by leaving us some fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, and milk to enjoy. “The attic” was a perfect fit for our family of five (2 adults, 3 teenagers).

Jean und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und sehr fürsorglich. Die Ausstattung des Appartment war einfach spitze.

Breakfast goodies were left for us. We enjoyed the view from our windows which included cows, horses, and a friendly dog. We also played pool. It was great.

Lovely place, in a gorgeous area. Jean was so helpful. We would definitely stay again when working in Kilkenny.

It was self catering, no breakfast included, far from the towns, upstairs in a triple story house, it was very everage and expensive for what was included…

It was very nice and spacious. Jean our host was an absolute delight. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in the Kilkenny area.

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis et le logement était incroyable : très confortable, très bien équipé et joliment situé dans la campagne irlandaise près de Kilkenny. C'était parfait !

Great facilities, very clean and reasonably priced

I booked this for my dad and my sister and brother in law and The host was such a lovely lady, my dad said her attention to detail was absolutely fantastic, from toiletries to snacks and everything else needed to relax after a long journey. She was so kind and thoughtful a definite recommendation.

Jean was a wonderful host and looked after us well, it was very easy getting in contact with the property, a very tasty continental breakfast was provided. The property is in a wonderful location only a short drive from Kilkenny and it has beautiful surrounds out in the country. The beds were also very comfortable during our stay. We also really loved having the billiards table and foosball table available

Jean left a lovely breakfast for us. The accommodation was great. Very comfortable and spotless. In a lovely quiet area, 15 min from kilkenny city.

The house, the host Jean and their dog Sky were lovely. The location was picturesque as was the grounds for our kids. It was beautiful. The place itself had toys, food (an entire continental breakfast!) which was wonderful.

I didn’t realize on booking there wasn’t an entrance separate, it could be a bit more clear on the booking. This is a family home that you have to use a common stairway. I also felt a bit odd there wasn’t a lock on the door but never felt unsafe, it was just a preference.

Its in a beautiful spot out the country the house is fabulous and well maintained the house is stunning beautiful drive and views. The apt is way bigger then I taught plenty of room had my 11month old he was happy out crawling around my eldest son 12 enjoyed the pool table. Kitchen had more then what was expected bread milk Nutella fruit yogurts and extra was really nice touch by Jean. Beds were so comfy slept like a long which was well needed from a mammy who works nites. We went to pumpkin patch and food festival in kilkenny 20mins drive was perfect for me someone who doest mind driven nice to look around. Over all stay was amazing and jean is lovely and was checking in the hole time make sure we had everything and we were ok 👍

Their is nothing I could fault at all

Lovely home in the countryside 20mins outside Kilkenny. The attic is great for families or small groups. Lots of space, added bonus of the pool & foosball tables, Breakfast provisions too.

Tout était parfait ! La chambre spacieuse, adaptée avec des enfants (billard, babyfoot + grand jardin avec des jeux et un chien adorable qui joue volontiers avec les enfants) lits parfaits et une propreté irréprochable ! L'hôte était très accueillante, aux petits soins pour nous ! En prime un petit déjeuner copieux. Rien ne manquait !

It was spacious and new. Also beautiful view of the countryside.

It is a bit remote and the kitchen did not have an oven but had a fridge.

We loved playing with Sky the dog and having nice trampoline and monkey bars for our 7 year old. The owner was very kind and accommodating.

Location central, plenty of space and due to the live front and sleep rear design the property was quiet at night. Very comfortable and all the facilities that you may need.

Nothing much, bathrooms a bit tired, however everything worked well.

Breakfast was left in the kitchenette. This was very convenient. There was plenty of food of good quality. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

All very good. Absolutely no complaints. A magnifying mirror would be a nice bonus.

Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had internet connectivity issues on our first day but owners could not have been more understanding and patient. We truly loved the house and would recommend to anyone.

Unique property located in the beautiful countryside outside the town of Kilkenny. The Attic is literally located in the family home's attic so you will need to climb two flights of stairs to reach it. The room consists of two bedrooms with a huge living and dining area in between including a pool table and foosball game. The en suite kitchenette is stocked with self-serve breakfast items including freshly baked bread.

Not sure if possible but adding a sign on the driveway from the street would be helpful. We first pulled into the neighbor's drive who kindly directed us further downhill to the property. I would suggest first arriving at the property in daylight as it is a bit tricky to find (the host did send me the Google Maps Irish location code which was extremely helpful though).

Everything, spotless clean, comfortable beds, great fun playing pool and loads of breakfast cereal, fruit, milk bread butter and treats left for us, host was easily contactable and so nice, beautiful views and short drive from Kilkenny

It felt like home. My boys loved playing pool and watching Netflix. Our host provided us with treats and breakfast items. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful house. Great facilities and lovely friendly hosts. Variety of breakfast available. We had three teenage boys there who made good use of the pool and foozeball table.

Country location, and very quiet. No city noise whatsoever. Stocked kitchen made breakfasts effortless, which was great when leaving for Dublin to catch a flight.

Nice house with the whole of the attic space available to us. Lovely surroundings and charming people who run it.

The shower on our floor didn’t work (we had been warned by the owner) but neither did the one on the ground floor that we were offered use of. Couldn’t get it working and then it kept tripping the fuse.

There is a lot of space for people to sleep but with only 1 bathroom it can be rather challenging.

What a beautiful home! We especially enjoyed the spacious quarters upstairs, the pool table, the gorgeous yard, and playing catch with the dog. It was lovely!

The house was so beautiful and the views were amazing. There was food and treats left for us to enjoy. Beautifully decorated and spacious. We were attending a wedding in kilkenny and got a taxi back yo the house without difficulty. We will return

The scenery was beautiful. My husband and I loved sitting outside on the patio. Plenty of space to relax in our area upstairs. Plenty of food options too, including the complimentary food that Jean gave us.
