Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Muy bonito y espacioso. Súper bien decorado y muy grande. El parking es un poco estrecho pero está genial que lo ofrezcan gratis.
Para ir al centro hay unas bajadas muy prominentes que luego al subirlas cuesta bastante. Me parece algo interesante de saber para tener en cuenta.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The unit #100 was clean, in a quiet part of the town. Bed was comfortable and had an outside patio with table & chairs. The kitchen properly equipped with smaller fridge and dishwasher. 2 fans provided for cooling & a sofa bed if one needs it. Newly remodeled Bathroom. The location is quiet and peaceful. Suggest getting groceries from station on the way up to the unit.
Its location is up-slope from the train station. It's quite an effort to push your suitcases on cobblestone roads if you follow Maps/Goggle navigation. I suggest using the Rue the Gare all the way as its paved road (though straight up slope but easy to roll suitcases and return trip will be much easier). Also no elevator. There was not sufficient hot-water flow for shower. Also the hand-shower head is located 90 degrees to the tub , no curtain or door causing water splashing outside.

Rue assez bruyante, malgré le double vitrage, on entend aussi les voisins. Confort du lit assez particulier. Rapport qualité prix pas excellent.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Great location and well maintained. It was reasonably close to the train station but uphill. If someone is taking a train, go to the end of the platform to see a shortcut to this location. And a good location to walk to a lot of good sites in Montreux.
We could have been given warning about uphill walk. The bath tub was not that great as hot water flow was very low, and there was no shower curtain so there would be water on the floor after a shower.

La casa dispone di tutto il necessario ed è dotata di numerosi ventilatori per compensare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata. In ogni caso, l’ambiente rimane molto fresco e si sta davvero bene. Si percepisce chiaramente la grande attenzione dei proprietari: nonostante la casa sia piccola e possa avere qualche limite, fanno tutto il possibile per mantenerla ordinata, curata e accogliente, mettendo gli ospiti a proprio agio. Davvero bravi!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Die Lage und die schöne Terrasse. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war bequem. Grosses Badezimmer. Die Küche und das Esszimmer waren grosszügig gestaltet, insgesamt gute Ausstattung.
Der Badspiegel war total veschmiert, die Toilettenschüssel nicht sauber ! Die Reinigungsdame (die sehr nett und hilfsbereit war), die einen Tag später vorbeikam, um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung wäre, war selbst entsetzt. Auf den Terassenstühlen lag Vogelkot, wir haben sie dann selbst gesäubert. Auch der Tisch auf der Terasse war schmutzig mit einem benutztem Glas. In der Ecke stand ein überfüllter Aschenbecher. Der Terassenboden sah aus, als sei er seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gefegt worden. Im Gästebett lag eine Männerunterhose ! In der Küche fehlten Geschirrtücher. Schade, bei diesem Preisniveau sollte Sauberkeit selbstverständlich sein.

Vi bodde där under supervarm period varför vi verkligen saknade luftkonditionering. Men värden tillhandahöll 2 fläktar, men extremt varmt. Bäddsoffan obekväm. Endast badkar i badrummet.

Było bardzo głośno w nocy, było słychać wszystkie głosy przechodniów na ulicy plus kroki gości u góry. Ciśnienie ciepłej wody było bardzo małe i woda w prysznicu i zlewie ledwo leciała.

There is no lift to the unit so not suitable for seniors. Not easy to find the unit and do not like to free parking lot as it was quite a small garage.

Sauberkeit könnte noch besser sein. Diverse Staubknäuel am Boden und Ecken, Geschirr teilweise sehr dreckig. Ausserdem hat die Türe bei der Dusche gefehlt, also Haare waschen eher suboptimal möglich

Reviewed May 16, 2026It was a good location that was a quick walk down to the water but don’t book this place if you want a good view of the water. Having a separate toilet room with a sink alongside the bathroom that had 2 more sinks was very nice. Having free parking was nice and good directions were given, but it was a decently awkward spot to park in.
There was no toaster or oven. The shower had no door which created quite a water mess regardless of how careful you were. There was not many outlets in the bedrooms which was a bit difficult.

Sie liegt direkt in der Altstadt von Montreux und sehr praktisch — nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt (mit einem kurzen, steilen Anstieg). Unsere Suite Nr. 100 war traumhaft, mit direktem Zugang zu einer charmanten Terrasse. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass bei der Renovierung viele alte Details erhalten geblieben sind und stilvoll mit modernen Elementen kombiniert wurden. Julien hat uns alle wichtigen Informationen für unseren späten Check-in rechtzeitig geschickt und war jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Super Kommunikation mit dem Host, der Check-in war absolut unkompliziert. Auch prima, dass es mit dem kostenlosen Parkplatz geklappt hat - merci! Besonders erwähnenswert: sehr gute, komfortable Betten und tolles Bettzeug 😍 wir haben traumhaft geschlafen und auch trotz Altstadtlage war es sehr ruhig. Wir werden das Appartement sehr gern wieder buchen und auch gerne weiter empfehlen 🥰

A l'arrivée nous avons eu un soucis avec la serrure, mais nous avons pu contacter dessuite la personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement et la solution a été trouvée en 30 secondes.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025La ubicación estaba bien cerca del mercado de navidad pero tienes que tener en cuenta que para subir si vas con carro de bebé, debes tener fuerza para subir las cuestas hasta el apartamento.
Una de las noches hubo un fuerte ruido que duró toda la noche y nos impidió dormir bien. Se lo comunicamos al propietario pero no contestó el mensaje ni siquiera pidió disculpas

Kommunikation mit dem reservierten Parkplatz lief etwas schief, da nicht kommuniziert war, dass der Parkplatz eigentlich einen Garagenplatz im Innern gewesen wäre. Vielleicht durch die Übersetzung falsch übersetzt?

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Apartamento com boas áreas e bonita decoração num grande esforço de recuperação de um imóvel muito antigo. Confortável e com um pátio muito charmoso, num enquadramento verdadeiramente histórico.
Foi difícil tomar o duche porque a pressão da água quente era muito reduzida logo um caudal muito pequeno, situação que deverá ser resolvida pelo proprietário (água fria tem boa pressão). Na kitchnette faz falta um forno ou uma torradeira, assim como um jarro ou bule para chá.

Julien and Anouk went out of their way to help us locate a package sent from Luzern, and delivered it directly to our door.
A shorter door code would be nice. lol No complaints at all!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025Appartement spacieux et tranquille tout en étant proches de tout. J’ai bien aimé la petite terrasse annexée à l’appart pour y voir un apéro.
Le stationnement est un peu difficile pour se stationner mais il est juste à côté. L’appart est situé près du lac Leman mais en hauteur. C’est environ 7 minutes à pied dans une côte plutôt raide.

The photos online don’t match my expectation at all. I regretted once I arrived. The building is old and smells. I could hear neighbors footstep past midnight. The furnitures are old and I could see stains on sofa. The bedsheets and pillows weren’t comfortable at all as my husband smelled odor of sweat in the pillow. Also, there’s no ac in the building. I couldn’t imagine myself staying in it in a warmer temperature. But overall, I appreciated the host’s responses to my request. Not sure why it has such a high rating online.

Although not far from the train station, this guesthouse is located on a steep slope, walking up with luggage was tough.

Reviewed May 9, 2025Such a lovely flat! Decor is fabulous and layout of the flat makes it just perfect for two couples. The beds are super comfy and the host incredibly responsive. Such easy and fast communication. Would absolutely stay here again.
The only thing I didn’t like is that we only got to stay for one night.
