Reviewed Aug 31, 2026gran ubicación casa grande cocina muy preparada sala muy acogedora además de estar relativamente cerca del centro, al lado hay un mirador precioso.
los dormitorios están abajo, son un poco desangelados y hace frío la disposición de la casa es un poco extraña, la verdad me esperaba algo diferente en cambio en la sala hace demasiado calor, nos fue imposible bajar la temperatura, intentamos comunicarnos (quizás era ya tarde) pero no fuimos capaces de contactar con los propietarios el parking es confuso la verdad, te envían unas instrucciones pero no son claras, al menos no para mí

Alesund is a small beautiful town, weather was great. Extremely helpful host and we could leave our baggage for sometime and that helped.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026일단 위치가 좋았어요 걸어서 10~15분정도면 타운에 도착 가능하구요. 주변에 마트도 많고 렌터카 회사도 걸어서 7분거리에 있어요. 화장실이 리모델링 되어있어요. 주인이 친절해요. 가방을 보관해주셨어요.
청소상태가 별로였어요. 침구에서 특히 베개에서 냄새가 심해 사용할수 없었어요. 다행히 가지고 다니는 베게가 있어 그걸 사용했어요. 베드룸 침대메트리스가 너무 꺼져서 너무 불편했어요. 오히려 리빙룸에 있는 1인용 침대가 더 편했어요. 가구가 너무 많아요. 큰 여행용 가방을 펼쳐 놓을 공간이 없어요. 오래된 가구는 제거하는게 인테리어에도 좋고 사용자 편의에도 좋을듯해요.

Appartement loué pour 5 personnes mais seulement 4 assiettes, 4 chaises… Nous avons dû desservir le lave vaisselle qui était plein à notre arrivée , le sèche linge marchait encore et nous avons dû sortir les draps et serviettes des locataires précédents sans savoir où les mettre et cela représentait un volume important ! Bref est-ce à nous de faire ces taches ménagères ???? De plus l’appartement est sur-meublé et il y a aucun espace libre: on ne peut même pas déposer de valises.

Old little kitchen with drawers that couldn’t draw, to open the dishwasher you had to move a chair. The bathroom door wasn’t closing, you had to push it really hard in order to do that. The laundry basket in the bathroom was old and tearing apart. We were three adults and two children and it was hard to accommodate because the apartment is tiny.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026我们6个人，订了两套房子，一套一室公寓在2楼，有2张单人床一个卫生间；一套三室公寓也是一个卫生间，厨房厨房卫生间在1楼，但卧室在负1楼，有双床间大床间，室内楼梯狭窄，不过我们也有办法，行李箱全放在1楼客厅。厨房电磁炉如果跳闸，按一下抽油烟机下方墙上的开关就好。小伙伴说卧室取暖器一开也会跳闸，我们就没开，反正也不冷。要注意停车！呢！我们找了一下地名，没能清晰找到入住须知说的旁边免费停车的另几条街，又看到民宿边上沿街没划车位，但停满了车，也就停在了斜对面，只有两个划线车位，其它车停的地方都没有划线，但EASYPARK有显示这是停车区，有编号，晚上免费，早上8点开始收费，显示收费时段只能停不超过2小时，刚好我们早上要出发，就把EASYPARK拔到次日早上10点，结果早上看到6点半贴的黄色罚单，660NOK，很是莫名啊，easypark也缴费了，然后又去找显示的停车处理点，就在民宿前的大街直接下坡到底，在海边的停车楼2楼办公室，按工作人员说的，用微信扫罚单上的二维码，提交了申述和照片。他用翻译告诉我们，可以先交660后等申述结果，或者等申述结果再交也可以，但到时要加75NOK手续费，我们选择了先交，结果7.10到现在8天了还没有回音，虽然工作人员说的要4周左右吧，但是之前我们另一辆车07.4在卑尔根车库拨不了EASYPARK，07.05收到罚单后，先在网上交了停车费，然后申述，第二天就撤销罚单了。所以光看EASYPARK没用的，要注意停车！

トイレの掃除がされてなかったので、掃除をしてから、入居しました。乾燥器のなかに、シーツ，タオルなどすごい量のものが押し込んであり、当然乾燥もしてなくて、生乾き臭を発していました。リネン類も生乾き臭があり、不衛生な感じがしました。宿泊施設してあり得ないことです。

I was informed that the apartment was on the last floor, it was very cozy, equipped with everything you might need, big bathroom, living room, kitchen and bedroom. Short walking distance from city center, closeby the church. Self check in. Wifi.

Location up a big hill but only short walk to center. Three flights of stairs to get up inside building to #4. Bedroom up another set of stairs-no hand railing and too easy to hit head on low ceilings.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The apartment was great. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed - Fridge, hot/cold water, laundry machine and wifi. I am not sure, maybe the house itself is old, but it was still a high quality building.
I can't really say there were any negative things. Maybe only the thing that the apartment is kinda far away from the city centre and a nearest grocery shop, aprox. 15 mins. But that's it.

Die Küche ist renovierungsbedürftig, auch die Fenster sind desolat, an der Tür fehlen 2 Leisten, die Schrauben am Schloss sind locker, der Vorhanf in der Küche funktioniert nicht, auch der im Wohnzimmer lässt sich nicht betätigen, der Kühlschrank sollte gereinigt werden

The parking. "Free P near" is a stretch. Thankfully I managed to snag the time limited one nearby and it was sufficient for when I arrived and left. Dragging a bag up from the REMI1000 area would be miserable. The layout is a bit unconventional. The bed was on the lower end of quality.
