Bright and spacious apartment with a balcony in quiet downtown of Ålesund

Gute Lage, ruhig, geräumige Wohnung. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war gut.

Hauseingang mit Treppenhaus ist abschreckend. Da muss man durch, die Wohnung selber ist sehr hübsch. Halten vor dem Haus zum Ent- und Beladen war problemlos möglich. Aber scheinbar darf man nicht dauerhaft parken. 10 Gehminuten (bergab bzw. zurück zur Wohnung bergauf) entfernt gibt es einen großen öffentlichen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Dieser Umstand war aber von vornherein bekannt, von daher ok. Und Danke an die Vermieter für die schnelle Auskunft, wo man parken kann.

Bellissimo appartamento, molto ben curato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi.

L'ingresso del palazzo sembra scadente ma è solo l'impressione data dai lavori di ristrutturazione in corso. Arriverete in un appartamento veramente bello.

Der manglede små tallerkener, vinglas, brødkniv med sav men ellers meget godt tilfreds

Casa molto bella e grande, ben arredata con gusto e con particolari deliziosi, letti comodi. Cucina attrezzata, forse andrebbe un po’ rivista la quantità di pentole. Comodo il microonde e l’enorme frigo. Circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio gratuito ma a 10 minuti circa.

Il bagno ha una doccia che tira poco l’acqua, si rischia di allagare. Il secondo piano senza ascensore non ê comodissimo per i bagagli.

L’emplacement était idéal, l’appartement est grand et cosy. Petit parc attenant pour les enfants, et point de vue à 2 min à pied.

La cuisine pourrait être modernisée.

We had the whole apartment. It was large compared to other apartment accommodation we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean with a modern fit out. It was great to be able to sit down on the sofa at night and watch a TV that works. Easy access to everything local. Great location. Nice view. The hosts responded quickly to messages.

The parking situation was a bit confusing. Apparently you can't park your car on the street outside (although there was no signage in the street saying that) and you have to go and park in a P area away from the apartment. We parked in a side street next to the apartment as we didn't want to park the hire car too far away. The steps to the apartment are a lot to deal with with suitcases! Not suitable for people with mobility issues. When entering the building we were very worried about what we were entering into. At the time of our visit, it was like a construction site of a derelict building. Not very welcoming. Once inside the apartment you would never know that there were renovations happening outside. It was lovely! Looks can be deceiving.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet i ett bra område av Ålesund. Lätt att hitta och komma fram till med bil. Bra parkeringsmöjlighet vid hamnen.

Entrén och trapphuset var mörkt och ostädat. Kändes ”osäker”. Däremot verkar det som om den höll på att renoveras, så det blir säkert bättre.

L'appartement en lui même confortable et agréablement décoré.

L'accès par un escalier délabré. La difficulté pour trouvé le 36a qui est mentionné nulle part dans la rue. Prévenir dans le message de bienvenue que le stationnement est impossible dans la rue.

Flott leilighet med store gode senger. Godt utstyrt, og sentral beliggenhet.

Great location to catch ferry. Nice and clean. Beautifully decorated and great having separate Toliet to shower.

Man kunne bli litt betenk når man kom inn i gangen som ledet til leiligheten. Der trenges det en skikkelig oppussing. Badet kunne hatt glassdør i dusjen istedetfor forheng i plast.

The check-in process was smooth and easy with very clear instructions communicated by the host. The apartment was spacious for us as a group of 4 and we enjoyed the living/dining area in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and towels were provided. The apartment was a 10-min walk from the town centre and behind it was a small park with a gorgeous view of the sea as well as town. It was also a 5-min walk from the nearest supermarket. We liked the availability of the washing machine too as it was helpful for our 6 day stay. The bathroom and the shower were split up so at least this was manageable for us as a group of 4 but might be tougher for those travelling in a bigger group.

More towel hooks would have been helpful in either the bedrooms or the toilet/shower since it was a bit tough as a group of 4 (apartment fits up till 6). Also, the washing machine was loaded with the towels/sheets from the cleaning team so additional instructions were needed from the host on how to deal with them - at least they were quick to respond to place them in the dryer.

Not correct information about the number of the house.NOT 36 a,but only 36.So we could not find this 36 A.There was a problem with the internet,we have to reset the tv,because not even youtube was working...Almoust no soap in the toilet,same with the air freshener.🙂

La posizione, vicinissima al punto d'imbarco per la cruise a Geirangerfiord. Molto vicina al centro, 10 minuti a piedi. Spazioso e accogliente, caldo e con letti confortevoli, questo appartamento avrebbe bisogno di qualche dettaglio da rivedere. Non c'è un tostapane, I coltelli non tagliano, e dare indicazioni precise su come smaltire la mondezza, sarebbe utile.

L'ingresso all'appartamento situato al secondo piano è piuttosto fatiscente, sembra che ci siano lavori in corso. Le scale puzzano un bel pò e I muri sono scrostati. Non proprio un bell'ingresso.

It was spacious, with plenty of room — two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Clean and centrally located. Everything was exactly as described. At first, we were a bit worried when we entered the stairwell, thinking it might not be great, but the apartment itself was tidy, clean, nice, and spacious.

It would be better if there were a shower curtain or screen so that the water wouldn’t splash everywhere and the floor would stay dry after stepping out of the shower.

Tha location and apartment itself. Very clean and beautiful. Comfortable also.

The entrance… can be refurbished… seems like an old building, stairs is manageable… however a lift is needed for more comfort. Thats all.

Думаю что нужно предупреждать при бронироовании относительно очень крутых лестниц. Если женщина одна со стандартным чемоданом то проблемотично подняться на нужный этаж без лифта.Также стоянка находится долеко от дома,для путешествующих на авто это проблемотично.

お部屋が広くて清潔で、居心地が良かったです。 問い合わせに対して回答が早いのも安心でした。 オーナー様がお部屋を大切にしている気持ちの伝わる感じの良いお部屋です。

共用スペースの階段が雑多だったので、最初建物を間違えたかと思いました。　階段で荷物を部屋にあげるのがちょっと大変。

Appartamento sito in Zona 1 dove i non residenti non possono parcheggiare nelle strade sottostanti . E' possibile usufruire di un parcheggio coperto a pagamento ed un parcheggio gratuito all'aperto situati nelle vicinanze

Location was not bad.

We wanted to add three guests for the last night and were charged 3000 NOK (1000 per person) extra - which was even more than what we paid per person for the other nights and therefore incredibly unreasonable, especially given that one person had to sleep on the couch. The host did not show any flexibility regarding this and we even had to put on the bed sheets by ourselves. Moreover there was food from previous guests in the fridge that didn’t look fresh. We feel scammed and disappointed. Would definitely not recommend.

Detailed instructions and nice touches by the host to be welcomed in the apartment. A really lovely and spacious space, so it’s a shame we only had a night here. Everything comfortable and clean. Location easy to get to viewpoints and the centre, just bear in mind the roads leading to apartment are on the steep side when have luggage.

Apartment is very spacious. Kitchen has everything to cook. Beds are very comfortable. Area felt safe, public transport - bus - was easy to reach.

Stairwell was as mentioned in previous reviews - not so good.

The entrance and climbing two floors on a very steep and narrow stair case.Host was also very not helpfull and rude.

The location was good not very far from the central of the town.It has other facilities like kitchen,washing machine etc.

The extra beds were very uncomfortable even for a 10 year old child which was communicated at the time of booking. The parking facility is bot dicey as you can park the car infront of the apartment but not within 5 mts of the junction & we got a ticket for that. It doesn't have a lift so you need to carry your luggae to the 2nd floor.

The apartment is bit outside of the city center but we like it. And behind the apartment there is a view point which we watched the beautiful sunset on the Norwegian see. Tips for family who travels by car: there are actually few parking spaces (white lines) on the same street (free parking between 16:00-8:00 overnight), just 50m away from the apartment building.

Besides most travelers mentioned shabby staircases, there were still some food in the fridge - makes me feel like sharing the apartment with someone else.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, the location was perfect, right in the centre.

The radiators were small so it took a while till it became warmer in the rooms.
