Loved the location Close to a big mall. Spectacular views from the apartment on level 2. Very spacious Bath/hot tub an added bonus with a separate toiilet and shower. Central to all facilities of Club Mykonos Friendly staff

No lift or ramp to help with bags. We were on the second floor. It was challenging. So, if you go ask for a first floor apartment. Although I do not know whether you would have the same scenic view as from the top ones.

The only thing we liked was the view.

The sea view from our apartment was spectacular and the fact that we could witness the sunset was phenomenal.

The location is superb, listening to the ocean & changes in the tides, simply magical, situated within the Club Mykonos resort. The units on the ground floor has large windows & patio doors opening to the ocean view. Very spacious with a rustic theme, which is simply welcoming.

The utensils are minimal, an example, 2 cups, plates etc. The tiled floors needs an industrial scrub, mopping does not suffice as it does not remove all the grime.

Little confusing regarding the parking Bay. Some bays are on outside of property. Some guests don't stick to their allocated bay.

The view was amazing, the activities available were also amazing, very comfortable and everyone was friendly and smiley.

I didnt like that my stay was so short lol, definitely looking to go back in the future.

There was no bathroom door in my flat .. the bathroom was off the kitchen and anyone in the kitchen could see me on the toilet .. and hear me. Most unromantic. There was no extractor fan so nasty bathroom smells travelled two metres into the kitchen. These are issues that are easy to fix and i'm sure a hundred people must have raised them before

There was an extremely unpleasant smell in the kitchen. It seemed like it was coming from the drain. I paid quite a lot of money to have been subjected to that. I asked for an earlier checkin which most places allow if the place is not booked. I was requested to pay an additional R100 for an earlier check in. This left me with an unpleasant feeling especially given it was my 4th time staying with Raaswater already.

Great location in a family friendly resort. Excellent facilities. Great staff and nice restaurants close by. Felt very safe.

No heating in room which in winter was a bit cold.

Couches were dirty, cleaning supplies limited such as one black bag for an entire weekend, I had to ask for basic cleaning supplies

Location was perfectly situated, with stunning sea views. The accommodation was very spacious in terms of the rooms, lounge and bathroom. Access to apartment and complex was easy. You also get access to all resort facilities via a hassle free refundable deposit.

The shower cubicle did not have a soap or shampoo dish/holder/ shelf in our unit.

Noise from other guests in early hours of morning as they entered the front door and up making noise walking up stairs but that's no fault of the guest house..some people just aren't very mindful that they are actually not in their own home and consider other guests.

The view was absolutely breathe taking,waking up to the sound of the waves,having your coffee on the balcony,and the fire place in the room definitely keep the room warm on the colder evenings.

The kitchen setup needs some inprovement. An oven setup would be nice and the bar fridge needs to be replaced with a bigger fridge as it would not work for longer stays.

When it started to rain water was coming in from the windows and side door, and when the wind was blowing there was a knocking noise coming from the back of the shower

The main light in bedroom wasn't working. Heater plug doesn't fit wall socket. Shower hot water wasn't hot.

Great location

They should familiarise themselves with booking.com genius members perks - ie one room upgrade. This is not for me to take up with booking.com it’s between the them and the host site (booking.com). Bathroom ceiling moldy and there is mold smell when you enter the unit.

The unit needs an upgrade. Bright light from the reception area during the night. The curtains also don't cover the windows in full, so it makes it difficult to sleep. No kitchen, nor bedroom cupboards. The shower is terrible. My husband paid for a 50min steamroom and was told he had to leave after 25min because of a double booking. No offer for a refund or even an apology.

The fact that not all of the channels are working on the TV and yet you pay a substantial amount of money for the stay

Location was very practical, large and spacious accommodation, great balcony with a wonderful view. All staff very friendly and willing to assist and advise.

Other people using the facility were a bit noisy one evening, but not too late, nor excessive.

The place was clean with good amenities. Beds were very comfortable. kitchen was well serviced.

Placement of WC was to close to the kitchen. There were no blinds/curtains on the sliding door or lounge windows.

The kitchenette was cramped and lacked a stove and an oven.

Outdated needs an uograde. The sink taps are so low you cant fill up the kettle. Shower hease on the ground floor unit wasn’t functioning as it should.

Eigen verwaltetes Gebäude am Rande der Mykonos Clubanlage. Wir wollten auf keinen Fall einen Cluburlaub machen und auch nicht ab Vormittags mit dem Animationsprogramm vom naheliegenden Pool beschallt werden. Wie der Name des Clubs schon sagt....Wir dachten wir sind in Griechenland. Die gesamte Anlage ist total in die Jahre gekommen . Das Haus Raaswater ist abgewohnt, ungepflegt und viele Küchenuntensilien waren einfach nur ekelig und schmutzig. So schlecht haben wir noch nie gewohnt.

Excellent location. Everything you need for a self catering apartment. Very charming. Great views and friendly staff.

Shower needs soap holder's hand basin needs to have a cupboard underneath it. Mop broom ecteria needs a cupboard to put it in. Hot plate could be better by putting one of those small stoves with two plates. Saves electric. Put a small wardrobe in the corner instead of shelves. Otherwise our stay was amazing thank you 😊

The available kitchen kooking pans need replacement. No lids for all pots and pans. On list for what is available, said "coffee machine". Was looking forward to that, but only kettle was available.

The braai spot area. When you walk to the braai spot you must walk through the bathroom and toilet area. That's not good to past with your for. Very disgusting 🤮
