Lo usamos prácticamente para cenar y dormir. Tenía garage. Desde allí salimos muy bien al aeropuerto (apenas 10 mn). Supermercado abierto hasta las 23.00 muy cerca.

Limpieza regular. La cocina muy pequeña y el horno no estaba limpio para su uso. Para nosotros fue suficiente, pero no para más días. No tenía champú y gel en el baño, como en otros apartamentos de la zona.

Tutto eccezionale, appartamento curato, spazioso e tranquillo.

Voodiga magamistuba oli okei.

Vajasime ööbimist 4-le, seega avasime diivani, mis oli lemmiku karvadest koristamata, ära vajunud ja väga ebamugav. Köök vajaks samuti korralikku puhastust, musta rasva kiht oli igal pool.

Keliavome vasarą ir ieškojome nebrangaus varianto vienai nakvynei. Pliusas, kad apartamentai randasi pačiame miestelio centre. Visai šalia prekybos centras. Patys apartamentai tikrai neblogi ir visiškai atitiko kainą. Virtuvėlė gal ir mažoka, bet joje buvo viskas, ko reikia. Švaru, tvarkinga ir su požemine automobilių stovėjimo aikštele, kas mūsų atveju buvo didelis pliusas. Jei kas buvo neaišku, iš šeimininko iš karto gavau atsakymus į visus klausimus.

Sunkiai atsidaranti raktų dėžutė. Šiek tiek komplikuotas patekimas į požeminę. Kvapas laiptinėje priminė didelio laivo variklio skyrių. Be to, kažkas iš kaimynų laiptinėje rūko cigaretes. Dėl esančių lovų patogumo, labiau tinka apsistoti dviese, o ne keturiese.

La chiarezza delle info prima di arrivare, dettagliatissime, il garage immenso per le moto e la comodità di salire direttamente all'appartamento. Appartamento che è risultato essere funzionale e in pieno centro davanti un fornitissimo supermercato. Sauna disponibile nel condominio gratuitamente e molto ben tenuta.

Ascensore minuscolo ma non è certo un problema.

Sauna ei ollut huoneistossa vaan jossain muualla Suihkussa tuli vain kuumaa vettä.

Property is located in the city centre

Everything is not cleaned properly, dog fur everywhere in the sofa and living room, kitchen and fridge has left stains, toilet is not properly clean.

Olen jo useamman kerran käynyt , ja toimii hyvin. Ihan keskustassa, oma parkkiruutu, siisti asunto ja yhteys huoltajaan nopeaa

Sijainti hyvä. Majoittaja oli ystävällinen.

Likainen ja epäsiisti, sekä asunnon haju oli kauhea. Jouduimme etsimään uuden majoituksen, koska en pystynyt asunnossa olemaan terveydellisistä syistä.Remontin tarpeessa. Sekä saunaa ei ollut vaikka annettiin olettaa kuvista.

The apartment is located in a great location close to restaurants and grocery stores. The host was accomodating and quick to reply to questions.

It was slightly too hot in the living room and I was unable to adjust it.

appartamento in centro a Rovaniemi, molto comodo. abbiamo avuto qualche problemino con il parcheggio dell'auto perchè si era rotta la porta del garage e abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare la cassetta delle chiavi. del resto l'appartamento è carino ed ha tutti i confort di cui si ha bisogno

Apartament bez zastrzeżeń. Widac niewielkie oznaki uzytkowania ale cena apartamentu adekwatna. Bardzo wielkim plusem jest lokalizacja i bezpłatny parking w podziemiach . Przy -30 stopniach bardzo ułatwiło nam to pobyt. Wróciłabym tam ponownie.

Cleanliness is the least of the host's concern Not that everything is outdated and crammed, but the kitchen and bathroom are dirty, the sofa is dirty and full of hair - the same hair was mentioned in another review 🙄 - flocks of dust under the beds.....

Úplne zlá komunikácia mailom ohľadom príchodu, nevhodný preklad inštrukcií o ubytovaní, bez možnosti telefonického spojenia. Čo pokazilo celý inak dobrý dojem z ubytovania.

It definitely needed some repair and maintenance. It was neat though.

Loistava sijainti. Asunto oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Majoittaja vastasi nopeasti viesteihin.

Ilmoituksesta sai käsityksen, että asunnossa on oma sauna, mutta näin ei ollut. Sauna oli taloyhtiön yhteinen ja erikseen varattava.

Brezplačno parkirišče, prostorno stanovanje, odzivnost gostitetja. Kar zakompliciran dostop, če prideš v poznih večernih urah, ko je tema, ampak z dobrimi navodili sva našla stanovanje.

Nekaj težav je bilo z odklepanjem vrat.

The location is in Rovaniemi center, around 15-20 mins walk from train station. The property was well maintained. Kitchen though small, was well equipped. The apartment had elevator access. The common sauna use was included in the room price. On request, the host also extended the check out time

The sofa was not comfortable for sleeping for third person. Its actually a room only for 2 people use.

Posizione, garage, checkin in autonomia.

Palazzo vecchio con ascensore datato e senza porta. Pulizia da rivedere (sedie macchiate, zona cucina poco curata). Bagno poco luminoso e da rimodernare, lavabo troppo piccolo. Sauna nel seminterrato dove ci sono le auto e non nel corpo del condominio. In generale non consigliato se non per una notte senza troppe pretese.

Hezké ubytování v centru se starším nábytkem, bonus byla sauna zdarma.

Pomieszczenie na ostatnim piętrze - było gorąco. Na dwie osoby dostaliśmy jedna małą kołdrę.

Apartment is right in town and 2 mins walk into supermarket which was very handy Apartment is small but cozy Small kitchen just right for a small family There was no toiletries for bath provided but it's ok as supermarket was just mins away. Instructions were clear to collect the key just that the box was a bit hard to open may be due to winter freezing. You need to hold the button hard down and pull the locker box TV has wifi and you can watch Netflix, YouTube etc

Lovely clean apartment in a perfect location in the centre of rovaniemi. Easy access to santa village via bus or taxi. Supermarket straight across the road.

The flat is located in a city centre, near the supermarket which is even open on Sunday. Santa Claus express form SCV stops opposite. Bus no 8 is also not far -3 min. walk distance. In flat is everything what is needed. It's very warm. We had there Christmas tree and decorations even!

Clear instructions for the key and the apartment and perfect location in the city center. A big plus for the garage space which was included in the price.

Returning key is a problem, we can’t open the key box.

For us most important is - Cleanliness. We do not care about the great TV that was available there, if Cleanliness is not the case, then forget it. So we came late in the afternoon - got the keys from the locker, parked the car ( the description from the host was very good) and left our staff in the room because we had to go out and find something to eat. There was a very unpleasand smell in the apartment, but we saw - the tiny window ( the only one we could open) was open and we left. Some hours later we came - the smell was less then before, hoping to get away in some hours and we sat on the couch to watch the football game an the big TV. I started scratching myself more and more, my kids either, then we saw that on the couch there is much hair from an animal (cat or dog). There was a vacuum cleaner and we decided to vacuum this hair from the couch - then we realized where this bad smell comes from - from the vacuum cleaner and we suppose the filter hasn't been changed. The smell was awful and we stopped cleaning. I suppose the host has done the same before we came trying to clean the animal hair. However this is not OK at all. There are people alergic to animals. You cannot leave a coach and an apartment like this. We barely slept there. On top there was food left in the fridge and ear cotton swisspers left in the bath.
