Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Lovely cosy vibe in the apartments, especially when it was so cold outside. Had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Spotlessly clean and a great location. Close to everything and very walkable whilst being off the main road. It was the perfect flat to come back to after a long day trekking.
The bed was quite hard but we got used to it after 1-2 nights. Being picky though!

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026La struttura è calda e accogliente, con una bella vista sulle montagne e ben organizzata anche per periodi più lunghi, per esempio per chi vuole fare trekking qualche giorno. C’è la possibilità di cucinare. Le proprietarie sono molto gentili e disponibili, forniscono tutte le informazioni necessarie per il trekking.
La struttura è leggermente “lontana” dall’inizio dei sentieri principali, per quanto la cittadina è comunque molto piccola e si tratta solo di 500/700 mt.

Dans la chambre, les boiseries autour de la fenêtre font de la condensation. Pas bien gênant : placer les plantes vertes de la cuisine sur le rebord de la fenêtre à l'endroit du goutte à goutte.

The mattress needs to be replaced. Occasionally there was an odor from the pipes.

She made my stay excellent and helped me navigate some difficult issues I couldn't have done without her help. You never know what can happen in El Chalten with weather or anything else and I learned how important it is to have a host like Laura.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Host (Laura) was fabulous. If the apt didn't have something you wanted, she would get it for you. Unit had a view up to FitzRoy and an easy walk in to town.
Although safe, wouldn't say it was the prettiest part of town. Bathroom (particulary shower) is very small. Not a huge issue for us, but a bigger person may struggle a bit. Minimal kitchen equipment, but as mentioned, Laura would get anything you requested.

Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Duschecke ist etwas klein, aber das ist nichts Schlimmes. Eine Steckdose am Bett in Kopfhöhe wäre eine Verbesserung. Jammern auf hohem Niveau, es hat mir wirklich sehr gefallen dort.

Het is erg prettig dat je vanuit el chalten aan veel hike kan beginnen waardoor je geen huurauto nodig hebt.

Spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — from a well-stocked kitchen (including essentials like oil, salt, and sugar) to cozy, comfortable furniture that made us feel right at home. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always available and willing to help. They even offered us a ride to a panoramic viewpoint outside of El Chaltén, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. Truly a perfect experience from start to finish!

If you book, you need to be on the upper floor. We were on the ground floor, and the noise from upstairs is very annoying as you can hear people walking about and creaking floors. They have put a massive 6 foot bed in a room that is very small and makes it difficult to open the door. Would have had a lot more room with a smaller double
