The apartment is really nice, quiet area and close to everything. Confortable bed, and close to the headtrails, good place to stay if you are hiking. Maria offered information about the area and the downstairs store guys were really helpful to plan our hikes.

Kitchen facilities weren't as good as we had expected from the photo - they were adequate but we ended up eating out every night rather than cooking in instead. And could have done with decent pillows on the bed

We arrived quite late, but the host had prepared very detailed and clear instructions for self check-in. Everything went smoothly and without any difficulties. Throughout our stay, we did not encounter any issues or have any questions. The apartment fully matched the description and expectations. Inside, there was everything needed for a comfortable stay, including basic amenities for preparing breakfast.

El lugar es muy lindo, y luminioso, estaba realmente impecable. En la tienda nos ayudaron durante nuestra estadia. El chalten es un lugar caro asique nos parecio muy bien la relación precio-calidad. Esta muy cerca de los senderos y de la calle principal. Sin duda volvería.

We hadden een locatie voor 4 personen, beetje gek dat je vervolgens geen 4 zitplaatsen hebt (bank voor max 3 pers) en ook service ontbreekt (2 koffie bekers, 2 thee mokken). De douche temperatuur was onmogelijk te regelen en de waterdruk was matig. Bovendien was het appartement vies, het bidet was te smerig, in de douche lag zwarte dingen?! En een half uur op sokken lopen en ze waren zwart. 1 van ons heeft lichte Asma en had direct last van zijn ademhaling door het stof in het appartement

The landlord has been very responsive when we faced some issues with the water. Location is also perfect as it’s very close to most of the starting points for hikes.

Cleaning can be improved and kitchen was lacking some of the tools needed to cook and clean.

Muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Buenas camas, habitaciones silenciosas, se descansa muy bien. Utensilios de cocina bastante completos. Nos dejaron sal y aceite para cocinar. Detergente y esponjita nueva. Secador de pelo y jabones. Propietarios muy atentos.

No es una critica sino una sugerencia: se podría dejar un juego de toallas y repasador de mas, y algún shampoo y acondicionador.

The apartment is nice and has everything you need. Staff was helpful over the phone and gave us a pan immediately as it was missing from the kitchen. Great location very close to the village and trails. There is a shop that can rent sticks and trekking equipment.

It would have been nice to have essential things to cook such as oil, salt, coffee. Even if as small portions it would be appreciated.

The apartment was the perfect stay after hiking all day. It was quiet, clean and the bed and blankets were very comfortable. I slept so good and was never disturbed. The kitchen was also wonderful to have as I cooked all my meals in the apartment to save money. The host Maria was very responsive and answered all my questions (I had trouble figuring out how to work the stove and she was very patient with me haha) Also, they were very flexible with check in and I was able to keep my things at the location while I hiked for a few nights. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!! Would come back 10/10

We loved our stay in El Calafatte. The house was constructed badly. It felt like the roof will fly with the winds. It is pretty decent for the price. We had the side mountain view which was pretty nice.

We had a great time at this apartment. The apartment was cozy, well equipped, very clean and host was very responsive. Bed and shower amazing! Also at the downstairs front desk German was very helpful with the information about the hikes and things to do in town. We booked transportation with them to go to Electrico and rented poles. Well located, close to head trails.

Such cozy beautiful apartment! Had everything we needed and we had a great stay! Very lucky to have the rental store in entrance for trekking equipments and tips. Definitely would be back 😍

It has a kitchen. But the faucet for the shower need some repair. Also heater was always cold when I stayed.

Ficamos apenas um dia em El Chalten mas a experiência foi ótima. Conversei com a dona por whatsapp e ela gentilmente alterou minha reserva, adaptando mais uma cama. Pode deixar a mala na despensa par fazer a trilha e depois pegar. Recomendo

The apartment is in the same building with a hiking outfitters store. Which is very convenient if you want to buy supplies or book a hike. Since they close in the afternoon, there were no issues with loud people or traffic. Everything is within walking distance, you really don't need a car. The apartment is very new and modern, supplied with all amenities.

Great location in the center of El Chaltén with views of Fitz Roy's tip right from our window. We used the full kitchen to prepare coffee/breakfast before heading out each morning, and the spacious front room to spread and organize all our gear. Comfortable bed and good shower. We had a rental car, but with most trailheads and restaurants walkable from right from the apartment, it wasn't even necessary.

This was not a hotel. You check yourself in, there are no amenities (one small bar of soap per person), and no cleaning service unless you ask (via WhatsApp). This had all the feels of an AirBnB, and not a great one. Furniture was cheap (dresser drawers wouldn’t open without a fight, sink in bathroom was rickety) and the drain in kitchen had a bad smell coming out of it. We stayed 5 nights. Overall it’s cute and bright with high ceilings, but the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbours talking at a normal volume. Had to bring out our own garbage as we only had cleaning twice. Wasn’t expecting anything amazing knowing where we are in the world, but there are definitely better places to stay in El Chalten.

We had a great experience at Patagonia’s Apartments from check in to check out it was smooth and uneventful. The units were clean and comfortable and a great location within the town. Would recommend

Convenient location in El Chalten and is situated right above an outdoor gear shop - staff were very helpful and accommodating to leave a gas canister in our room for us as we were going to arrive late (past their shop hours) and had planned to leave early the next day for our trek. Very cute apart-hotel.

Nice apartment in a great location. Close to the main hiking trails, supermarket and gear rental. Hosts were super responsive and friendly, always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little apartment with a bedroom , everything was good , hosts were very prompt to answer all the question, the view from the room 5 is looking at the Fitzroy . Recommend!

Run down in terrible overall condition. Radiators leaking water. Kitchen lacking basic things, knives could not cut anything etc. No communication with host - pre check in inquiry via Expedia ignored (staff from the shop below were helpful). Only bed was comfortable and quiet due to location. There are many other options in El Chalten - avoid this one.

Super cute apartment with and covered entry way which is just what you need in Patagonia. Check in was easy, the owners were very quick to respond. Perfect for what we needed.

I cannot give a higher recommendation for this place. It has been lovely to stay at Patagonia hikes. The studio is super cozy and clean. It is the perfect place to stay in cute el chalten. Also, the check in and check out are super easy and the people working there are by far the nicest people you could meet. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to go to El Chalten!

More works have to be down outside the building. There is Unsealed pave at the side entrance. It is safety issue that unsealed pebbles are slippery which can twisted ones ankle when the road is wet.

We had a nice stay at Patagonia Hikes Aparts. The building has multiple units and thin walls, so there’s not too much privacy, but it’s cute. Simply furnished with IKEA-like furniture and built with slightly shoddy construction, but everything we needed was there and the host could not have been nicer. Not many finished details, but it fits in with the casual El Chaltén vibe.
