Azure Beach Boutique Hotel

Magnifique

Ras

Located right across from the water on a busy road. The room was very spacious, cleaned every day, and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful and also advised us on things to do. The balkony is shared per floor, but we had no problems using it. The breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs and is delicious. We would come back any time. Thank you!

For breakfast you only have a choice between two options and this became old after a few days. Parking is right next to the hotel, but right next to it are some construction works ongoing. Wasn't a problem for us. There were also some construction works going on in the hotel (restaurant on the first floor, top floor), but apart from some minor occasional noise disturbances during the day this was not an issue.

Bonjour propreté et accueillante

Le petit déjeuner, incroyable. La localisation est sympa

Le bruit autour de l’hôtel.

Very nice and close to everything. Plus a great hospitality!

Location is perfect with nice view to be honest

We arrived at the hotel around 7pm, we were taken to our room on 3rd floor, room was decently clean. After settling down we wanted to take shower, opened the tap water was cold so we thought after few seconds of flowing temp will change to our surprise it didnt, so we asked assistance from the front desk guy he tried but was that hot we managed as we were tired, next day morning i had to go down & asked to get hot water again they fixed to allow us to take shower, that evening we managed, the next day again they apologised n said wont happened again The 3rd evening same issue so i decided to ask for compensation as i felt i wasnt getting value for my money.i was offered a sort of voucher to use for next stay ... so who wants to come back after this exeprience so i declined.... to my surprised i was told i never complained n that the management wasnt aware i was facing the issue those past days during my stay 😡 felt like i was lying n i was just begging for money.. 😤 Very dissapointing didnt get the feeling of being treated as a guest there 1st time in my life ive stayed at so many hotels booked through booking.com My advice if you stay there n make a complain take a recording

Hôtel impeccable rien à dire A recommander Un grand merci à Mme Simam.

L emplacement

No decent internet

The staff are helpful and genuinely go out of the way to make it comfortable

Everything was great

Rien

Location.

Bed not comfortable. AC was leaking water. Breakfast the same every day and only two options

Excellent location, very nice and helpful staff, great room...everything was great!

Great location, very kind and helpful staff. Near to everything what you need. Staff is helping for every needs

Nothing for here

pretty and breakfast was nice and location was great

nothing

As I entered the Hotel, I was hesitant. But as I went into the lift and into the room, it was such an amazing wow!!!. The rooms were extremely spacious and very comfortable. The views of the lagoon was absolutely spectacular. All the staff were simply amazing. Perfect location explore Grsnd Baie. The ambiance in the restaurant is at another level. It's very popular and busy.

The number of parking bays are limited.

Location is perfect for stay, awesome views, their ground restaurant is pretty awesome

Breakfast was same for 4 days, it was disappointing

The staff was very polite and helpful especially Nesha at reception who went the extra mile. Breakfast was good.

Liked Everything

Excellent views, perfect location & service response & recommendations from staff were efficient.

Leaking aircons.

The location is very convenient

Nothing

I called to ask if they have parking before going, they answered yes and upon my arrival there was no parking. My car has been damaged as i had to parked on the road. The breakfast was very bad it the same menu everyday. On google i saw swimming pool available but the site did not have any pool. Very poor customer service. I had to check out before suposed day. The photos are completely fake on the site it not the same at all.

Location was convenient.

Shower took 15 minutes to get warm, reported it but nothing was done. Dogs constantly barking next door. Staff at breakfast unattentive, eventually left due to lack of service.

The service was outstanding

Very convenient looation in center of Grande Baie. High quality restaurant and reasonable prices. Room serviced daily and kept very clean. The balcony overlooking the Baie and all the yachts with comfortable sunbeds and sofa.

The busy road immediately outside but to be fair it was not audible in the bedroom.

Todo!

Nada, todo estaba bien.

Room comfortable and clean , I opened the blinds to make natural light.

Beach Towels

Very good service and excellent staff

None

The staff were accommodating of our dietary requirements. They delivered our needs promptly.

Room was a bit small but comfortable

Location and staff

Nothing

Amazing stay. Breakfast was very good. All the staffs are very kind and helpful. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable,

Ottima posizione, colazione buona e staff gentile.

Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly reception! Good service! Good Seaview room! Great breakfast!

Tres bon accueil.

Superb stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness and support during my stay. Unfortunately, I lost my mobile phone while I was out, which was a very stressful situation. However, the team went above and beyond to help me, trying every possible way to assist and making sure I felt supported throughout the experience. Their compassion, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difficult moment much easier to handle. I am very grateful for their efforts and for the care they showed me. Thank you to the whole team for your exceptional hospitality.

The size of the room the sea view and good customer service

I they have a centralized gyser so at some point they forgot to switch on

Everything was wonderful!😊 The staff was very friendly and helpful and they even allowed me a late check-out since my flight was in the evening. There is also a great restaurant downstairs where you can grab a bite at any time

Location, facilities, staff, service all excellent!

None

Staff members are very helpful and supportive.

All was good

Great view, excellent breakfast

Lack of a pool

Breakfast was really good and on time. Had a really great time? Very close to the beach amd easily had access to supermarkets amd other facilities

Perfect stay. Room was excellent as well as services. Nice view, in front of the beach.

Amazing stay. The room was very clean and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast was perfect.

The property gave us a welcome seafood meal. It was superb

Location is over the road from the beaches

Hotel. Fabulous location. Staff.

Coming home.oerfect choicep
