Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Really great apartment with a good location, the apartment had everything I looked for. At point I lost my phone and thus access to the room but luckily I was able to contact the owner and she helped me out very quickly to get access to the room again while also making me feel any worse over a silly mistake. I would recommend this place to just about anyone that's planning a trip around 2 weeks!
My only 2 slight issues were that the AC often made some noise (I'm guessing due to vibrations?) which could ocassionally be a bit annoying. And the rolldown curtains would let through a little bar of sunlight in the morning which could wake you up if you don't have a sleeping mask. But overall these issues are very minor and easily fixed with earplugs and a sleeping mask :)

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026雖然這次在 STAY THE OSAKA（ステイザ大阪）只住了一個晚上，但整體住宿體驗卻讓我覺得，10 分幾乎是毫無懸念的選擇。 首先不得不提的是地理位置。住宿地點非常便利，無論是前往大阪市區、車站，或是安排其他行程，都相當方便。對於旅行者而言，一個好的住宿位置往往能省下許多交通上的時間與精力，而 STAY THE OSAKA 在這一點上確實讓人非常滿意。 房間本身也令人留下很好的印象。雖然只住了一晚，但可以感受到房內的設施相當完善，從基本設備到生活所需的用品都準備得很齊全，整體空間也給人一種舒適、整潔而且令人安心的感覺。並不是單純「有地方睡覺」而已，而是真正有考慮到旅客入住時可能需要的各種細節。 尤其對短期旅行者而言，我認為這種「完善程度」非常重要。即使只停留一晚，也不會因為住宿時間短而感覺被犧牲了住宿品質。 這次雖然只有短短一晚，但 STAY THE OSAKA 給我的整體印象非常深刻。便利的地理位置、完善的房間設施，以及對旅客需求的細心考量，都讓這次住宿相當愉快。 如果要用一句話總結，我會說：即使只住一晚，也足以讓我毫不猶豫地給出 10 分。 下次再來大阪的話，我會非常願意再次選擇 STAY THE OSAKA。

We were 3 of us and the room was with 2 beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was over used so not comfortable anymore.

The video check-in was intrusive as hell via a tablet and video record, and I'm definitely not comfortable having a camera in the room. Room above was noisy with all the steps and jumps sending shock-waves through the ceiling.

That there wasn't free cancellation. I decided to take a risk. It was also more expensive than other options. Of course, this place was bigger and had more in-room dining and laundry options.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026For short for family of 5 (5,3 & 1yr) with 2 luggages, carry personal items and baby cart. it was really good. Check in after 11pm and easy to access Facilities were great - laundry ,dryer, and all amenities available. Very close to station and easy to access. From station to hotel with kids the location was a bonus. It's 40mins away from Namba main city area. but the quietness, cost of goods, and more local is what we prefer. I would recommend this place for any family. For business it's super easy for them as well being close to station. To get here from airport was easy as well.
The space was tight with the extra futon out. We decided to fold it up so we could have space to eat. We were lucky to have bottom floor so didn't have to carry luggage up the stairs. No elevator access. There isn't much space for garbage disposal so if your staying long term have garbage bags and know where to dispose of it. Overall this is just nitpicky. For short stay and value it is still worth it.

When my work time is over, I can jump off to some hidden restaurants around or head to supermarket and cooking some easy dishes with given equipments.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Very close to Izumisano Station. Only 3-4 minutes walking. Make sure to check your email to retrieve the details check in (room number & pin code). Quite chilly during winter (we stayed 8-9 Feb) but my kids enjoyed having ofuro in bath tub. Washing machine & dryer also plus point but we were in hurry to use it.
Information on how to check in into the unit is better directly to the Bookingcom inbox rather than email.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026하루 묵고 갔는데 전철역이랑 가깝고 공항근처 숙소라 공항에 가기 전 묵고 가기 좋은 위치입니다. 전반적인 방과 화장실 등 시설이 청결하고 넓어서 좋았습니다. 특히 사용해보지는 못했으나 건조기가 있다는 점이 큰 장점입니다. 추가적인 침구류도 비치되어 있어 필요할 때 사용하면 좋을 것 같습니다.
난방에 대한 사용법을 알기 어려웠고 난방 작동이 방 전체를 따뜻하게 해주지는 못해 조금 추웠습니다.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Location was convenient and easy to find. short walking distance from the train. good choice if you land late in Osaka. walking distance to a big lawson. managed to get some food to eat before rest. Spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, microwave and washer/dryer!
Had issue opening the door with the login code given. Msg them via booking.com but got no reply since it was late when we arrived in Osaka. Luckily found a number to call and the in-charge gave us another code to open the door.

More guidance (in English) on how to use some of the facilities like the washing machine and dryer. Unable to read the instructions on the machines themselves, and was unsure of any documents to guide in English.
