Easy to access and super neat and tidy. Safe and secure parking. The view was amazing. A nice balcony with a braai and comfortable furniture. Chris is a very helpful and friendly host. From the kitchen to the bedroom, everything was modern. The bed was comfortable and good pillows. Home away from home. Just bring your groceries. Thanks Chris for everything.

An absolute gem of a place! ​We had a truly lovely stay at 35 De Valle and cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartment itself is fantastic—beautiful views, a perfect location, and styled with so much thought. It is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need (even the things you might have accidentally left at home!). ​Our host, Chris, was incredibly attentive and so kind. There was nothing more we could have asked for during our stay. If we have the chance to return, we certainly will. Thank you, Chris, for being such a wonderful host!

The host Chris was extremely friendly and excited to welcome us. He explained everything in detail about the unit and the operation. Secured access with remote controlled gate and undercover parking on the premises. The ocean view was spectacular with ample space on the balcony overlooking the ocean.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The highlight was definitely the stunning beach view from our apartment, it was breathtaking to wake up to every morning.We also enjoyed having a braai, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Location was lovely and the flat itself was very nice.

Sleeps5 to 7 but only has crockery and cutlery 4 to 6 people. Cereal bowls 4 and one badly chipped. Too many beds in one room you could hardly get in through the door. The description said wheelchair friendly and walk in shower. I had two invsluds and the wheelchair couldn't fit through the front door and you had to step up into the shower so definitely not convenient for anyone with disabilities. Chris himself was very obliging and apologetic and the flat otherwise was pleasant.

We liked how close it was to everything. It was right across from the Waterpark and the beach was just down the road. The mall is about 7 minutes drive as is the city centre. Our host was very friendly and the accommodation was so clean!

Excellent stay! A home from home. Felt at home as soon as we walked in. Everything we needed was just there. The view from the balcony is great. Because of the angle of the balcony, we could sit there the whole day without being bothered by the full sun or wind.

Chris was excellent, he fulfilled my request to decorate the apartment with flowers, chocolates, champagne, and an anniversary card they exceeded our expectations, the rose petals leading to the main bedroom was just romantic, our stay was short, but our anniversary was awsome Thank you again, Chris and team

Nice apartment with everything you need at hand while you are on holiday or just a weekend away from you everyday routine. The view was Phenomenal, close to the beach and you could even hear the sound of waves at nigth time. The balcony are great feature. Nice to enjoy the sun rice and set. They Host Mr Chris make us feel at home by greating us so nice by check in and leaving us a nice bottle of Sparkling Grape juice and water. Will gladly recommend it for future guests. Great value for you money.

Only 1 thing. The shower water pressure was not sufficient. Maybe work on the pressure. Bigger shower head will do. Especially for tall persons who are a bit big in size.

This place was great. Very clean, spacious and modern. It had everything we needed. Chris, the owner, was also very responsive via WhatsApp and the messenger chat. Would highly recommend staying here. We were definitely glad that we stayed just outside Mossel Bay centre as it was a bit of a ghost town.

My kids enjoyed the private pool. We visited during the school holiday, staying at De Valle was pleasant as it was not crowded or noisy like other places around Mosselbaai and Hartenbos during this time. We will definitely visit again.

The accommodation was perfect, it has everything you may need and more, nothing to dislike.

Location was great. Bed excellent. Apartment was neat and tidy with almost everythng one would need for a short holiday. Beautiful views from the bedroom, lounge and patio. Host very friendly and helpful.

No place in cupboards for groceries. A plastic bowl or two would also be helpful, for mixing or placing veggies in when preparing a meal. Also a couple more teaspoons would be a good idea. The elevator was replaced but didn't work hence, we had to climb 2 flights of stairs with our luggage. The host very kindly helped us with our luggage when we checked in. He would have helped us again when we checked out, but we checked out early.

I appreciated the beauty and comfort in and outside the apartment. Felt like home away from home

The location of the property was very spectacular, overlooking the beach. This created the serenity and calmness we needed for our holiday break.

There was renovation happening during our stay at the next door property, which was noisy for about 2 days.

The host Oom Chris made us feel home everything in the apartment was what we needed. The balcony had the most amazing view. The De Valle 35 was incredible our family had a relaxing time and we ended our stay.
