The actual property was amazing, lovely and clean with high quality furnishings.

Looking at the photos on line, I somehow thought the property was opposite the water with views. We unfortunately had rain and our view was inside a carport and a fence. Obviously my error but disappointing.

Such a fabulous location and a really well appointed unit. It has everything you need and more. Loads of towels and linen, very comfy beds. Little treats left in the fridge was a really kind welcome. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning again.

There was chocolates in the fridge for when we arrived there was everything we could want location fantastic so comfortable was a really short walk to the water to relax and enjoy morning coffee and wine in the evening

We were a family group of 5. A very spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent location near to the beach

Wonderful location, just steps to the estuary for a quick morning dip, and a short walk along to the wharf and raft much enjoyed by kids and us for swimming, then on past the fishing club (which has a nice restaurant) to the beach. Very generous apartment for the price, welcoming little extras that were appreciated. Quiet, with good parking. Washing line for all your wet gear.

We had a wonderful stay at the Harbour Inn. The property was very clean and so well thought through, with great kitchen equipment, additional plugs and towels as well as a well-stocked pantry. The location was so handy to town, the supermarket and the beach. Wendy was so helpful, and we loved our holiday there. We highly recommend staying!

Such a beautiful spot, it was exactly what we were looking for, house was amazing beds were so comfortable loved our stay and this was our first time in Whangamatā, definitely deserved a spot on our holiday list, thank you so much for having me and my children

There was some breakfast food but as the cereal was past its best before date weren't prepared to try any of it.

The tv was poor, small, Freeview channels only, sound limited. Modern tvs should be able to screen apps and Netflix. There was no air-conditioning or fans and it was hot. Basically overpriced for what it was.

This was a fantastic place for our stop on the Coromandel. Everything you would want for a beach stay. Enjoyed the town with some good eating places and nice craft beer at The Gaston Pub. Great base and great host. Very comfortable bed and lounge.

The location is perfect and the accommodation is extremely spacious. It was great to have an outdoor area to spend time on .

A beautiful house, in a spectacular setting, in a quiet neighborhood very close to the port and the beach, with all the details to make your stay wonderful. Wendy is friendly and very attentive. A place to visit that you will never forget.

Very clean, very comfortable beds and couches etc. We needed that air con as it was a hot few days! It had more than enough amenities eg heaps of towels and bedding, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher all worked great! Loved the extra touches of milk and chocolates thank you.

Could hear the people walking around upstairs which woke us up at night. The lights in the bedroom need to be warm light as they are too bright.

The Harbour Inn offers apartments with multiple bedrooms, a large living/dining room with full kitchen, and in our case one bathroom, which was plenty for 2 people. We had 2 bedrooms and each slept in a separate one so my husband could snore in peace for a change! I had a very comfortable bed and there was more than enough space to spread out. The decor featured oars which made me very happy as a former rower! The host, Wendy, provided plenty of information to make our stay pleasant, including a whole book of suggestions and tips. The wifi was tops and the beach and the main street of Whangamata are both within easy walking distance. We had an excellent breakfast at Luv Coffee, which seems to be a local gathering place (and which Wendy recommended). Sad that we could only stay one night! The guest book is full of raves, quite a few from repeat customers. I thought it was great!

Can't think of a thing except that a larger group might need a second bathroom!

Wendy is by the best communicator by far in all my dealings with my bookings via Booking.com. 😊 The apartment catered for everything down to an air fryer, coffee machine, sandwich press. The extras in the pantry & choccies. The beds were very comfortable. It's cosy, comfortable and relaxing. I felt" taken care of" so special acknowledgement goes to Wendy. Easy check in & closer to the town centre. Whangamata is our favorite winter get away. We will be back.

The only thing was no bedside light. There was a torch which was helpful, but I do like to read in bed. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Great position, close to everything. Great size apartment.

The couch was comfortable but hard to get up from. My only suggestion would be for a new couch to make it even better.

I particularly liked the long towel rail in the bathroom where we could hang towels from the entire family. Wendy left us some basic food that we could use at no extra cost.....a real bonus and very thoughtful.

I like a slightly bigger bed for my wife and I, but not that it was really small but we just have a bigger bed at home so get used to this. It would be beneficial to have curtains on all windows in the apartment to keep the apartment dark when you are wanting to sleep late in the morning.

The proximity to the Beach and to the town. Beautiful fully equipped Apartment and welcoming host who go the extra mile to make your stay special by having treats on hand like chocolates, juice, milk & cereal. Wifi is excellent and parking is right outside your door. Cosy soft warm bed made it hard to get up in the morning absolutely loved it.
