The spa pool jets didn’t work, there was no sign to locate the communal spa pool, there was no aircon in the room

Toilet dont flush properly, and janitor entered our room breaching our privacy because someone downstairs lied about our spa overflowing. Maybe the spa was loud but it was midday.

No milk. Got 4pods of milk only enough for 2 coffees. Bed was hard.

Quite a lot of noise from other rooms - an amorous couple!, people walking around above me, water running through pipes, and the road noise seemed applified. I'm a great sleeper but all the noise kept me awake!

On arrival I was given the key to an already occupied unit . Needless to say we were both surprised 😮. That was quickly rectified ! I was given the access key to another unit . The toilet bowel was a shocker as was the toilet seat - kept coming off ! The window latch in the bedroom would only close if someone went outside and pushed it shut so the latch would lock . Shower was as shocking as the toilet bowel ! The hot tub on the deck , was as bad as the shower and the toilet bowel .
