This is my second time booking here, while I appreciate the service, I was unfortunately disappointed with the second unit compared to my previous experience. The appartment was good and perfect for a family of four. The swimming pool is great with super nice views, perfect for a rest after a day in the town. Although is not in the city center, it's just 15 minutes by Grab. Grab are allowed to pick you at the lobby, so it's very easy to move.

Communication with manager was very poor. The phone number listed in Booking is incorrect and no one contacted me, I had to contact them first. Once I was able to contact them they requested a diposit to get the codes, which I couldn't make because the information provided was not enough to proceed with an international transfer. They didn't send me the check-in codes until few hours before arrival, and only after I repeatedly asked for them. The situation caused us a lot of stress, as we were at the airport with two kids.

No me gustó que para hacer el check in y el check out hay que hacer mil pasos por ahorrarse personal, me parece informal. El señor de seguridad que nos atendió fue muy desagradable y el resto del contacto a través de un WhatsApp de mala manera. Además, nos obligan a hacer una transferencia de un depósito que en la devolución me hace perder dinero. NO TIENEN TAMPOCO SERVICIO DE GUARDAR EQUIPAJE. por esto, perdimos medio día de turismos, perdimos paciencia y sobre todo ganas de quedarnos allí. Trato impersonal, falta de personal y no nos ha gustado la experiencia.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I would gladly book again in the future!

The only suggestion I have is to consider installing a water filter system in the unit, as it would be more convenient for guests to have access to drinking water. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Communication before check-in was poor despite us contacting the host earlier in the day. We only received proper instructions after arriving in Penang late at night. Upon arrival, we were informed of an air-conditioning issue and were initially asked to move to a different unit. After checking in to the booked unit, one air-conditioner was still leaking. Several amenities also did not function properly, including the TV, and one bed did not have a blanket prepared. Overall, the stay felt poorly managed and not fully aligned with expectations.

Despite booking and paying for this accommodation well in advance, I was informed only a few minutes before 3:00 p.m. on the day of check-in that I had to stay at an alternative property instead. Prior to my arrival, I made several attempts to obtain the check-in details through WhatsApp messages and phone calls, but the agent was largely unresponsive. The check-in information was not provided despite numerous follow-ups. The communication and handling of this booking were extremely disappointing and caused significant inconvenience to my travel plans. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a property agent due to the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service.

Last-minute relocation to a different property. Additional charges incurred at the alternative accommodation. Poor condition of the substitute accommodation. Delay in returning the security deposit (it has still not been refunded).

La vue du 12 eme étage est pas trop mal mais meilleur depuis le piscine qui ferme tôt donc on à pas eu le temps d’en profiter.

Il faut déposer une caution sinon on à pas accès au logement donc on a du attendre une demi heure au pieds du bâtiment car le personnel n’est pas réactif (pas de personnel sur place)

The rooftop pool is the main attraction of the suites. Especially during the hot afternoon, it’s a good escape to swim in the pool and have a rest in the room before going out for dinner again.

Not enough towels. The host only provided 6 bath towels for our group of 4. And there’s no hand towels. We had to quick wash the towels after swimming, try to dry them under the fan. Then use the towels for another bath after dinner but they’re not dry enough. As you know it’s hot in Malaysia, so we had to take a bath again after going back the suites after dinner. So, ideally, each people should have 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for the whole group.

Initially, I thought it was a one-time issue, but the same thing happened again during another stay (for both myself and my brother). This clearly seems to be a repeated practice. The cleanliness was also unacceptable , the pillows were extremely dirty. We requested a replacement, but there was no response from the management. During my stay, there was also a major air-conditioning leakage issue. As a form of compensation, they agreed to a late check-out. However, they later claimed it was an extension and charged me instead, without any proper justification. Overall, this company is not trustworthy. I strongly advise others to be cautious. Always keep written proof of all conversations and avoid relying on phone calls, as there is no accountability.

They cancelled my reservation 2 hours before arrival due to some technical problem. It’s been two weeks and I still didn’t get refund

Poor check in and no immediate contact details. Damage/Security Deposit had to be paid in cash with the promise of cash return on check-out, but received a WhatsApp message saying to complete an online form to claim a money transfer. Towels that we supplied were the size of tea towels and useless.

Nothing to like, this is scammer please dont book this property. We booked the condominium but once we reached there, we were relocated to another flat that is very bad. No acon at hall, the kitchen and toilet very dirty, no toiletries, room acon not functioning. Alot of problems. Since it was Raya i dont want to make issue and spoil my raya mood, just stay and decided to complain to booking.com. Another issue is they will not return the rm100 deposit, its already 2weeks they didn’t return it back. I read its happen to other customers as well. Please dont book this property, scammer scammer scammer. Read all the review first.

Résidence très stricte et compliqué pour des vrais vacances ! Ce n’est pas du tout un hôtel c’est une résidence avec aucune activité mise à part la piscine sur le toit ou un ne peut rien ramener (boisson,gâteaux….)

Die Suite befindet sich in einem Hochhaus mit vielen Suiten. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer und einen grossen Wohnbereich mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Stadt. Der Infinty Pool auf dem Dach ist einmalig. Man schwimmt und hat dabei einen ablsout tollen Blick über die Stadt. Wir waren zum chinesischen Neujahr dort. Die Stadt war voll und der Verkehr sehr voll. Man kommt ganz gut mit dem Bus von hier weg, muss aber je nach Linie 3 bis 5 Minuten laufen. Grab ist für malayische Verhältnisse teuer und man muss auch länger warten als wir das gewohnt sind. Dann steckt man wie auch der Bus im Stau fest. Ich würde jedoch jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Had difficulty in checking in initially, there was only 1 access card provided for 2 cars for 5 pax. There were some cockroaches. Air cond was malfunctioning but able to repair it next day.

I have booked a month ago with full payment and deposit paid on the day of check in. Yet the owner of the property cancelled my booking last minute. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed as I can’t check in due to last minute cancellation from the property owner. I have travelled all the way from Johor Bahru end up there was no place to stay with my family. I couldn’t find a proper place at last minute due to the Thaipoosam festival celebrations all the place was taken in advance. This is totally unacceptable and the reason was given was not justified for the cancellations. Even though the paid amount was refunded but by the time I was about to check in it was requested to cancelled by the property owner.

The property owner Jeff only can be reach by message and don’t answer my phone call to explain in details about the real situation. I felt was treated with no professionalism ethic at all. Imagine you were left stranded last few hours before check in.

The building looks good from outside. We have to complain about the faulty air conditioning, before we could request a change of rooms.

Managing agents are quick to pick up deposits but very unprofessional, unpunctual, incompetent and unethical in their commitments when it comes to returning the deposits. We made arrangements in advance to meet the agent's staff at a specific time, but unfortunately the staff was 50 minutes late! No consideration, thoughtless and selfish for guests for the guests itinerary commitments, e.g. we need to be at the airport and have already booked our transport transfer. It difficult to contact the agent and their response did take hours. To contact the agent is also very frustrating, annoying and disappointing. There's no contact number and the inability to contact Customer Services were inferior and substandard. The agent did not value their guests and forgets that without the guests, they won't have jobs! Check-in procedures were unclear and very inconvenience. Foyer has "controlled air conditioning hours", which makes it very stuffy and uncomfortable. We'll definitely not be back and will inform our families and friends of this poor Management attitudes and appalling customers services. This property has bad reviews and will reflect on the poor assessment and evaluation of Bookings.com recommendations.

Towels were all hand towels for showering. The access system was shocking. Had travelled 18hrs to be told on arrival that there was a deposit to be paid. It took us 1.5 hrs to eventually get our key from a mail box as the original was empty! Do NOT stay here

The check in process. I had to get the building security to call the host number as I didn't have international calls and wasn't sent details! I think an email clearly stating the steps of check in with all info would be much easier than sent multiple messages and QR codes through what's app!

The host is very attentive and extremely helpful. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. I highly recommend it. We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the sauna and the swimming pool on the 29th floor. Special thank to the reception staff for making the access smooth and easy.

The sauna and the swimming pool close at 9 PM. It would be great if the opening hours could be extended, allowing guests to spend some relaxing time there in the evening

Vagten som er på stedet var meget emsig og gik meget tæt på flere gange for at se om man overholdte reglerne (ingen sko eller håndklæde på træterrassen). Man følte sig overvåget konstant.

There were long messages sent to me regarding rules and regulations but the main message for the QR code was not sent to enter the building and recover the keys from locker. Even security people were quite rude and not helpful. Residence all items from Bed to couches, cooking utensils to Bathroom appliances were all outdated and seems like to fill space all old furniture have been dumped in the residence. Washing machine was initially not working and then start leaking all water while washing, which made whole kitchen full of water. i complained so they fix it the kitchen was made mess after that.

Freundlicher Gastgeber. Wurden am Tag vor der Anreise kontaktiert. Bekamen alle Informationen über WhatsApp. Der Code für das Schließfach, wo unsere Schlüssel hinterlegt waren, war falsch. Der Gastgeber hat prompt auf unsere Nachricht reagiert. Haben dann den richtigen Code bekommen. Der Gastgeber war generell an uns interessiert. Hat immer mal nachgefragt. Empfanden wir lieb. DANKE. Der Pool auf dem Dach war auch mega - nur zu wenig Liegen (für die Hauptsaison). Hat uns für die 3 Nächte nicht gestört. Es war nicht so viel los. Wir hatten ein tolles Apartment mit zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Ein Bett stand auch im Wohnzimmer. Aufgrund der schönen Aussicht haben wir dieses genutzt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Gern wieder.

Um ins Zentrum zu fahren braucht man immer den Bus oder ein Taxi. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Nicht so schön fanden wir, dass wir für das Abstellen unserer Koffer für malaysische Verhältnisse zu viel bezahlt haben. Wir differenzieren hier zum Gastgeber und sagen: die Unterkunft ist seine 10 Punkte wert und sehr zu empfehlen. DANKE für alles.

The apartment was accessible enough. Ok for a short break.

The day of our check in I was asked for nonrefundable deposit which wasn’t convenient nor did I have a chance to do this as we were travelling all day. No instructions on how things work ie hot water. Some bedding had stains on it. The en-suite shower handle was broken so we only had one working shower. When conveyed to the property owner via whatsapp there was no courtesy of a reply. The towels could do with updating as most of them were fraying.

Excellent établissement avec des hôtes superbes et très réactifs. Le check-in et le check-out se sont déroulés sans le moindre souci. L’appartement est magnifique et spacieux, baigné de lumière grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville. En plus de la piscine à débordement qui est spectaculaire ! Je recommande les yeux fermés.

to check in you have to message a what’s app number then they make you transfer a deposit before booking all on the day of. they then make you fill out a form to request the refund back from them. it all seems very sketchy and was not trust worthy. there are no front desk people. there were no toiletries. everything in the room was cheap the beds are rock hard. the towels are not good.

Property was clean. Had 2 bedrooms and a further bed in the lounge that was made up ready for someone to sleep in. TV worked and immediately signed into my Netflix account!!! Infinity pool was a massive bonus. We took the opportunity of a washing machine to clean our clothes. Steamer proved a god send

We were very close to a mosque so we were woken up very early by the call to prayer! THEN the road works started!! From 23.00 - 03.00 the road was being resurfaced and it started right outside our bedroom !! We didn’t get much sleep, so I guess having sun beds by the pool was a bonus

Läget lite väl offside, svårt att ta sig fram till fots. TV fanns men inga lokala kanaler tillgängliga och till netflix behövs också eget inlogg. Lyhört med stunsar och ljud från grannarna. Köksutrustningen lämnade en del övrigt att önska, vill man äta hemma och är fler behöver man komplettera med egna tallrikar och bestick.

Wir hatten uns ein Moped ausgeliehen und konnten alles in minuten erreichen. Es war alles sauber und für unsere Zwecke optimal. Securiti war sehr hilfsbereit.
