owner / property management is thoughtful with the setup of the studio unit. Toiletries, utensils, appliances etc are clean and of high quality. A very well managed property! Super impressed! It has set higher expectations for other future stays :D

The property is in Phrase 2. Getting to the main mall was ez via the Link Bridge on the 8th floor. However, after checking out and returning access key, I have to cross the roads with my luggage(ss) to get to the main R&F mall. Perhaps I am just unaware there could be an easier way. Anyway this part is beyond owner / property management control sadly :(

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful, and it was very quiet. The other guests didn't make any noise, so it was a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We were driving, and the parking was confusing. It was difficult to find the parking lot number because it was only printed on the floor. It would be much easier for guests if the lot numbers were also marked on the walls. Another issue was the phone signal. Outside the apartment, our phones kept connecting to the Singapore network, making the connection unstable.

Clean and spacious rooms that are value for money, good amenities (tv, toiletries, cutlery, towels etc.), super easy to retrieve key and clear instructions from property owner. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in JB!

Very place to staycation and owner really helpful. A good place to suggest to all.

Property was well-maintained. Water pressure is good. Beds were comfortable. They provided towels,toothbrushes, shampoo and shower gel. Contact person gave clear instructions and was responsive. The covered walkway fr CIQ made it very convenient for us.

A slight musty smell which can be solved with a nice reed diffuser. Some hooks in the master bedroom would be good.

Really great view towards Singapore. Comfortable, large room.

Many restaurants below condo

Not a something that i don't like or bad review, don't get me wrong..., just if host can improve is, can add 1 more parking.

It was within walking distance from CIQ on the elevated walkway to R&F Mall. The entry point to the condo is outside one of the exit points of the mall. The place was clean and comfortable. The free wifi was strong. There is a pool in the condo but we didn't use it. Bring your own indoor slippers if you don't want to be walking around barefoot. Unlike some of the other places, this one didn't provide any.

The location is excellent, very close to the city centre, and there is a shopping mall located downstairs.

The parking area is quite far from the unit, the Wi-Fi connection had some issues, and the water heater in the main bathroom was not functioning.

なし。 マレーシア自体どこでもそうだが、都市開発途中で場所が分かりにくい。初回はgrabがおすすめ。

Beds were nice n soft, furniture was great, aircon was great and it's pretty close to customs

One of the rooms smelt a little funky when we reached, had to buy a Glaze spray to clear it out.

Whole apartment is very clean. The location is central and easy to access. Downstairs has R&F mall which has multiple restaurants. The condominium staff is very responsible. Can find parking lot easily in B2.

The place is clean and well maintained, host is very friendly and make the whole experience staying there just top the chart. There are many restaurants in the nearby shopping hall, convenient to get food. Easy access from the CIQ as well.

This might be subjective: the apartment is right beside the causeway link, so please expect noise from transport throughout day and night. Yet the room itself is cosy.

Not many shops are open at R&F Mall. Condo gym has 4 spoilt treadmills and only 2 working ones.

Location convenient with Eateries nearby, walking distance. Managing staff was helpful and responsive to our complaints.

Great apartment for big families. It was clean and easy to find. The unit had 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet. The aircon worked very well. The balcony was very spacious, but the laundry area was outdoors and faced the RTS building. Because of that, it was dusty and the view was not so nice. From CIQ, it only took about 5–7 minutes by Grab. However, since it’s near the CIQ area, traffic jams are common, so be prepared. The R&F area itself doesn’t have much to do. The mall nearby was quite boring. But the apartment lobby has a 24/7 convenience store, which was very handy for last-minute items.

One downside is that there were many Shopee parcels piled up outside the main entrance, which made the place look messy. Other than that, the facilities were clean. We didn’t have time to try the swimming pool or playground, but they looked nice. The apartment provided towels, toothbrush, soap, and shampoo. The only thing missing was tea or coffee sachets, so we couldn’t make a quick drink in the morning.

This studio apartment is in the new Phase 2 of RnF Condo and is very well furnished and clean. The facilities in the Phase 2 are also well maintained. This is my third time booking managed by SC and their rooms are always good. Phase 2 is also connected by a link bridge to Phase 1. The adjoining shopping mall has more food options now and a new cinema is opened. You do not need to travel far for food options now.

The only dislike I have for the facility in Phase 2 is that there is only one pool and it is very crowded with swimmers.

Will appreciate more if you have a couple of coffee or tea sachet.

Apartment was clean and very nicely prepared for my short stay. There was a nice TV also for chilling at night. All the air-conditioning, fans and lights worked well. Best part is the view of the causeway. The noise is not audible from the bedrooms but you can hear some noise if you keep the balcony doors open.

The shower in the master bedroom was slightly loose but worked well. The towels could be better but was OK for my 1 night stay.

Room was very clean and a good size with great facilities

Location is great as in lots of food options right below the apartment and there is a grocery store. Apartment is clean and host is very responsive. The condominium is very secured and safe. Nice view of Singapore too!

The location is near to causeway, hence it can be noisy sometimes (lots of honking early morning and late in the night). The rubbish chute is beside the apartment so it can be smelly if the chute door is not closed. Tips to others: make sure you have data as online registration is required before the security guard lets you in.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had evrything we needed for a great stay. Angie was very helpful and responsive . We highly recommend this listing. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the host was incredibly welcoming and accomodating. We had fantastic time and woukd definitely stay there again.

Would appreciate a tissue box. The bed was fine for a couple, but I traveled with a kid, and it was a bit congested for a couple with a kid. So, I had to sleep on the couch. It would be good for the couch to be convertible to a bed.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Its location was close to the Singapore border. Staff were accommodating with requests!

it was a little tricky to find at first. However, once familiar with the area, it was quite convenient. And they have damage deposit of 150MYR which was informed to us a bit late.
