Host was super responsive and helpful.

There were at least 2 mosquitoes in the unit. Didn't enjoy being bitten and getting itchy. Perhaps housekeeping might have let some in when leaving windows or doors opened.

Fabulous property and wonderful communication throughout. We would recommend the property emphatically.

The room was cosy

Everything is good. Just a small issue: there are quite a few black ants around the dining table.

Feel like home. Very comfortable. The unit is fully furnished. Wifi and netflix are provided, gaming console too. Nice view of singapore.

There is no convenient store on the ground floor unlike many other new condo projects

The chk in n chk out process was straight forward and smooth. The instructions were clear. The room, the indoor games (dart, fusball table, vid games).

The water dispenser do not have cold water, just hot and ambient water.

Spacious appartment, well equipped. Owner stays in touch and is reachable any time. Smooth check in and out. We stayed for 2 days to wash clothes and do some shopping before headjng to the next island taling the plane from Senai Airport. Location has a lot of amneties such as a pool, gym, playground. We could profit from all. Good experience!

The bathroom in the upper floor was moldy and the bathtub broken. It was fixed with tape😅. Did not use it but it looked in better condition on the pictures provided. The windows are not very soundproove. We could hear a lot of noise at night. The building is surrounded by heacy construction.

Convenient location, close to convenience stalls and food places. Plus it was a clean and cozy place to stay.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat and quiet, making it a great place to relax. The location is convenient, just 2-3mins' walk to R&F Mall where there are plenty of options for dining, massages, and personal grooming services such as hair treatments and facials. There is also a Jaya Grocer supermarket. The facilities were excellent as well. There is a large well-equiped gym, tennis court with rackets provided by the host, and a beautiful swimming pool. The host and team was outstanding! Friendly, proactive, and highly responsive. The check-in process was completely hassle-free, with clear instructions and helpful video guides provided in advance. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay! 👍

As a very small suggestion, it would be helpful to provide a table cloth or cleaning rag so guests can easily wipe down the dining table and basin area after use. Other than that, everything was excellent!

We love how easy, smooth & fast collecting our apartment key compared to another aprtment i hv been. Especially when u have kids. And we love the space of the room on the 2nd level because it can accommodate all 4 adults and 2 kids

When we want to grab food once we reach our apartment bcs it was almost late night, most rider doesnt want to take our order due to our location. And also i dont know if the view will soon be block by another building infront when we were looking out at the balcony.

I like the house and stay. Comfortable but too height if youre an acrophobia. Overall we had good experience there.

I love how cosy it was.

Bath tub could have been cleaner. Waterpump wasnt working properly too. Maybe can replace the bath tub for future clients. There were many ants at the kitchen too even though there was no food. But it was manageable

It is a total paradise for anyone who loves games or a cozy night in: ​Gaming & Media: Having access to Netflix and a Nintendo console provided endless entertainment for the whole family. ​Game Room Vibes: The soccer table and dart games were a huge hit, making our downtime just as fun as our outings. ​The Kitchen: For those who prefer to cook, the kitchen is fully furnished and incredibly well-equipped. It had everything we needed to prepare full meals comfortably. The hosts were super nice and clear with their instructions. It was overall a satisfying stay for my whole family!

The location was excellent, especially for Singaporeans coming into JB via Woodlands. The unit was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 5. Air conditioning was good, cooling the unit and rooms efficiently. Definitely recommended, especially for bigger families wanting to stay in a single unit together. Not forgetting all the admin staff who were very helpful prior, during and after our stay! Thank you!!!

The host is very clear and friendly. They also update once they have clean the property before we check in. Place is very clean and well manage. perhaps better than 4stars hotel. Check in is easy. Towels, toiletries, cooking utensils, coffee/tea, iron are well prepared. I think this is the best airbnb i ever booked. Great job host!

Comfortable beds, is big enough for 5 adults

Clean facilities. Big space as well as the inhouse games that were available as well as Netflix. Good place for family to spend time together. Host is very friendly and prompt in replying. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. 😊

Can accommodate many people

Noisy at night, can hear the motorcycles loudly. Not soundproof. The bedsheets are also hard

The place is cosy for family. There are entertainments like dart board which my family absolutely had fun playing. It was fun and nostalgic to play with the old Nintendo games and there was Netflix as well to chill and relax in front of the tv. The location is good if you drive. Else getting anywhere else requires grab. The water dispenser with hot and cold water was so convenient.

We did not find any floor towel for the bathroom so it could a little wet just stepping out of the shower. For the kitchen area as well during wash up when water could drip. We tried to cut fruits but knives were not sharp. Not ideal if you intend to cook.

Big enough to accommodate whole family

Foul smell from air con unit at ground level. Queen size bed giving noisy sound just by getting on and off the bed. Experiencing a bad sleep when toss and turn. Did not sleep well.

it was a very comfortable place to be in, clean and cosy! a 10 minute walk to the CIQ too!

It was a perfect chill place. Easy check in process. Great for family. Everything was a breeze. Comfortable stay. The management team always responds to enquiries swiftly. The apartment booked looks the same as the pic. Walking distance to R&F mall. Close to CIQ and malls. Overall very satisfied. Feel like home and from home! Kudos to Edmund and team! Keep it up!

The apartment was spacious enough. The location is ok but travelling can get delayed as its near to the CIQ and there might be traffic jams, all in all a very good stay.

Really spacious apartment with amazing facilities for family, games, playground and playroom downstairs, swimming pool, gym and tennis. The apartment is walking distance from the nearby mall for groceries or meals. Checking in and out is very easy and the staff is very friendly and responsive.

Came back for the second time and honestly everything was smooth. The AC problem from before was sorted out, the host really fixed things as per committed. the place is clean, entertainment is solid, and the host is really responsive. Felt safe and had a great stay again ❤️

I liked that there was a few games and tv with Netflix subscription to occupy our time with.There was a children’s room near the swimming pool.The apartment was 2 story and it was quite nice.The view of Singapore at the balcony was quite nice.

-Bathtub was not working(The bathtub could only fill half.) -The swimming pool should be stated as under maintenance as it was not available. -There should be a designated area for showering on the top bathroom and not just the bathtub.

The place is clean and kids friendly. My kids enjoyed the games and bathtub facilities. We had good quality family time spent in the house.

The house is a bit old and painting work is a bit wear out. The 1st floor toilet lock was not working well and the Nintendo set was not working well too.

They have Netflix, foosball and darts to play. It was nicely decorated with common areas to chat. Staffs were nice with good service recovery. Place is accurate to its photos.

The towels smelled musky and one of the beds had a tick. My friend who stayed in the room were bitten by it. This also means that there’s insect infestation, we were not comfortable knowing this.

Clear and easy-to-follow instructions made check-in a breeze. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Everything in the unit worked perfectly — no issues at all. Best of all, the hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Photos were very accurate. The place looks amazing with lots of thoughtful items and entertainment options, and the hosts were very proactive. It was a good size for my family of 5. Location was quiet, near R&F mall/customs but it was quite a walk away.

There were quite a lot of ants at the dining able and in the toilets, not sure why. There was also a small hiccup because the hosts gave me the password to another unit and not the one that I was supposed to stay at, although that was quickly resolved.

Conveniently located near to the train station, it’s a walk away or a very short grab ride! Great location with plenty of beds. Two ensuites made it very comfortable! The staff had amazing communication and made both the checking in and out a breeze.

Lifts in the block aren’t the quickest.
