Very new and comfortable. Spacious enough for up to 8 pax. Enjoyed the games in the living room. Lovely view.

Very clean, tidy and just a beautiful space. Thank you.

Clean and cozy

Internet issue

Nice and clean accommodation. Property is also facing the beautiful sea and causeway

The rooms were clean and comfortable..Nice entertainment system (i.e netflix, fussball and dart). Functional kitchen..

None of the bathrooms has exhaust fan. Windows has no safety feature and able to be opened fully. ( highly dangerous when u have kids) 3 bedrooms room comes with 1parking spot..How can 6 ppl travel in 1 car...No courtesy to provide 2nd parlking and no clear information prior booking that there will be only 1 parking provided.. The area is super close to Singapore, local telco doesnt work at a lot of place..I was charged Rm15 for involuntary use of Singapore telco..( no prior warning) One of the security guard at the registeration was super rude.. registeration was not exactly a stroll in the park..

Good location, check in and check out direction is clear , apartment is very clean.

No

Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, nice touches for kids. There was even a (very basic) console game in the living room.

Some baby roaches in the kitchen.

Location was great, Rooms were exceptional and the coordination about the room with host was flawless

Nothing negative to comment on

Good location near Bistro, marts and many more. Apartment was clean and well equipped with amenities.

Internet and signals issue at the lobby area and parking place. Difficult to contact anybody. Hardly any signals on mobile phone

Unit was beautiful, clean and bright.

The host was responsive to our request. The view was beautiful eventhough facing Singapore. The place is convienent to the shopping mall. The guards was very responsible and ensure that everyone in the condo abide to the rules of the condo

It would be great to have a luggage corner to house them before the checkin timing.

High floor, good view, clean, comfort

All good, maybe can add mineral 2-3 bottle would be enough

Place was as pretty as the photos. Admin team was very responsive. Clean. Good view and windy.

A bit far to walk to RnF mall. Bed was a bit hard. No mirrors in the bedrooms, only in the bathrooms.

Very clean, well kept and maintained. As close to staying in yr own house with all basic necessities taken care of and provided. Easy and straight forward guide to check in and check out.

Whole unit is airconditioned which is very good. To add a couple of mobile fans which wud help those who may not prefer Aircon thru the night.

Good place near CIQ and mall, nice decoration, enough space for whole family.

The window facing to bridge need to do soundproof, too noisy during mid-night.

The place is clean, a lot of entertainment facilities, is near to JB Sentral station. Very value for money. Fast response, clear instruction fr Host.

The whole 3 bedroom apartment only has one hair dryer. Will be good to provide another in the common bathroom too. Will be good to have wine glass provided.

- very convenient location (nearby to CIQ) - easy check in, easy check out - clear and precise instructions (equipped with video guide) - spacious, neat and tidy apartment (my family loves it) - kids and senior friendly too with beautiful decorations - free and easy access to pool, gym and playground - link bridge to nearby mall - working amenities and facilities - feels like in a grand home

The unit felt like home, complete with all necessities and facilities. Restaurants, shops are nearby and within walking distance. Host and team were very friendly, polite and responded very quickly to any inquiries. Will return back in future. Highly recommended place.

Nothing to dislike about this place

Location, view, facilities

No aircond in lift.. hot and stuffy..

Clean 👍

the place itself. Cozy and well equipped.

Nothing

The room was super high, lovely. And it's true to picture and very thoughtful with all the things they put there. It's clean, well kept. The admins also super nice.

Na

Comfortable. Very good designed. Polite.

Loctaion.

Very clean rooms, beds and bed sheets, Super nice seaview from all 3 bedrooms and balcony . Very relaxed stay. Conveniently located with ample of eateries around. Host and their group are so friendly, accommodating and fast response. Overall we are very satisfied and plan to stay again in future.

Only drawback I can say is the shower water force is not strong enough for a relaxed bathing experience. If you can adjust the water force a bit more , we can enjoy the showering too.. Overall nothing to say as any negative.

Clean, great location, wonderful host

None

Brand new feel, big frying pans, water dispenser for hot and warm water, fridge that is cold, strong air con, powerful wifi, many beds, and games for kids, clean towels, soap, toothbrush all provided Good check out timing at 12 noon. The location and the room view

There are no hanging hooks in the rooms and toilet to hang my clothes.

Very clean and convenient location

the comfortable place and the table soccer and darts corner was a cool place to hang out in the living room for fun. Rokms and bed r gd

Floor was sticky like they had not mopped for a while. Cleanliness can be better.

the layout and interior design of the property is exactly as per shown in booking.com. the property is very clean R&F mall is very accessible via a link bridge from CIQ, (around 12mins of walk) and from R&F mall it is a very pleasant stroll of ard 5mins to the block the host gave very clear instructions on check-in procedure and even provided some information on nearby attractions/ eateries.

nothing that we dont like. everything was exceptional

The view from the balcony was incredible. The apartment itself was very modern, comfortable and well furnished. I really appreciated the extra cot and baby chair.

Only thing is that once you leave the apartment, your phone will connect to the Singapore mobile network. Ensure you have enabld roaming, or cross the mall to connect to a Malaysian network.

We love the place. Very clean and comfy. A great seaview and my adolescent kids loved the dart game.

I like how clean and comfortable it was for me and my family! It was very easy and their staff/host were all so friendly! It was too clean, peaceful and comfortable that I slept like a baby. My kids loves it and that matters the most 😘

There’s nothing I don’t like.

The apartment was very clean and cozy, easy to access and perfect for families. We would choose this for our next visit as well.

The size of the apartment was excellent. Check in and communications were efficient and helpful. Close to the Woodlands crossing from Singapore. Lovely room but in wrong location.

The area its self didnt feel very hospitable, lots of security around that encourage you to wait for taxis inside the lobby. Actual crossing from Singapore is carnage, so not worth the savings of not staying in Singapore, if thats anyones idea. A few maintenance issues in the room, leaking water in the toilet. Beds quite uncomfortable.

The host was very responsive to our request!! Apt clear and new. Good for families n friends to hang out.

The entrance is facing the sea , so need walk one big round to r&f mall. The water pressure in the toilet not strong.

Clean and location is fantastic

From Booking.com website

Hardly any, may be have more rails or hooks in the bathrooms.

The homestay is very beautiful, spotlessly clean, and a great choice for a big family like ours. The hosts are quick to respond and offer helpful support whenever needed

Please solve the internet issue because we can only communicate online inside the homestay / using international roaming. Thank you😊

It is convenient from checkpoint if you are driving. Apartment is very clean. Good for large family. Host and admin are very prompt in reply.

Just minor issue for sanity checks, like the game console controller not working properly. 1 of the electrical point isn't working well, could be developer issue.

The ambience of the apartment was amazing. Great location and view. Excellent amenities. Once you stay there, you feel like home. Cosy and comfortable bedding, rooms, and decor. All the facilities were good 👍 Will definitely stay again. The owner was really helpful and cooperative, gave easy directions, and we'll guided for check-in and check-out. Excellent

Nothing

Host and admins are helpful and prompt on their replies. Fast response on doubts and inquiries during stay. Will come back again!

great location, facilities in apartment was great.

Mooi uitzicht over Singapore.

Property had great amenities and was spotless.

The location was slightly odd as it wasn’t easy to walk to things. However, it was very close to Singapore.
